Sollte Ihre Gruppe also aus mehr als 11 Personen bestehen, sprechen Sie uns einfach an und wir können über die Schlafgelegenheiten reden. PENDENE ist eine geräumige freistehende Villa nur 10/15 min zu Fuß von dem besten Badestrand in Pereybere und etwa gleich weit vom Grand Baie entfernt - „Hauptstadt“ für Shopping und Nachtleben auf Mauritius. Mont Choisy ist 10 min Fahrt entfernt - einer der größten Sandstrände der Insel. Supermarkt und lokale Produkte weniger als 10 min entfernt. Die Villa im Kolonialstil hat rundum Balkons und meilenweite Ausblicke.
Es gibt einen großen privaten Pool und ein großes Patio mit Grill und tropischem Garten vor wie hinter dem Haus. Es wird diskret verwaltet von dem Ehepaar Garcon & Bebe, die bei Ihrer Ankunft zu Ihrer Begrüßung vor Ort sein werden. Sie werden Ihnen zeigen, wo sich alles befindet und Ihnen helfen, sich mit minimalem Aufwand einzuleben. Mietauto mit Rabatt und Aktivitäten können für Sie organisiert werden. Ein voller Reinigungs- und Conciergedienst ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

My Wife’s 40th

What an incredible and excellent villa! Close to beautiful beaches and shops. Property management onsite is amazing. Beach club 2Beach is around the corner and is a great way to see the beach and enjoy excellent drinks and food!

Excellent villa well able to cope with my family of 6 adults and 4 children. It was so big and spacious, we never felt on top of one another. The kitchen had more than we needed. The pool was stunning! So big, clean, and protected by a security fence and gate...which we didn't expect as it wasn't in the advertising photos, but very welcome peace of mind as we had children. The caretaker, Nitish, lives next door and was really helpful with any issues or queries.

1st time in Mauritius

Property was as per the photos on the website. It was clean and very spacious. Even with 8 people it never felt crowded. Loved the holiday and the villa helped make the holiday special. It had a nice large pool which was used daily. It was well maintained and had everything we needed. My brother even stated that he would miss the villa as it was perfect for our needs.

Amazing spacious house

The house keepers family is adorable and always there to help. The house is huge so is the pool. Very complete equipment and appliances. Quiet neighbourhood just 5 ms away from Grand Baie by car. The house 's owner is very kind and helpfull too. Thank you Wendy! Will definitively come back.

A Wonderful Stay

I planned a trip to Mauritius and was looking for places to stay. Unfortunately I did not plan enough in advance. Luckily I was able to find Pendene Villa and Wendy, the owner, was very helpful in reserving her villa for 2 nights for us. The only 2 nights available during my trip to Mauritius. I wish we could have stayed in the villa for the entire trip. We had a warm welcome from Garcon and he gave us a tour of the whole villa. The villa is very spacious and was very cleaned upon arrival. We love the fact that it has a private pool. We spent New Year's Eve in the villa and could not have been better. The facilities and amenities in the villa were amazing. I will definitely book the villa again on my next trip and will make sure I book it way in advance this time.

Thank you JF for this kind review. I am sorry I was not able to accommodate your group for your entire stay due to near maximum occupancy in December. Nevertheless you appreciated the facilities, independence and flexibility of staying in a private self catering villa as opposed to the Hotel you stayed at. As a Canadian I hope you are now aware that last minute booking is virtually impossible for the months of Dec/Jan/Feb/March in villas of this quality in Mauritius. I would be delighted to be of assistance to you and your family/friends in the future but if you are looking to book the villa for end of year festivities I strongly advise that you do so well in advance. Xmas/NY 2013 was booked 18 months in advance and 3 groups are at present vying for 2014/15 availability!! I was also very pleased to hear from GARCON our caretaker/manager that members of your family thoroughly enjoyed spending New Year at the villa instead of restrictions of the Hotel!! We loved it!

We spent 3 weeks at Pendine Villa near Pereybere beach summer 2009.Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 teenagers so we had tons of room in the villa which is extremely well maintained and appointed, really big , with loads of extras like books, games, hairdryers, pool toys, bbq, etc. The booking process was easy with plenty of tips from the owners, and when we arrived we were unbelieveably well looked after by Garcon and his wife Bebe who live very close and are keen to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The location is good , within an easy walk to Pereybere however we hired a car at very good rates and travelled around to various beaches as well. I think if you go for self catering over the hotel route you experience a lot more of the real Mauritius without being ripped off by the hoteliers. Eating out is generally very reasonable and everyone is very friendly. We would defiintely recommend the villa and Mauritius overall as a holiday destination.

Fantastic holiday

We were two families who stayed over the half term break in October 2012. Have to stay everything was absolutely perfect. Right from the outset Wendy, the owner, could not have been more helpful. She offered many good tips and always responded swiftly to any queries. She organised the transfer from the airport and from the moment we arrived at the villa Garcon and Bebe looked after us. Having them on site was not intrusive and a great comfort in terms of security. Garcon booked us trips, Bebe cooked for us and both seemed to be on a mission to make sure we all got the most out of our holiday. Villa was spacious and clean as was the pool. Would strongly recommed anyone thinking of visiting this beautiful island to book this villa. Ideally located and ensures you get out and about to explore the island. Can never understand why people book into all-inclusive hotels and then spend 14 days in the same place!!!

My assurance to you from the time you inquire about the villa to the time you catch your flight back home is that you go to Mauritius and enjoy your holiday and leave the organising to me. Sehr viel Platz - Renovierungsbedarf

Von aussen sieht das Haus schmuck aus, von innen ist es renovierungsbedürftig. Insbesondere die Küche: Geschirrspüler rostig - mochten wir nicht benutzen, Wasserhahn lose, eine Herdplatte defekt, Ofen nicht sauber. Die Bäder sind gerade noch ok, aber alles alt und nicht sehr einladend. Die separaten Gittertüren an sämtlichen Türen haben wir nicht verstanden - Kriminalität? Steckdosen veraltet bzw englisches System, generell Elektroinstallation veraltet. Viele einfache Lichtschalter ohne Wechselschaltfunktion - bei großen Räumen eher lästig. Mobiliar im Aussenbereich: 5 Plastikstühle, 2 Klapptische und veraltete Plastik-Poolliegen, in denen sich die Katzen wohl gefühlt und ihre Krallen gewetzt haben. Positiv war der zügige Kontakt zur Besitzerin, die uns mit sehr nützlichen Tipps versorgt hat und dem Hausmeister-Ehepaar, welches den Pool regelmäßig gesäubert und immer mal wieder nach dem rechten gesehen hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, aber zu Fuss braucht man knappe 30 Minuten um an der Küste mit Restaurants und Strand zu sein. Die Hälfte des Weges ist eine stark befahrene Strasse ohen Fussweg. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem: sehr netter Kontakt, aber keine Luxusvilla mehr

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. Rien de manque et la piscine est très appréciable. Nitish et sa femme sont tres gentils, très accueillants et sont toujours là pour repondre a nos interrogations. Ne pas hesiter a reserver cette location

très bonnes vacances

Vacances en famille de 10 personnes de 18 à 75 ans, nous avons reçu un accueil TRES TRES bien dans une très belle villa qui était conforme à l'annonce.Nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour et le recommandons pour famille ou groupe d'amis.

These clients landed late at night and our staff cooked their evening meals. On arrival at the villa food and drinks were waiting for them. They loved the local food and got our staff to prepare evening meals on numerous occasion. If you fancy trying local dishes let us know and we will oblige. Wendy

Très beau séjour

Très belle maison , grande et spacieuse. Manque juste 2-3 équipement mais globalement très bien ! Le jour se lève très tôt à Maurice et des rideaux obscurcissants seraient bien sinon rien d autre à dire .

Super séjour

Je recommande cette location Contact avant départ merveilleux avec Wendy la propriétaire une aide très précieuse proposant toutes les possibilités (location de voitures, transfert aéroport)pour aborder notre arrivée dans les meilleures conditions. A notre arrivée accueil par Nitish et Pooja couple de gardien d'une extraordinaire gentillesse. Nous gardons d'eux un super souvenir qui fait entièrement parti de notre voyage, merci à eux

Meine älteste Tochter, Alice, hat dieses Jahr einen Masterabschluss in Physik gemacht. Nun promoviert Sie in Physik. Hannah, die Jüngere, freut sich darauf, nach dem Abitur nächstes Jahr Chemie zu studieren.
Ich habe 2000 in Mauritius Urlaub gemacht und mich in Land und Leute verliebt. - daher unserer Investition in dieses kleine Paradies. Entworfen und gebaut nach unseren Vorgaben bietet die Villa Komfort, Platz, Frieden und Ruhe mit einer Note von Luxus. Auf einem hohen Standard fühlt es sich wie ein Heim fernab vom Heim an. Dies wird auch in vielen der Bewertungen unsererer Gäste widergespigelt und unterstützt.
Und ja, mein Mann bezeichnet Mauritius und die Villa als sein therapeutisches Paradies gegen Stress!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Nachdem wir Mauritius als Investitionsort gewählt hatten, haben wir die Villa absichtlich ca. 10/15 min Gehentfernung vom Strand errichtet.
Die Entscheidung ging zurück auf unsere Erfahrung im Jahr 2000 als wir in einer Strandvilla hausten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass alle Strände in Mauritius öffentlich sind und die Partys, die die ganze Nacht hindurch gingen , waren eher ermüdend und ein Ärgernis, gelinde gesagt.
Wir haben das Gefühl, das beste beider Welten zu haben! Ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und doch weit genug entfernt, um Frieden und Ruhe zu gewähren, für einen entspannenden Urlaub.
