NEUER BODEN MAI 2019! LAKE VIEW 4BR / 3BATH BUNGALOW-POOL, Spiele RM, BBQ & WIFI

Willkommen in Ihrer Oase in Sandy Ridge. Dies ist ein großer 2000 m² großer Bungalow mit 4 Schlafzimmern (für 8 Personen) und 3 Badezimmern. Es gibt ein separates Wohnzimmer, ein Familienzimmer und einen Essbereich. Dieses offene Haus verfügt über eine Küche in der Mitte des Hauses, eine Bar / Theke mit Blick auf die Frühstücksecke, ein Familienzimmer (mit einem 50-Zoll-Fernseher) und eine Veranda im Poolbereich. Klimaanlage und viele Deckenventilatoren sorgen für ein kühles komfortables Interieur.

Free unbegrenzte WiFi

2013 gekauft, wurden damals neue Kleingeräte und Fernseher installiert. Seitdem wurde im Januar 2015 ein Erholungsraum mit Superheldenmotiven hinzugefügt. Der Hobbyraum verfügt über einen Billardtisch, eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Kickertisch für Ihre Unterhaltung. Ein neuer Herd / Ofen wurde auch im Jahr 2015 installiert und ein neuer Kühlschrank wurde im Jahr 2016 installiert.

Im Jahr 2017 ersetzte ein Ledersofasessel die Stoff-Ausziehcouch im Familienzimmer, der Grill wurde durch einen neuen 5-Flammen-Grill ersetzt und das Terrassenset wurde mit 4 Poolliegen und einem 6-Sitz-Terrassenset aufgewertet. Für das Jahr 2018 wurden eine neue Waschmaschine und ein neuer Trockner installiert.

Die große Installation für 2019: Alle Teppiche im gesamten Bungalow wurden durch Hartholzfliesen / -böden ersetzt!

Es gibt 2 große Hauptschlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenen 32-Zoll-Fernsehern und Waschräumen (3- und 5-teilige Waschräume). Ein Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen Ausgang zum Poolbereich, der nach dem Schwimmen einen einfachen Zugang zur Dusche und zum Waschraum bietet. Die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils 2 Einzelbetten; Ein Thema für Disney, einschließlich Princess Elsa und Anna, und das andere für Sea World. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern steht im Haus ein Pack ’n Play zur Verfügung. 2 Häuserblocks weiter befindet sich ein Spielplatz mit Trainingsgeräten für Erwachsene. 24-Stunden-Sicherheit wird von Sicherheitspatrouillen zur Verfügung gestellt, und an beiden Ein- und Ausgängen in die Community befinden sich Überwachungskameras.

Das Beste an diesem Ferienhaus ist der Blick auf den See vom großen 30-Fuß-Pool oder vom überdachten Lanai. Ein Sicherheitszaun rund um den Pool schützt unsere kleinen Gäste. Es gibt viel Natur unter dem schönen Himmel von Florida zu genießen. Entspannen Sie einfach von morgens bis abends oder fahren Sie 10 Minuten zum World Drive, dem Eingang von Disney World!

McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, CVS-Apotheke, Anytime Fitness und Publix-Lebensmittelgeschäft liegen alle im Umkreis von 1,6 km. Ein 24 Stunden Walmart 10 Minuten entfernt. Golf ist 1, 7 Meilen entfernt in Reunion und 3, 2 Meilen entfernt für Champions Gate.

Perfect place for our family

We came to the Orlando area for one of our daughters to cheer at All Star Worlds and loved that we had our own space, away from the chaos. The pool was amazing, the kids loved it. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens. We also enjoyed the game room- although not was much as we would have wanted to given our schedule.

Family Trip

Very nice and clean place to stay. The kids loved having a pool to ourselves and played our entire last day! Game room was fun for the kids as well. Neighbors were all very kind and enjoyed watching our son try to catch fish in the back pond. Beds were comfortable, water was nice and hot, and we appreciated having access to the washer and dryer.

Great Family Get Away.

This spot was great for our family of 8. 4 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the theme based bedrooms, game room and the pool. House had everything we needed and was exactly how it is described. Neighborhood was very quite and it was a quick and easy trip to and from the local attractions. We had one very small issue and it was corrected immediately with great communications with the owner/management team. I would definitely recommend this place for a family visiting with children. Perfect vacation home

I spent a week in this home with my 3 kids ranging from toddler to tween. The home was clean and comfortable, it was much larger than I thought it would be and we all had plenty of space! We spent several hours every day in the pool and enjoyed the game room as well. Would love to stay again!

Nice neighborhood

Nice place to stay. Paid for pool heating and it was comfortable even with high temperatures from 65 to 78 during the trip. Kids enjoyed swimming after getting home from the theme parks. Interstate traffic can be bad and alternate routes are nearby also. Would stay here again.

Perfect home for a large family

The owners were very kind and very easy to communicate with. The house accommodated our large family of 9 perfectly. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a full day at Disney. The pool was a perfect way to rest our feet after all the walking. We would recommend this home to any large family looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Relaxing stay

The property was very cozy and relaxing. My family enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised with the amenities. The property manager and staff were incredible. One thing to note, the beds in the master bedrooms are queen beds and not King beds as described in the description. But the rooms were great size. My family and I would definitely come back for another stay. Great Thanksgiving week.

Yes, you are correct in saying that the 2 master bedrooms have queen sized beds, however this information was accurately disclosed under the bedroom details section of our VRBO website. We have considered changing to King sized beds but feel it's a shame to throw out good furniture! Home Away from Home

This was the second time we’ve stayed in this home, and we hope to stay there again next year. The owner responded very quickly and kindly to any questions we had both before and during our trip. Nice accommodations for an Orlando area vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property owner was very good. The house was as described, well maintained, and clean. We enjoyed having a pool to ourselves as a family. We were in a good location with quick access to restaurants and stores as well as being a short drive from major attractions such as Disney. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed watching the alligator that was living in the pond behind the house. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our large group to spread out. Would stay again and would recommend.

Overall nice location near everything from a CVS , Wawa, Resturants, Publix even nail salon! House needed to be more cleaner. And some minor repair like fridge door handle loose and. Door moldings are loose and shower was really dirty in master bathroom. I reached out but never got a return response via email or phone. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper only 1 roll per bathroom. and no paper towels are given.

Family fun

The house was great! The pool was nice and clean! My family loved it! Only problem was the bedding and towels smelled awful! We got in late from our flight so wanted to take showers and go to bed. We had to just deal with it until the next morning when we bought laundry soap. We just rewashed everything. So the washer and dryer was very handy! Definitely wouldn't mind booking again other than the smell it was perfect!

Listing was misleading. Power went out two days in a row. Roaches everywhere. Outdated furniture, appliances, etc. no communication from Kelly or emergency number. Home was dirty and beds are old box springs that haven’t be upgraded in years. I will not recommend this home to anyone!! Trash cans were filled with maggots. It was hard to even throw trash away. I go to Disney every year. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have had in 10 years

Dear Jul 6th guest, we do not understand how a house that received a 5 star review two days prior to your stay could become a]the house that you have described in your review. If anything your review is misleading with the exception that yes, the power did go out, but the duration was only for a few hours and the second time was for less than an hour. Power outages are out of our control and are usually the result of a powerful storm moving through the area. Our property is as listed and we have regular monthly pest control to prevent the scenario you have falsely written in your review. We have contacted VRBO with regards to your false claims and forwarded all conversations and screenshots from our property manager to show proof that not once did you complain about the cleanliness of our home. The only thing you brought to our attention during your stay were the 2 power outages which again, is something that we can not do anything about

House was a good size for our family of 6, pool was great and well heated. Area is quiet and the pond was nice to look at. Owner is amazing with communication. The house could use some minor maintenance to things like closet doors and windows locks and a deep cleaning of walls, baseboards and window sills is definitely needed. I notified the owner and she responded immediately saying she will take this to her management company to rectify. Overall we had a great 2 weeks here and made wonderful memories.

Thank you for your review. After inspection by property management, please note that there were no security issues with the windows, as all window locks were in working order. It would have been appreciated if you contacted us or the property manager during your stay to address your concern over the window locks instead of posting it on the review which didn't allow us a chance to verify your claim. As mentioned in your review, we are very responsive owners and we do our best to ensure safety to all our guests. Property management also addressed the remaining concerns mentioned above as evident from the 5 star review given to us by the guests who checked-in the next day after you left.

Wonderful Vacation Property!

This spot is exactly as it seems in the pics! We had a wonderful two week stay here and enjoyed every moment! Although it is not a gated community, there was a great deal of privacy. We spent a lot of time in the pool which backs onto a pond for extra privacy. We’ve been to Florida at least a dozen times in the past 10 years and this pool by far was the best heated one we ever experienced. It was truly lovely! The house is located close to supermarkets, restaurants and Walmart for all your essential needs. Overall, the home was nicely furnished, stocked with household necessities, had a great TV a package for late night movies and the host was easily accessible if needed. I would definitely book again!

Just as advertised

Great property that is exactly as the listing describes. I would have no reservations about staying here again! Things I liked: - Floors were clean (because who wears shoes in Florida) - Pool and pool area was clean - Could be at all Disney parks in about 20-25 min with minimal traffic - Light switches were all labeled (this was great!) - AC was cold enough - Beds were comfortable - TV's in most rooms with online capability - Fast internet - Great view of the pond - Good common areas Minor things to improve - Better shower head in the master bath - Updated pillows The property management company was great as well. We left a wallet there and the PM company shipped it to us. Thanks a ton!!

good time

it was great house but their couldnof been a propane tank provided, pool never got cleaned even though we was told they would be there on friday to do it. there was no mop for us to mop the kitchen. also the color of carpet not good idea for families with small children. good thing was washer and dryer was fast, beds were comfortable, pool was perfect size for kids to learn to swim in. also the property management never returned our calls. buf the owner would respond quickly

Very happy two months

We very much enjoyed our stay in this villa for February and March. Everything was ready for us at check in and we even asked for and early check in time. We especially enjoyed the east facing pool and lanai which made for awesome mornings enjoying a cup of coffee. It also faced a pond and we enjoyed the birds and wildlife and the quite. The unit is very spacious and very accommodating when we had company come from up north. Everything was clean and well marked and pool was heated and ready for use. We would like to congratulate this development as this the 1st time in 13 years that we rented a place that provided a recycling option. We would have rented for next year if it had been available. Sabrina was very fast responding to all questions and was very accommodating. We loved our time in the sun away from the harsh northern winter, especially this year.

Nice pool but big bug problem

Upon arrival the house smelled very clean and looked clean but as we got further into our stay we notice a lot of little things that I won’t mention here. What I will mention is the main issue we had. I know its Florida so you can’t get rid of bugs 100% but the game room had a ton of spiders and there was a bad ant problem all through the house. We found dead ants in two of the beds and on 3rd night of our 5 night stay, after a long day at magic kingdom, the master bedroom had probably a hundred ants so we packed our stuff and left a night early. We contacted the host after finding the dead ants and she did try to make it better but coming home and finding live ants for the 4th night in a row was all we could take. We had to stay up all night packing to leave a night early and no other accommodations were offered. House would be nice if the bug problem could get fixed.

We as hosts were also horrified to hear of your findings and did compensate you immediately and tried our best to solve the problem. Although property management came out to address the issues, it is unfortunate that the situation was not resolved during your stay. After your stay, we had the house gel packed and sealed for pests and since then we have had no more buggy visitors.

Positives: The host, Sabrina, is very responsive to messages and was very easy to communicate with. She was also very accommodating as she did allow a bit earlier check-in which was much appreciated. Also, the location is excellent in relation to Disney park accessibility. Negatives: the house wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. Very heavy on arrival day and still quite noticeable after leaving and returning to the house at night but not nearly as bad as first couple days. The house needs some deep cleaning especially the vents. There was black mold clearly visible around some of the vents, especially in a bedroom/kitchen. There were bugs found in the house every day including 2 cockroaches in the same bedroom as the moldy vent. The netting around the pool has several tears, a big one at ground level, which seemed to allow a large amount of the tiny lizards in the “enclosed” pool area. In addition, the game room is NOT air conditioned so was rendered basically not usable for us due to the high heat. I wish this would have been communicated in the listing as that was a main reason for picking this property. Since we spent little time at the house and were busy with Disney, I did not let Sabrina know of the negatives until the night before we left so she obviously couldn’t remedy things for us but hopefully for future renters. The negatives here outweighed the positives unfortunately so we will not be returning to this property for future stays.
