Overall, a nice condo for the price. We have stayed at Long Beach several times over the last few years because we love the location. The furniture in this condo could use some updating. None of it was comfortable to sit on when we just wanted to relax at the end of the day. The bedroom could use some more lighting. Everything else was pretty good. There is currently a lot of construction going on at the resort so it was a little frustrating with only 1 functioning elevator. Also with the construction, there was some sort of ventilation system running constantly for several days throughout our stay. It was running on a consistent loop every few minutes. We lost a lot of sleep over that.The pools here are always so clean but absolutely freezing which is kind of a bummer because my kids really wanted to swim but it was too cold for them to handle for more than a few minutes.

Great location

Loved the condo, only thing would be the bathroom curtains looked dirty. When we walked in to check in, someone was inside the condo, i think we heard one of them say realtor, we were a bit shook but overall the condo was excellent. I would recommend to friends. The view was amazing.

Kitchen was very poorly stocked. Outdated decor! Living area furniture outdated and not comfortable! Tub/shower and bathroom sink would not drain! Balcony furniture should have been trashed many years ago! I love Long Beach resort but , our room Was very disappointing, especially for the price we paid!

Condo has great view of the beach, nice and clean

Overall, the condo was nice, clean & had a great view! Bed was very nice and comfortable. It does need much better outside deck chairs. Chairs are old and not comfortable. And inside the condo, the bathtub should be updated, the water also backs up. The blender in kitchen did not work and could not hang up bath towels anywhere. The 1 towel rack is damaged. The remotes and TV cable are very old and outdated. 1 of the TV's did have ROKU.

Yhe condo wasnt tye cleanest. Sand all over the floor but notjinh i couldnt fix on my own. Swept and mopped when we got there then had a fabulous week! Being at the beach, i dont sweat the small stuff so wasnt a big deal for us and wouldnt have even said anything but i know some wouldve not been the same, so wanted to mention it. Even kitchen counter was sandy. But we were good and had a great time!!

Nice overall

The door was rusted & there’s no light on the balcony so you can’t see anything at night. Also the property doesn’t light up the pool or anything so it’s very dark. Other then that it was jive & in a great part of pcb. The view off the balcony was beautiful!

Great location, great view. The room itself, ehh. The bathroom needs a remodel, I would compare it to a red roof inn $25-$30 a night motel room. All towel, TP, and hand towel holders were very lose. Very little forks, spoons, plates, bowls etc. left us with one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for a week, buy yourself some. The bed in the bedroom was amazing, also best pillows ever! BUT the pull out couch bed is completely non-useable. Please don’t rely on this as a bed for anyone, even the kids. The resort itself was pretty nice. Love the pools and the beach access. Security were seen often. Overall the stay was okay, we had fun. I think it’s a little over priced for what you get. The bed was really the only comfortable thing in the room.

Perfect weekend getaway

Excellent view of the gulf from the balcony. The condo was cozy and clean. Great location, short walk to shop, eat or play! Loved our stay. Highly recommend this location. Perfect for a couple. Elevators were always available, we didn’t even wait at check in time! If you are a regular PCB condo renter you will know that this is a big deal! Pool was beautiful & easily accessible.

Needed a few things repaired

Front door locks fairly worn out. Front door weather seals in poor condition. Ceiling fan with light fixture would be great on balcony, also a foot mat to wipe sand off of feet. Outside power outlet not working. Poor caulking in bathroom. Could not use washer and dryer at the same time, kinda weird.

PCB getaway family trip

This place was located in an amazing area - and the view is absolutely breathtaking - however the room needs a lot of updating. Upon entering the door had rust all over it and needs to be replaced badly! Most of the other property rooms had keyless entry locks- however this one has actual keys that you have to use to open the entrance door which was a bit frustrating as the lock was hard to turn. The pull out sofa bed is absolutely miserable to sleep on as we had a 8 and 11 yo sleeping on it and they said it was just uncomfortable! The opening of the balcony from the bedroom is absolutely old and needs to be replaced as once you get it open its hard to get it closed again! It will not slide and my husband pulled his shoulder trying to get it closed back- this was very frustrating! The ceiling in the bedroom was very dirty and there were some places that had previous leaks it looks like! Also there were busted outlet covers on some places. With a little TLC and some updates this place would be 100% perfect!

I finally spoke with the property manager after several days informing them of the inadequacies. As discussed, please up your game a bit in the kitchen. There isn't enough silverware for example to utilize the dishwasher, every piece, all 4 settings had to be washed with each meal. Needs more dishes, very expensive for what was offered.

Beautiful condo and was very enjoyable until the last couple of days then that was when the takeover was done at panama city beach. Gunshots fired, businesses closed, our road was shut down could not enter or exit. Very relaxing trip until the last 2 days

The condo was as expected but got a bad first impression as the front door was rusty looking.

Sliding doors were hard to slide. Better new deck furniture. Living room furniture not real comfortable either. We did like the bed. Lol.

Garbage disposal broken, huge black stain on ceiling in bedroom, needs new tub, tv in bedroom did not work, couch was dirty, table on patio was rusty, along with the front door. Best part was the location and balcony. Owner could update for less than $10k and get a huge ROI!
