This fully equipped studio is in the one of most desirable areas to live in paris . The oberkampf area. Public transportation is dense with 5 metro lines at walking distance. Around the corner you will find the popincourt market which is a very active open air market open every tuesday and friday mornings. 3 excellent bakers in the same block ( even for parisian standards it is outstanding ) and an amazing collection of restaurants and cafes nearby. a great butcher and for the convenience of all a large supermaket.
The studio consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen ( including a dishwasher and a combo oven) , a table for 2, a very comfortable quality hotel queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a very large closet . the bathroom has a basin, a large shower, a toilet, a washer and a separate drier .
The studio lies on the back of a late XIX century buiding at the second floor ( third american ) with elevator and therefore is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open .

The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV and you wont need to pack a multi outlet power bar since there are about 20 outlets at your disposal.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just eveywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.

We stayed for 2 days after being in the south for a few weeks. Olivier is a very personable property manager and extremely helpful as we are older. This is the kind person you want to deal with not what’s becoming a corporate environment in running vbro business models like belvilla. Places like this are understanding , accommodating and exhibit some degree of understanding and flexibility unlike the corporate models that we will never ever stay in again. Room was cozy, clean bed was lovely and restful to sleep. Great shower as well. We had a bit too much luggage but we were away for a while. When we stay in Paris again, we will seek out Olivier and his properties over all others.

The property was exactly as posted. Very clean, great neighborhood, close to 4 metro lines for easy movement around the city (line 9 had all major tourist stops) and access to Disneyland Paris with 1 transfer. Olivier was a very responsive host and we were grateful for the lift for the luggage. We would not hesitate to stay here again (we stayed 5 nights).

Not as described. It was advertised as a luxury unit and was not even close to luxury. Very disappointed. Additionally, the electricity went out three times, a major inconvenience during my vacation. Originally, the owner said he would compensate me but did not. He changed some of the scratched up teflon pans. The bed was worn, lumpy and soft. Not a luxury bed.

There are many great restaurants and cafe's in the area, and most are walkable. Ubers to Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, etc. are reasonably priced.

Perfect location.

The location was perfect! Close enough to easily get to the tourists destinations but away from the center of the bustle of the tourist district.
