Die Powder Pointe-Eigentumswohnungen liegen nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Liften des Park City Mountain Resort entfernt. Die Hauptstraße im historischen Viertel von Park City ist weniger als eine Meile entfernt. Der kostenfreie Bus ist leicht erreichbar. (Kein Auto benötigt!) Diese Eigentumswohnungen bieten eine erschwingliche Option fĂŒr Übernachtungen direkt in der Stadt und in der NĂ€he von Skifahren, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Diese Einheit ist eine obere Ebene, was bedeutet, dass es Treppen bis zur HaustĂŒr gibt, aber es erlaubt auch Gewölbedecken im Wohnzimmer und keine Mieter ĂŒber Ihnen. Es gibt zwei Ebenen in der Wohnung, und es hat ungefĂ€hr 900 Quadratmeter WohnflĂ€che. Die KĂŒche, das Wohnzimmer, das Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer befinden sich im Eingangsbereich. Very good place. Matched the listing. Nice and close to ski lift and the 2 bedrooms were perfect for my adult children and me. Just a couple negatives: 1. The address was incorrect. 2. I called the phone number for help and there was no answer. 3. There was a knife with something like maple syrup on it in the utensil drawer. 4. The checkin instructions were sent via text message instead of posting on the VRBO App.These were small hiccups but I've stayed at many rentals and the best ones do not have these issues. Just giving feedback. I would stay here again.Thank you

Great location and kid loved the loft!

The management company was wonderful and very responsive. The location of the unit is really great. We walked to the lifts very easily and had no issue with parking at the unit. We liked the layout. Son was really thrilled about the loft. That said- We had a hard time with the smoky scent of in the air from the old fireplace and the noise from the street - the unit needs a lot of updating and the bed was very uncomfortable.

(So this problem is on ongoing issue) The heat would not shut off and the place got to 90 degrees. The corrective action was to turn the breaker off and wait ten minutes and then back on. THe first night we were up every hour dealing with it. THe next nights it was easier to turn it off when we went to bed and have it be cold. The first night we also left the door to the deck open.IN addition they made you check in at an off site location when they could have just saved us the transportation issue and texted us the keypad code.

Expecting your customers to flip a breaker on and off for heating the condo is ridiculous. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location easily walkable to mountain village base. It’s dated but comfortable enough. TVs are very small and there’s no puzzles or games . Largest complaint is the parking. They won’t let you use the available garage space so you have to hope there will be parking available or you are screwed. I had to park illegally one night hoping I wouldn’t get towed because no spaces were there when we returned from our night out. Also if there is heavy snow the parking area won’t be plowed so take that into account as well.

Had everything we look for, comfortable beds, wood burning fireplace, nice community hot tub. Silver King lift parking lot across the street or two block walk to main resort area. Very convenient location on the bus route or one mile walk to historic PC. Would deninitely stay here again.

Great cozy family condo right by ski hill

Great family condo! Walking distance to Ski lodge on one side and right by city bus on the other side. Only 3 min free bus ride to Main st. Condo is cozy, confortable and had all appliances needed. Kids were also able to enjoy the condo hot tub after skiing despite the cold weather. Hope to go back!

Great condo close to the the mountain. Kitchen had plenty of utensils/plates/appliances. Communal hot tub is a good size - never had an issue with overcrowding.
