Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

This beautifullly remodeled, updated condo is located on the fifth floor of Tower 3, one of the most desired locations within Long Beach Resort because of the proximity to the lagoon pool and beach access. This condo has upscale furnishings and is in great condition! Enjoy the floor to ceiling window views from both the bedroom and living room area. Step out onto your private 30 foot balcony from both rooms to feel the cool ocean breezes and watch another beautiful Florida sunset! The balcony features all new, comfortable Polywood furniture. This 750 square foot condo will easily accommodate four, with a king size bed in the master suite and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining area seats four, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been completely overhauled and features stainless steel appliances, a huge granite counter top island, and lots of counter space! There is a large flat screen HDTV in the living room AND the bedroom!! The entire condo is done in a beautiful tile and the bathroom has a walk in shower with a separate dressing area with a double vanity with his/her sinks and new maple cabinets. Long Beach Resort has three pools (a 6800 square foot lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls) plus two seasonally heated polynesian pools, three hot tubs, a poolside bar and grill (seasonal), parasailing, jet ski and umbrella rentals on site, 24hr security with gated access and plenty of parking. The resort's location is convenient to everything you want to do such as golf, restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, and Wal Mart (across the street in case you forget anything!).
