Just a short walk from the busy heart of Puerto Banus, the property is set on the quiet complex of Los Naranjos. On the complex there is a restaurant and a great supermarket.The famous Manolo Santana Health Club is just around the corner. The towns of Marbella and San Pedro are a 5 minute drive in each direction. The white-washed village of Istán is only 15 minutes inland. This superb luxury three bedroom town house is fully air-conditioned and features 3 full sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom finished in white marble and comprises a bath with shower over, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom, also finished in white marble, features a walk-in shower. The spacious L shaped lounge and dining area is equipped with satellite SKY TV for English Channels, and DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen comprises an oven with ceramic hob. Supermarket on site

Family holiday

Right from the start of the process, even before we’d booked our stay the communication with Vatch was spot on. Several telephone conversations to answer any queries we had were very helpful. In the lead up to our visit we received all the information we needed regarding location, check in and details of the surrounding area, Definetly worth using the company Vatch recommends to do airport transfer as Jazz the driver was very helpful and dropped us literally at the door. The villa itself is amazing and photos don’t really do it justice. The grounds and pool were also immaculate, and the pool is literally outside the back gate. The supermarket is literally a 3 minute walk away, which was very handy! The harbour is s 30 minute stroll away along main road or a taxi was about 6€. Vatch is a great host and was very helpful and answered any queries very promptly, it seemed as though nothing was too much trouble for him. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be booking again when we return to Puerto Banus.

Home away from home indeed!

Beautiful property located in a convenient and quiet neighbourhood. Perfect proximity to the flashy Puerto Banus area, old Town Marbella and quaint Benahavís. The Andalucían mountain range provided the right amount of cool on hot days. Vatch, the owner, was an absolute gem. He responded to every text message and calls promptly and happily. I arrived after midnight from Canada and he was readily available to answer his phone when I accidentally pocket dialled him. He is a genuinely caring and considerate host and happily accommodated my in-laws extended stay, they had a much later departure back to Ireland. Vatch, 5 stars are not enough to rate you or your property, I’d give you the entire galaxy if that was an option. Thanks a million man! All the best to you and your family. You obviously know and understand the business of hospitality. The beds, linen, towels and home smelt amazing. The kitchen was suitably equipped with the essentials to make a decent breakfast. Two lovely restaurants and a supermarket were all within easy walking distance. You are an asset to HomeAway!

Girls Stay in Puerto Banus

The accommodation is not so Luxury as we expected, the floors could really do with a good steam clean as walking around the apartment after having a shower would present you with black soles !! The kitchen was in need of a really good deep cleanse the oven was in a little bit of a state. We had problems with the Air Conditioning as it did not work on arrival, phoned the owner and he did try his best to fix this. But, we arrived on the Friday and he was unable to get this fixed until the Monday and we left on the Tuesday so only 1 day of air con... Not good in July!! The front door was an absolute nitemare as the barrell twists as you turn the key so one of the evenings took us over 20mins to get in... Did mention this to Simon who was the property consultant and he just laughed and said well at least you got in!! Oh well thanks for that... Overall we did enjoy our stay but property could do with a facelift inside and out as all girls agreed it was a little worn.

Hi Michelle Im a little disappointed with the review as I try my best to make sure guests have the best possible stay and my property is of a high standard. In regards to the cleaning of the house I will get in touch with my agent and try find out what happened. I've had guests staying in my property for 10 years now and have never had a complaint in regards to the house not being clean. My management agent and his team always do a great job and I have full faith in them and the service they provide. Secondly the AC system. I cannot predict or know when the system will need re gassing. This is just one of those things that happened whilst you were there. I tried my absolute best to get it fixed but as this happened on Friday night it's impossible to get fixed till Monday as it's a weekend . Simon my agent did a great job finding someone to fix if on Monday at 9.00am. Thirdly the front door lock. I had a guest before your stay and also have a guest in the property now and have had no complaints about the lock. Simon my agent also said the lock is absolutely fine and in working order. If there was a problem I would have had it replaced straight away. Overall I try very hard as an owner to give guests the best holiday experience and my management team in Spain also provide a high level of service. In 10 years I've only had great feedback and I apologize if you did not feel same. Thanks Vatch Jandu

Los Naranjos De Marbell

This is a great family orientated apartment, on a lovely complex. The accomodation was clean, spacious and kitted out with everything needed to make it a comfortble stay. The on-site Supermarket and Bar / Restaurant were fantastic, as was the swimming pool located just through the back gate! Puerto Banus is a gentle 25 minute (flat) walk away or 5 minute drive, bus stops are local to take you to Marbella and the surrounding towns, and taxi's are plentiful, and the sun was always shining! Vatch and the management team made the holiday stress-free and we look forward to returning in the future.

Stunning Apartment in a quiet residential area

Just back from a fantastic stay in this apartment. The apartment is stunning and very spacious - we comfortably fitted 5 of us. The pool is right on your doorstep and very peaceful and relaxing. It is only shared by a few houses. This is the ideal stay for a family or small group as it is based in a quiet residential area. It is easily accessible to Puerto Banus centre - €8 in a taxi or 30 minute walk. The owner Vatch could not have been better. Gave us everything we needed before our stay and helped us arrange airport transfers. He was very responsive for any questions we had. Definitely amazing value for money!

Beautiful spacious house

Beautiful spacious townhouse with great amenities within walking distance, and an easy 5 minute drive to Puerto Banus. The owner of the house was so helpful and a delight to deal with! Was absolutely perfect for our fantastic girls holiday, and would love to return!

Lovely villa in great location

The villa was nice and clean. Very well equipped, except no cleaning products provided. The communal pool area was always nice and quiet however not really appropriate for a group of young people, very family orientated. Only 5 mins taxi ride to Puerto banus so easy to get to at night. Overall we had a lovely stay here.

Hi Sophie Thanks for your review. Sorry there was no cleaning products provided. They usually are but as you were the first summer season guest the cleaners forgot to leave out for you. It won't happen again. Yes the pool is very quiet and relaxing but I have young people staying there all the time and really enjoy that before heading out in the evening. Each to there own I suppose. Los Naranjos townhouse

My wife, son and I had a great time at the townhouse for a "getaway" week in the Puerto Banus area. The house is in a great location, very easy to get to and an easy walk or drive down to Puerto Banus. The facilities in the house were as described and in very good condition. The area was quiet and local shop and restaurants handy. Pool access on the doorstep. We were there to play golf and tennis and although the clubhouse does not now offer tennis there is a great facility not too far away (5mins) at Manuel Santana's tennis centre (Gym, tennis, padel). Highly recommend and interaction with owner great.

Amazing place to stay

Several friends and I booked Vatch's place for a 30th Birthday celebration for the August Bank Holiday weekend. The place is really big and in very good condition. We were generally shocked at the quality of the place. Vatch put us in contact with a company to take us to and from the airport who were very helpful. It is a shared pool but we found we were the only people using it, which was nice. We will definetly be back.

A great place to stay

A great 3 bed townhouse which was very clean and spacious. The direct access to the pool was fab and it was never too crowded. The air-con really made a difference. The on-site security made the development very secure & they also helped us book taxis in the evening. We would definitly return for a week's stay.

Fantastic House and Location!

We recently returned from this holiday home and we are already planning on when we can go back. It really does live up to the details as the house is a great size and the swimming pool is right outside your back gate... and seems to be hardly used by anyone else. The garden out the back is perfect size for a BBQ and relaxing in the sun. The location is just 5mins from the Motorway so is very easy to find and the large Supermarket round the corner is better than most you will find in the UK. A new coffee shop has opened up next to the Supermarket as well which is great to sit outside and have a drink and homemade cake! The walk down to the beach in Peurto Banus is about 15-20mins but is an easy stroll along a well lit boulevard... and is a fantastic place with lots of good places to eat and people watch. As a family we would certainly go back to this house and have no hesitation in recommending it to our other friends and family.... and the owner (Vishnu) is great at giving you details and sorting anything out you need. Fantastic Holiday

Myself and the family stayed in this stunning townhouse in March. Apart from the bad weather the house met all of our expectations. Situated less that 5 mins by car to the main marina it was a great loctaion. The property was spacious and well decorated. The location of the pool (on your back doorstep) was brialliant. The house is in a very peacefull area making it a great place to relax. The main advantage was the supermarket being a 1 min walk from the property. It sold everything from fresh meat to alcohol and also stocked baby products. There is a great clubhouse on site where we ate a few times in the evening and enjoyed a dring during the day. All in all the house was great for our family and the service from the owner and his team in marbella was first class. Will defo be booking for next summer when we can make full use of the pool.

Los Naranjos Townhouse- Fantastic

Just back from Marbella and thought I'd let you know how impressed and pleased we were with the villa. The standard is fantastic, great value for money and the best thing for us was literally that you open the back gate and the pool is there, perfect with our tiny baby too. Excellent spacious lounge and dining room, very clean on arrival and lovely bedrooms with lots of storage. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for that area, a lovely holiday destination.

Great family holiday!

This apartment is clean, spacious, modern and well located. We stayed here for 2 weeks and thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was easy to find and the company looking after the property are in the same development so were close by should we have any problems. They were also able to recommend local restaurants, etc which was great! There was plenty room for the 6 of us to sleep, eat and watch tv. As we were so close to the pool we could easily use the loungers here without hassle. We also had 2 sun terraces where we could take a chair and read a book peacefully! The apartment was 5 minute drive from Puerto Banus centre which was great as it has loads of restaurants and a lovely beach. If we couldnt be bothered getting dressed to go out, then we had the Supermarket which was one street away from the apartment where we were able to buy in supplies. We also have the clubhouse a couple of streets away where you can go and get a bite to eat or takeaway which suited us some afternoons! Would definately recommend this apartment to friends and family and hope to visit again in the future. Speirs Family

10/10 – Hervorragend

Fantastic Family Home from Home.

We stayed at this holiday home for 5 days and were absolutely in love with it the whole time. We have 2 small children 4yr and 2yr, so it was important to have all that comforts of home, whilst we were on holiday. The villa is goregous and I must give credit to the owner, as he seems to have maticulously designed and decorated the interior. The place was very clean, comfortable and we slipped straight into our holiday with great ease. The bedrooms are great, with nice cosey beds, great bathrooms / showers and my wife certainly enjoyed switching off, as the towels and laundry were all taken care of. The large outdoor pool is right outside the patio doors and was in a private setting, which was very reassuring for us because we wanted the kids to remain safe. The pool was nice, clean and seemed very well maintained. The port is only about 15-20minutes walked and we enjoyed popping into the shops along the way for a spot of shopping. We found the selection of resturants and bars fantasitc and as a complete package, I would definately recommend this villa to everyone. Happy Hols!

Very high standard Luxury townhouse.

This is an amazing house situated very close to the port and local amenities. We have stayed here on a few occassions and each time we have been completly satisfied with the quality and standard of the house. It is very clean and modern and very well looked after. The property is situated in a beautiful estate. It has security guards patrolling the area so there is a real element of security which with children is ideal. Inside we were welcolmed with a spacious lounge/ dining area with a very well equipped kitchen. Each of the bedrooms were stylish and spacious. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a toilet downstairs which is ideal with children. Patio doors lead on to a terrace and literally two metres away you are welcolmed by a stunning pool. The pool was very clean and it cleaned on a regular basis. Also, we noticed security pops in a few times a day to check that everyone is okay and that no one is mis behaving by the pool side. We found this property to be perfect with two young children as it was extremly safe to let the children play by the pool as it is all secluded and doors are kept locked at all times.Only residents can enter the pool side so it was never over crowded. Last year it was fantastic as a local supermarket has opened literally a 5 minute walk from the property. It is open every day and it stocks almost everything that you need. Lots of fresh meat and fish ideal for bbq's on the terrace. The main port is only a few minutes away by car. It has a very relaxed atmosphere during the day, stunning yachts to admire. The port is full of boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. The beach is beautiful and perfect for the children. My family and I have enjoyed our holiday everytim in this house. It has always been a luxury and a pleasure to stay in a villa that is very well looked after.
