Unsere ist ein 4 Schlafzimmer, 1 Schlafsofa und 4 Bad Wohnung mit über 2.500 qm. Wir befinden uns im 15. Stock mit außergewöhnlichem Blick auf das Meer.
Das Admiralsquartier Condo wurde professionell für luxuriöses Wohnen eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich zu einem großen Balkon mit zwei Tischen und Platz für 8 Personen. Unser Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 50 'High Definition Flachbildfernseher und DVD ausgestattet. Es gibt eine separate Wet Bar mit Spüle und Eismaschine. Der Speisesaal verfügt über einen großen Tisch mit Platz für 6 Personen und eine Frühstücksbar mit Platz für 8 Personen auf Barhockern, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Granitoberflächen.

Es gibt einen separaten Waschraum mit einer großen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine private Schiebetür zum großen Balkon am Strand. Es ist mit einem komfortablen Kingsize-Bett und einem Flachbild-TV ausgestattet. Es gibt einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein eigenes Bad mit Doppelwaschbecken, einen Whirlpool und eine separate verglaste Dusche.

Die drei zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer sind mit Kingsize-Bett, Kingsize-Bett und Queensize-Bett ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer verfügen über große Flachbildfernseher und ein eigenes Bad.

Kostenloses drahtloses Netzwerk mit dem Internet, das Ihrem Laptop T-1-Geschwindigkeit verleiht.

Family Vacation

Our family of 9 (Ages 9 mth to 79 yrs) had the absolute best time in this beautiful condo. The pictures do not do justice to the amount of space. The resort and location are excellent. We will definitely be back and hope to stay in this exact unit. Only negative - we had 3 vehicles and had to pay extra to keep one offsite.

Large and luxurious

The condo was located on a gorgeous stretch of Orange Beach! It comfortably accommodated 5 adults and 2 children. The large, open kitchen was a highlight as well as the spacious pool with a waterfall and benches to sit on to keep cool in the water. We will definitely be returning to this condo! The only negatives were 7 burnt-out lightbulbs and sandy floors upon arrival. In addition, two of the bathrooms had limited lighting with only lights behind the mirror and no toilet paper rolls in those as well.

Great Ladies' Getaway Location

Our group of 7 adult women had plenty of room! King beds; enormous gourmet kitchen; large sofas and chairs for sitting around and visiting inside; large balcony overlooking the Gulf with enough outdoor seating for all of us to sit and visit out there. Perfect location right on the beach, a lovely outdoor pool, & an indoor pool and small fitness room-- just ideal for a beach getaway.

30 day view of the gorgeous beach

We enjoyed the location and the view. We had some issues upon arrival, they were reported to management. The condo had been updated recently except the master shower. It is in need of an update, and the patio cushions need replaced. There is construction going on and the assigned parking spaces was being used for equipment, this issue was not resolved until our last 7 days there. Overall a good vacation!

Excellent condo and owner

I stayed at this condo for a month. Condo info: The pictures do not reflect how spacious and open the living room/kitchen/dining room are. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom; all have anti-fog mirrors. The kitchen is well stocked (especially for a rental). With +20 years of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach rentals, the master jacuzzi tub is THE cleanest I have ever seen; I always deep clean prior to use and nothing came out of the jets. The outdoor deck is recessed enough for privacy. The property has 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), small gym facility, sauna, and ample parking. There are two elevators, so not a lot of waiting. It’s also less than 5 minutes from Publix and Walmart (and, of course, several restaurants and stores). Owner/manager info: I had a change in dates, then later I needed maintenance due to a dryer issue; the owner responded same day for both requests. Check in is off-site, but in a convenient location. Pricing for a month stay was reasonable. This is easily in my top 3 favorite rentals over the years (and definitely my favorite condo). Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo!

This condo is so spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 8, including a toddler. The kitchen is beautiful and the dining room table could easily seat 10. Plenty of seating in the living room area too! The separate ice maker was a bonus! Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we all had a great time!

A lot of room for our family and everything you need for your stay. The sliding glass door was very hard to open so most of the time we used the one in the master bedroom. I would suggest you clean out the closet where guest leave items they don't want to take home.

Gorgeous Condo Right On the Beach

This place was perfect for our girls' getaway week at the beach. Having 3 King beds and 1 Queen bed meant easy room sharing for 7 adults. The kitchen was incredible. The views were amazing. Really liked the condo complex as well; lovely pool area, close & easy beach access, fast elevators, covered parking.

For the price I expected more

Broken ice machine with a note on it saying it would be fixed it had been that way for awhile it didn't just happen it was full of mold no one ever fixed it. Live roach crawling around on the kitchen counter top. Told there was over flow parking there was not. Balcony sliding doors were not easy to open in the slightest with handle barely attached. Definitely didn't use a cup or plate without hand washing it yourself first or any type of kitchen utensil for that matter. The outdoor pool was in bad condition full of debris and you could see an oily film on top of the water. Indoor pool heater was out so it was way to cold to get in it. It wasn't just one thing but all the little things plus what i have mentioned adds up. Will not be returning to the Admirals.

Maintenance problems

Loved the placed, but once we got settled in we notice things weren’t very clean, but that was nothing compared to water linking under the sink onto the floor and after three days there finally got it fixed, the dishwasher not work, full of stinking water which they come vacuumed out but we never got another one brought like they said they would. Loved the size of the place, just needs ti have better maintenance.

Friends Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. Jessica was very helpful and responsive with all of our needs. Finding a place with bedrooms for all adults is not easy and this was perfect. Finding a second coffee pot in the cabinet was an awesome score too! Haha. Beautiful views and a short distance from anything you might want to do.

Nice property

Loved the location of the unit and property. Building and unit need a little TLC, some maintenance needed. Utensils and dishes were not clean, but we run them thru dishwasher before using. We would still return to this property and recommend it to others. Jessica was a real pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive.
