Everything went smoothly even with the tropical storm that blew by during our stay. The place is clean and well stocked. The location allows you to just use public transit, walk out the door, around the corner, and jump in the ocean. Communication was very good. Really enjoyed it and would gladly stay there again.

Highly recommend this awesome property in awesome location, you will not be disappointed. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Host communication was great too! Walking distance to everything and bus stop is across the street. Two dining options downstairs and more nearby.

Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental was there and clean. Location was good. The only thing that bothered me was the dirty marina that I had to look at from the balcony.

We are glad that you loved the cleanliness, and location ​with ocean views.​ Regarding your comments about the marina debris​, unfortunately, heavy rains and runoff can cause the marina to collect debris. The Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources maintains floating debris traps to catch ​debris before it spills into the ocean and damages coral reefs. However, during severe weather, these traps quickly fill to capacity and often catch only 20-25% of the total downstream flow. When the traps overflow, the excess spills directly into the harbor, leaving state crews and local boaters to manually fish the ​debris out of the water.​ We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

The condo was nice with a beautiful view of the marina (& fireworks!). The bed was comfortable if not a little of the soft side. The kitchen and shower were also nice. The condo tends to get a little warm during the day even with the shades pulled. Having the room fans was wonderful, as well as beach towels and chairs. The ceiling fan didn’t work, a shelf in the cabinet was only supported by 2 pins so fell immediately and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 of us staying for 7 days/nights. The parking ticket system was very complicated (& expensive) as was finding the condo on day 1. The balcony is very tiny. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper. Overall, the condo met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean room. Amenities avoided extra trips to the ABC store. Also had beach towels, chairs and a boogie board! Plenty of towels in the bathroom. the pull out couch was just as comfortable as the main bed. Did not have any spice's though, which was my only meh thought for how much we used and ate in the kitchen. Otherwise, met all expectations of the listing and was fairly priced.

The condo was in a great (geographical) location! It was difficult to originally find upon srrival from the airport. James did respond to our texts while in transit from the airport, which helped! The area near the condo location is currently under construction and that did not help the situation. All told, once found and the confusing parking situation iwas figured out...the actual condo unit/location was a comfortable stay (3 nights). The condo is walkable to various locations....restaurants, convenience stores, & shopping centers.We were disappointed in the harbor views directly below our patio (garbage in the water, homeless individuals...typical for the area ---so we learned during our stay??? )The next door patio occupant (to the right of us looking at the harbor) was a frequent marijuana smoker. To each... there own, and for us it ruined opening the patio door. Overall, the things that upset our stay, were not the fault of the condo owners....just an unfortunate circumstance for us!

Good location and walking distance to both Waikīkī and the Ala Moana Mall for local shopping and their incredible Food Court (with a ton of local restaurants that are way LESS expensive than Waikiki) if you’re on a budget. Room 388 Ilikai Marina is VERY spacious 1 bedroom with a full modern kitchen and living room with a lanai that overlooks the water/Marina with a front row to the Friday Fireworks.

A perfect location to everything fun!

A nice condo with free parking, well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. The best thing about this was the location, walk to Waikiki and the Ala Moana mall, restaurants, and of course the beach! I would definitely stay in this location again.

Great Condo

The condo itself was very clean and all the amenities I expected. It was nice to overlook the harbor and the ocean beyond, and watch the sunset. The harbor is a busy place with people coming and going at all hours!

Best experience and will be back

This is one of the best rentals we have had in the past few years. The room has a great view for Friday fireworks and the location is excellent. Definitely will recommend to others to come here and stay.

Great Condo and Location

The condo was located in a great area, LOVED the marina. It had stuff for the beach and was fully stocked with everything in the kitchen to cook with. Will be staying htere again.

Great Location!!

Overall we were very happy with our stay! It had all the basic needs and I appreciated a lot that dishes were available for cooking. Most places that you stay at have limited dishes. Location was also great from everything in Waikiki. Highly recommend staying here over a hotel any day.

Nice Location on Waikiki

The unit was very clean and well located although the street noise was loud at night.
