Beau Manguier villa is a quintessence of beauty lying in a peaceful haven. The entrance to the villa is private and the parking is separated from the garden by an old and imposing sculpted Java wooden door on which are fixed big oriental metal knobs. When opening the big doors, you will be enchanted by the long pool of slate and the clapping sound of the water being poured into the pool by the two Balinese goddesses who gracefully stand by the water. We had a fantastic holiday. The villa looks like in the pictures. It was so beautiful. The check in was uncomplicated. We were welcomed by Shirley, Indranee and Karen. Then they showed us the villa. We were able to ask Shirley at any time of the day or night and she always helped us. Indranee and Karen cleaned up our mess every day (we were there with 2 toddlers - there is a lot of chaos). Indranee cooked so deliciously for us. We didn't have to eat out as she cooked different dishes (and huge portions) for us. She also prepared vegetable and fruit salads. It was all so delicious and loving. They also go shopping for you if you don't feel like it. And they did our laundry every day. However, 3 very small things bothered us: 1. the washing machine smells and should be cleaned urgently. 2. a small fan for the table should be abolished. We often had flies there while eating. 3. the door to the bathtub is difficult to open. But these are just small things. We had such a nice holiday. And Shirley, Indranee and Karen took great care of us. We definitely recommend the villa. It was so fantastic. If Mauritius, then a stay at Shirley's Villa.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt in Grand Baie

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen. Die Lage der Villa ist super und ruhig. Insbesondere der Poolbereich und die Terrasse ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Super host who greeted us on arrival which was very helpful to get us orientated and learn what amenities are nearby. She was very responsive and provided great recommendations. There is a lovely housekeeper who keeps the villa clean and tidy, and cooked us a delicious welcome meal.Villa was very spacious, we had great fun in the pool and there are various areas in the garden and terrace area to choose from for family to sit and relax, eat and drink together.There are some wonderful beaches around the Grand Baie area, and we had a car -we particularly enjoyed Pereyberey and Mont Choisy. There is a really secluded bay just opposite the villa, though you have to access by climbing over a few rocks and some of our party were not so agile so we didn't attempt it! But still a beautiful place to watch the sunset.Several supermarkets nearby and restaurants, and also great bakery and breakfast options.Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful villa if it is available you should book it quick. Spacious and very well presented, the villa provides a private location in a quiet area with a large pool and living area perfect for 8 people to stay. There outside area has different types of seating to accommodate use all day and evening including bbq area. Whilst close to a busy town with plenty to do and a good night life the villa is quiet. There are secluded beaches within 3-4 minutes walk or you can get to Grand Baie beach, shops and many places to eat within 10 minutes. Shirley was always available to answer any questions and provided a personal meeting for check in and departure and was able to recommend contacts for a boat trip and massages/treatments at the villa. Whilst the villa is private with no overlooking neighbours, there are 1-2 ladies that come daily between 9 and 1 to tidy, clean and change the bedding and a gardener that comes 2-3 times a week so is not a place you can shut the door and not see another person during your stay. The staff are very polite however and can also pre-prepare a meal if required for an additional cost and can discuss the food they need you to buy or help with the shop if they have time. Entrance to the villa is a secure gated drive. There are en-suite bathrooms to the two main bedrooms and the third and children’s room shares a shower room and separate wc. Two large fridge/freezers provide ample space for drink and food.

Shirley is not only our host, but she brings a team of local experts, we were in good hands for snorkelling and deep sea fishing, not to mention the spa and chef are at your service!The villa is well decorated with Island atmosphere! It is a gem in the Grand Bay area, we enjoy every moment of it! The villa is conveniently located between public breaches, shopping centre, grocery store, restaurants and much more!I would recommend anyone visiting Mauritius!

Beautiful Villa

A truly magical villa. We had a delightful stay and Indranee is a fabulous lady who took care of us and made us some amazing food! The accommodation itself is very spacious and comfortable with excellent outdoor areas to relax and have a barbecue in the evenings. The local town is nice with bars and restaurants and several supermarkets close by. Shirley is a fantastic host who was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this beautiful villa. 10/10!!

Villa superbe, petite plage charmante et suffisante pour nous accessible à pieds, sinon grandes plages publiques accessibles en bus ( on a adoré prendre le bus à l’île Maurice!) et ou taxis. We had a wonderful stay at Beau Manguier Villa. Shirley was a great host with excellent communication prior to and during the visit. Indranee prepared a beautiful meal for us when we arrived, and looked after us throughout our stay. The property is well maintained, and located on the edge of Grand Baie, with a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance, and others a longer walk or short taxi away.

Pas d’autre mot que juste: parfait! Beautiful villa with all required amenities. Helpful and accommodating owner.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful villa. The owner was very quick to respond. We had some trouble with the gate opener and the outside grill which were quickly sorted out. There is a housekeeper who comes in everyday except Sundays for light housekeeping and you don't have to worry about cleaning while on holidays. We requested early check in and we were pleasantly surprised to have Shirley, the owner, welcome us. We were provided with welcome drinks and a welcome lunch which we were not expecting and highly appreciated. You will need to bring your own supply of laundry detergent and personal toiletries. Overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend.

Un séjour de rêve

Dès les premiers contacts Shirley a été très réactive et aidante. Elle nous a permis de simplifier au maximum l'organisation de notre séjour, du transfert de l'aéroport, à l'organisation de journée. Ses précieux conseils et ses très bonnes adresses nous ont permis de passer 10 jours idylliques dans cette somptueuse villa. De plus, la présence d'Indranee a été un pur bonheur. Une gentillesse dans commune mesure et des plats plus savoureux les uns que les autres. Sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons à Maurice et l'adresse où nous déposerons nos valises nous est déjà connue, il s'agit de la villa Beau Manguier ;-)

Parfait et Parfaites!

Nous avons passé 10 jours magiques sur cette ile paradisiaque et Shirley et Indranee n’y sont pas étrangères! La gentillesse et la cuisine d’Indranee! Habituellement les photos sont trompeuses mais pour le coup la villa beau-manguier a étais au-dessus de nos attentes, elle dispose d’un soin de haute qualité en terme de nettoyage que ce soit intérieur ou extérieur, des services rendu avec une gentillesse irréprochable, une femme de ménage qui peut vous préparer des plats locaux de folies, comme indiquer dans le titre la villa est idyllique avec un très bon emplacement dans la ville de grand Bay, je vous le recommande fortement.

ahhhh l'Ile Maurice

Ce n'est pas la première fois à l'Ile Maurice, mais c'est une première chez Shirley. Nous sommes arrivés après un cyclone donc il y avait un peu de "désordre" général dans l'Ile. Nous avons été très bien accueillit par la patronne et par Indrani. On a eu un cocktail de bienvenu et un repas pour notre premier jour. Et ça, franchement, c'est un "plus" jamais vu ailleurs. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison et nous avons eu de très bons conseils par Shirley notamment sur les excursions en mer avec Fabrice ou d'autres sorties. Merci et merci

Un petit paradis

Séjour paradisiaque au calme dans un très bel environnement. Maison très facile à vivre, bien équipée, bien entretenue et bien située par rapport aux plage et au centre ville. Et drømmehus i paradis

Denne feriebolig ligger i det charmerende hjørne Grand Baie på Mauritius. Huset er yderst velfungerende for den større familie, vennepar eller bare for dem der ønsker en privat ferie i smukke omgivelser. Huset ligger fredfyldt lige i yderkanten af byen. Men alligevel i gå afstand fra Strand, indkøb og gode restauranter. Alt fungerede super fint og der er lagt stor energi fra udlejer for at skabe de perfekte rammer. Tjenestevillighed og hjælpsomhed gør at du føler dig velkommen.

Mieux que l'hôtel grâce à : l'espace, l'indépendance de chacun des occupants, la délicieuse piscine, les conseils avisés de Shirley et l'ange de ce paradis Indranee qui nous a dorlotée et fais découvrir de délicieux plats mauriciens.
