Thanks for the review I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. The pool cues were replaced and their is a large garage bin outside the house although unfortunately city pick up is outside our control.

Thanks for the feedback I hope you enjoyed your stay! With regards to pool heat It was not paid for in advance so it was paid directly to the management company. I was not informed of any problems until the last few days at that point it was repaired and the guest was refunded for the pool heat

I will try to respond step by step First off I appreciate all feedback. Dave was a good guest but rather than wait till the end of a 5 week stay let me know so I can help if I can. -House was refreshed at the start of 2022 all pics on the site were taken in Jan 2022 so the house is as you see it. -beds were all replaced within the last 3 years -couch and love seat are only 2 years old -dining room table is less than 2 months old -no furniture was from a thrift store but it is a rental property and I can not replace a coffee table, or a night stand after every guess. (again judge for yourself on the pics). -first complaint about the stove not sure why a small crack in the display is an issue -shower curtain cot 5 bucks let the owner know and it will be replaced also only one shower has one the others sliding doors -house was deep cleaned in Jan guest was at the house for 5 weeks and no mention of this on check in or during the stay -there use to be a BBQ along time ago but I told the guest we no longer supply one but one can be rented -yes the halfway through the stay the spa jets stop working they were on back order and have since been replaced I have no control over the time frame to get parts in -there is a 2 car driveway with plenty of room for two cars or SUV's etc. The guest parked on the grass and their car was towed I have no control over county rules so I'm not sure what I can do to control that -yes you have to put back the trash bin those are county rules not mine I have no control over the rest of the neighborhood but I chose to follow the rules. First off I would like to thank you for your review as we appreciate all feedback both positive and negative as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. Although I do have to point out a few things as we have never had a bad review including the guest who checked in just before and just after this guest. I will try to answer all your concerns -house cleaning (the house is cleaned after each guest checks out and a deep clean is done twice a year) Im not saying things don't get missed but a simple call to myself or management will always resolve that issue -mattresses ( All mattresses in the house are less than 3 years old and we have had numerous guests state how comfortable they are) As for the twin rooms that is how those beds and almost all other twin beds are designed so I'm not sure what the issue with that is -mold/drink spill (previous guest had no mention of it but again a simple call to management would resolve) -lamp (pretty easy fix) -tv and remote (I have confirmed all tv's and remotes work in the house) -sofa ( yes after guest checked out I was informed that the sofa arm was broke at that time a new sofa and love seat was delivered to the house) -Both the washer and dryer are less than 6 months old ( lint simply needed to be removed from the dryer line and reconnected. Guest or cleaners must have moved dryer and pulled it out again a simple fix) -bath mats (not sure cleaners must have threw out and did not get replaced in time) -TP, and cleaning supplies (All vacation homes are only supplied with a starter set of supplies I can't control the line at walmart there is a publix less than 5min from the house) -pool heat ( First off I supplied the guest pool heat at a cheaper cost and I told the guest that pool heat will only work during the day and that if the temps were cool and they were it would be hard for it to reach target temp as is the same with all houses, also no one showed up with a pool liner unannounced. The pool is cleaned every week they do not call ahead as its just done outside. They also installed a cover as well to help with the pool heat during cold weather) -strollers ( both strollers were bought new less than a year ago if some other guest damaged them I was unaware but again a simple phone call and they could have been replaced) I pride myself in providing a great vacation home. If any issues arise a simple email or phone call and we can resolve it in a timely manner.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Its unfortunate the pool pump stop working during your stay FYI for future guest the pump was replaced when it was reported not working and the guest was refunded for the pool heat

Hi I'm Glad you enjoyed your stay and we would love to welcome you back anytime. Sorry if there was any confusion on pool heat. It's actually extra or built into the price of most vacation homes. That way if you don't need it summertime etc you can save some money.
