Willkommen bei Carbondale, Co. Einer der Top 10 Plätze zum Leben. Wir haben eine schöne warme und gemütliche 3 Bdr 2 1/2 Badehaus und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Berg. Sopris. Älterer Garten, Whirlpool, große voll ausgestattete Küche, Grill, Fernseher, Internet, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix. Wir sind zentral gelegen, nur eine Meile von der Innenstadt entfernt. Wir lieben Menschen, die sich für die Umwelt interessieren, und sind nachhaltig, wenn wir recyceln, wiederverwenden und wiederverwenden. Zugang zu fast allem, Innenstadt, Kino, Markt zu Fuß erreichbar, 3 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, aber nicht für Radtouren nur Kreuzfahrt. So ziemlich ein tolles Zuhause mit einem warm gelebten Gefühl. Haustiere möglich. Apt semi-befestigt, aber privat und ruhig. 420 freundlich

Kat's home is spacious, warm, inviting, and comfortable. The location was excellent for us, close to the grocery store, a park and playground, and easy bike ride or walk to Mountain Fair! The gorgeous yard, garden, and flower beds were a bonus! Thank you Kat for ypur beautiful home, and being a great resource on the area as well!

Spent 13 days in Carbondale at this special house. Everything you need for your stay. Awesome kitchen with great supplies, seasonings, pots and dishes. Beautiful landscaping, and zen feeling to the garden and patio. Hosts are so attentive and helpful.

Overall the stay was pleasant. I didn't read the reviews so I didn't know the owners were on the property. At one point, he came in to get something from under the sink (my employee said he could come in). I just didn't have the privacy I was looking for

Our Jewel in The Mountains was the *perfect* place for our family! We came in from NY, TX & WA to gather w/Colorado family and could not have picked a better home for us all to rest, relax & rejuvenate after our days out and about. Clean, comfortable, lovely surroundings, just as described! Both Kat & Claude were very responsive & easy to deal with. Would love to stay again some day!

Beautiful Oasis

Kat’s house was amazing to stay at. Extremely comfortable and welcoming and the back patio was an extra bonus! Each morning we had breakfast on the patio and watched the hummingbirds! Loved everything and definitely plan on going back!

Great Property for Family Vacation in Glenwood Springs

Cute home about 20 mins from Glenwood Springs. The house has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed being able to cook meals, relax in the hot tub, chat in the garden, and watch TV in the living room. There are so many great spaces on this property!

Great place with helpful owners!

We had a wonderful, long ski weekend in Kat and Claude's place! They provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, giant fireplace and comfortable beds. They were so supportive when a couple of folks in our group broke their legs skiing! Cold packs and warm soup! We highly recommend this place, and hope to be back.

Stay in the mountains

Kat and Claude have a beautiful house conveniently located near the bus system , which made getting to aspen extremely easy. We had 8 people and we never felt crowded, as there was plenty of space. The house comes with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of snowboarding . I would highly recommend this property!

It felt like home.

We were there the weekend of August 10th -13th. My son was getting married in El Jebel. We needed a place to do flower centerpieces, to lay out pies, cupcakes and cookies. Kat and Claude were the perfect host, they made sure we had everything we needed. Their house was immaculate and the backyard was an Oasis. Just Beautiful. My daughter was flying out on Monday back to Chicago and Kat told her flights were being canceled and sure enough by Monday afternoon, her flight was canceled. Would I stay here again, YES, a thousand times YES. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Kat and Claude for making our stay enjoyable and the wedding was Perfect :)

Excellent location and host

I spent a week with my family and dogs in Kat's house. The house was very clean, fully stocked, and a great location. Kat was more than helpful and friendly during the stay. Her backyard is wonderful for having a glass of wine at night. I often have a hard time finding a place to stay that will allow me to bring my dogs. I have three dogs, two of them are English Mastiffs. Most people hear I have giant breed dogs and refuse to let me come even though they are pretty mellow guys. Kat was more than happy to have my dogs at her house and even had a dog bed in the bedroom for them. I think they were spoiled during the trip because when they got home they didn't seem all that impressed with their old beds! The location of the house is great for walking downtown for diner. There are many great restaurants to chose from downtown. All in all this was a wonderful vacation and Kat was a great host. I would definitely recommend staying at her house!!

Perfect Weekend!

My friends and I were so delighted by the attention to details that the homeowner had prepared for us! Instruction booklet, WiFi connection, Apple TV instructions and list of "Favorite Places and Things to Do". They dog-sat and entertained our Yellow Lab when we were gone to events. The home is lovely, cozy and with tons of room for spreading out. We loved our breakfasts on the patio enjoying the beautiful gardens and the fountain. The evening dip in the hot tub was a great way to begin our weekend of wedding fun. We were thrilled to have everything needed for our cooking, relaxing and laughing... Thank you Kat for your hospitality! Highly recommend your beautiful home.

A Great Time

I have rented VRBO all over the world and I can say that this was one of the most pleasant stays. The house was very nice, very clean, and very well maintained. The back yard and patio were one of the nicest we have ever had the pleasure to hang out at. The owner, Kat, was a delight and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. Her attention to our needs was fantastic. Very accessible to everything in the valley. Thank you and plan to use you again.

Wonderful Place!

Kat was such a wonderful host. The house is such a warm and comfortable place. The kitchen was a great place to cook and host some great dinner meals. Kat takes great pride in her yard and flowers and it really shows. Most of our dinners were outside on her table and we really had a great time. It was like the Big Chill but nobody had to die (remember it was a funeral) This time is was a High School reunion with 65 year olds! Great to be alive and still kicking! Thanks Kat- The group already wants to reserve the house for next July 2016. Are you OK with that???

Home Away From Home

As soon as we arrived Kat immediately welcomed us with awesome hospitality. The house was amazing, has such warmth which made my family and I feel right at home. I am living the dream in the mountains of Carbondale, Co. I Grew up in LA and have been here for 30 yrs. I have grown children and I love having the house full of love and adventure. I love to cook and drink wine, travel and hike, ride bikes and play in my garden. Come be part of our family. We would love to have you!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The first day I saw my home, I knew it was my forever home. I raised my children here and all their friends. We have a fantastic view of the Mt. Sopris. My home is a beautiful 3 Bdr. 2 ½ bath with a warm friendly feeling. We have a large family room with a huge fireplace to enjoy every night in the winter. A great kitchen stocked up for any chef, 2 dining area’s one in the kitchen and a big dining room table that seats 8 in the formal dining area. There is a hot tub, enough beds to sleep 8 and lot’s of privacy. I love Carbondale, the people and my home because it’s centrally located. We also have a great bus system to get to Aspen and Snowmass for people who don’t like to drive. 2 Bikes are available for town use. Looking for similar minded people to rent it. We ask just please treat our home like yours.

Fantastic view of Mt. Sopris, big kitchen, living room and family room. We even have a special relaxing room just to hang out and read. I love sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunset or the moon rise. If you like to cook this is your place...We have a fully stocked kitchen with lots of fresh herbs and veggies right in the garden. Help yourself but please only take what you can use. We compost and try to be as sustainable as possible, recycling a must. We really want people that like to travel and are respectful of our home. I use VRBO a lot, so I'm looking for that I'm home feeling kind of people. Please come and enjoy our beautiful town and stay in my home. It's a beautiful place to stop and smell the flowers and watch amazing sunsets on Mt. Sopris.
