Excellent Location! Wonderful house for the whole family plus kiddos! We appreciated the large kitchen with extra mid-sized fridge for extra food storage, the super large dining table was awesome for family dinners. All the extra space for the kids to play was amazing. And the short walk to the town, boardwalk, and beach was wonderful. Easy communication with the hosts, and loved the signs that helped navigate the house. We will definitely stay again when we return to Rehoboth!

We had a lovely family vacation at this super charming beach home located only 2 blocks from the boardwalk! Check-in was super easy and the hosts are fast to communicate although we did not need to speak with them often as we had 0 issues. Home was super clean upon our arrival. We loved the closed in, wrap around porch! The game table and game room kept our littles occupied and having fun! The kitchen area had 1 big fridge and a second smaller one for our adult drinks. Plenty of space for cooking and dining. Rooms were all comfortable and spacious! Everyone had a nice time and we recommend this property!

Great location. Clean and perfect for a large family. We came off season—snow on the ground—so we didn’t do the beach and boardwalk other than a quick visit, but would love to come back on season. Great fireplace and wood for off season. Hosts very responsive. Perfect set up of the house for fun family time!

Just a terrific place!

Wonderful outdoor space, plenty of room inside, and the wrap-around porch is awesome :) We all enjoyed it so much (just wish it could have been a longer stay). And the location is excellent - being able to walk everywhere was great. Would highly recommend!

A charming home close to beach access and downtown Rehoboth! We were a group of 9 and enjoyed our time at the Sea Iris. The wrap-around sun porch was the perfect spot for early morning coffee and late evening hangouts. The house itself was plenty spacious for our group, and we never felt like we were invading each other’s spaces. Would recommend this location for any group looking for a relaxing beach get away!

Last minute family vacay

We had a wonderful family week at the beach. Owners were very easy to work with and responsive through the whole process. House is a bit dated but cozy and clean. The kids loved the games and tv room for a little down time.

Fantastic Location

We had a wonderful time during our stay! It felt like home at the beach. This location had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as plenty of games for rainy days. Super close to the beach and boardwalk! The hosts were quick to reapond with any questions!

Sisters and cousins weekend

We liked the neighborhood and the convenience to the beach and boardwalk. The backyard patio is great. The hosts responded quickly to our questions. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, pots and pans, and appliances. In spite of some bad weather at the start, we had a lovely weekend.

Fun and Functional Beach Home

Sea Iris is such a great and functional house. The amazing wrap around enclosed porch is what we felt set it apart and our family spent so much time there-we had a lot of fun nights! Being dog friendly was a big plus. Thank you to the owners for the good communication and for sharing this gem!

Sister’s Special 60th at Sea Iris

We celebrated my sister’s 60th birthday at the house. It was lovely. Close enough to the beach for my 83 year old mother to get down to the beach with us. The kitchen is great and well stocked with everything we needed. Also loved and used the backyard a lot. The main room in the house is a little dark, but we mostly sat on the front porch which was nice and bright. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Property

We met friends for a long weekend to enjoy the Beach and Boardwalk in Rehoboth. The location was fantastic...a short walk to the beach and boardwalk and downtown shops. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood and the property itself was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to gather or have quiet time. Outfitted with all you need in the kitchen, games, and a great patio to hang out on. House was very clean upon arrival and the owners were great at communicating with us. Highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy friends, be close to the beach, but distanced enough so that you aren't right in the middle of the action. The owners are great and see to it that all is well! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Family Rehobeth Beach vacation

Excellent space for our multigenerational family. Enough space for everyone to spread out. Very comfortable. We greatly appreciated that the reservation was not cancelled after a water situation in the kitchen. Was managed well for us. Never had to bring linens & towels to a vacation property before. Surprising for the price. Kitchen is well-appointed with everything we needed. Do not supply enough paper products (tp, paper towels, tissues). Loved the gaming table on the porch. Great location to boardwalk & beach.

Lovely, Classic Rehoboth House, Great Location!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely house with my aunt, cousin, and cousin's wife for NYE. There was plenty of room for us to be together without feeling on top of each other. The beds were super comfortable, which is unusual in a rental, in my experience: I slept so much! LOL. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking. Several of us are avid cooks, and we had everything we needed to make awesome meals. The location is also excellent--very close to the end of the boardwalk on the quieter side of town. Do note that you will need to supply your own towels and sheets--and we did need to buy some paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). I highly recommend this house!

Amazing time at Sea Iris!

We had an amazing time at Sea Iris. The house was super cute, and perfect for a quiet birthday gathering of friends and family. We only had 5 total staying, and that was split so at most 4 in the house at a time. It was perfect. The kitchen was great for cooking and had just about everything you need. The back patio was great for hanging out in the evenings and eating dinner outside or morning breakfast. We were allowed to bring our diabetic cat, and it was the only way we could travel for a week. We met one of the owners, Vera, the first night when the shower was clogged. She came right over and fixed it and was very nice. I couldn't be happier with the house. It was about a block and a half away from the entrance to the beach, which made it easy to carry all our gear and snacks! The neighborhood was quiet, which is important to us. We have loved Rehoboth for years, but it was a special treat to stay the week in such a lovely home.
