Schönes Kanalhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern in der Wohnanlage Punta Vela. Tolle Lage, toller Preis, toller Ort !!! Der perfekte Ort, um sich zu unterhalten oder einen ruhigen Tag am Pool zu verbringen. Nur wenige Schritte vom Privatstrand entlang der Lagune entfernt, 5 Gehminuten zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Nachtleben / Bars, Bussen, Taxis usw. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Queen-Size-Betten und ein 3-teiliges Bad. Privater Pool, WIFI, Orts- und Ferngespräche, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee und beobachten Sie, wie die Fischerboote auf dem Kanal fahren, während das französische Bäckereiboot Ihnen Ihre Morgencroissants und Gebäckstücke liefert. Verbringen Sie Ihren Abend am Gemeinschaftspool, am Strand bei einem Glas Wein und beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang, nachdem Sie einen Tag in der Stadt verbracht oder sich am Strand erholt haben.

This home was absolute perfection It was so well appointed and had everything we needed. The location can't be beat, you are so close to town but it's in such a quiet spot. Out family absolutely LOVED it.

The casa is in a great location right on the canal and within walking distance to just about everywhere. We loved the private pool to cool off in after a day exploring. The property managers, Pepe and Evan were very responsive to whatever we needed and quickly resolved any issues we had. Having a washer AND dryer were also a big plus.We didn’t feel the house was very clean when we arrived. There were some bed pillows that were stained and patio chairs, such as they were, were quite dusty. In our past visits to Mexico we have usually had a maid to come in, at least weekly, so that was something we really missed.

Great stay for group

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a perfect location only steps away from downtown Barra. It has a great pool, large living area, very well-equipped kitchen and large air conditioned bedrooms. There was enough seating on the decks and pool area for everyone. Would recommend a stay here.

Definitely the place to stay with a group. The pool was great, the canal provides lots of local flavor, the community pool also was awesome. Morning coffee and pastry from the French baker delivered daily. Pepe was great at supplying the essentials promptly. Shout out to Meridith for always replying and taking care to make sure all was good.

Great Place to Holiday

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for sharing a holiday with a group . Great location and experience. The community pool was such an added treasure! Being on the Cannel was an added bonus. We enjoyed the boats going by as well as the French Baker!! The best place to sleep is upstairs! It does get hot in the 2 downstairs bedrooms. There is air conditioning but we did not want it running all night. We would highly recommend this house!

Perfect

This property was terrific for our purpose. Travelling with our adult sons for a few days fishing this home provided everyone with adequate space. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. Loved the French bakery that came up the canal every morning at 8:30 with pastries, quiche, coffee and even wine! Great location close to ‘downtown Barra’.

Home Away From Home!

We recently spent two weeks in Barra over the holidays. The property was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The pictures of the home are a great representation of what to expect when you arrive at Casa Gracon. We loved our time in Barra de Navidad, the people were friendly, the local restaurants all served delicious meals and the town itself was very quaint. The location of the property is very convenient, a short walk to all amenities and the ocean is just moments away. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Vacation Home!

We were two families staying here at Casa Gracon during the Christmas break. The house was as nice as the pictures depicted, very spacious and very well appointed. The rental process was seamless and Melanie (contact person) was great to deal with and answered all questions promptly. Barra de Navidad is a lovely little Mexican town. Everyone was friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. Absolutely everything was within walking distance including the beaches. The restaurants had great meals and it was very inexpensive to dine out. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Home Away From Home!

Everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday is right at your fingertips. Located in the heart of Barra - steps from restaurants, entertainment and of course, the beach! The home is beautiful and well appointed and provides everything you will need for a few days or a month long stay. If you are traveling to Barra you cannot do better than Casa Gracon.

Perfect Location!

We have had the privilege of staying at Casa Gracon on three different occasions now over the past 2.5 years. The Casa has a great feel to it - very open in the main area, great outdoor areas, and most importantly 4 bedrooms which are each very private and have their own bathrooms. Each bedroom has ample closet and drawer space, with individual air-conditioning units that make the rooms very pleasant, along with comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well apointed with all the appliances, cutlery and extras needed for your stay. The wood 'live-edge' countertops, with high boy chairs make it easy to relax around the kitchen in beautiful style, and the table will seat up to 8 for dining. The dip pool and back deck area are perfect for being outside in your own space. But, perhaps the most exceptional feature is the absolutely perfect location that Casa Gracon enjoys. It not only sits in a gated area which has an amazing shared pool and palapa playground, but by simply walking out the gate you are in the heart of Barra de Navidad. Mere steps from great restaurants, shops, the market area, the town square, the malecon and of course the wonderful beach area that all help create the perfect little town of Barra. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Gracon - the Casa is awesome, and it's perfect spot in the town also helps make your stay even more enjoyable. Casa Gracon is highly recommended.

Our love affair with Mexico began with a family trip over spring break in 2006. After a few years of exploring towns along the Pacific coast we followed a tip from a friend and ended up in Barra de Navidad. We instantly fell in love with the town and the area. With a perfect mix of relaxed coastal living, Mexican culture, quiet beaches and a vibrant friendly small town feel we knew Barra was a place we wanted to return to year after year.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

In 2013 we purchased our lot in the new Punta Vela development and completed the first floor of our Casa in the spring of 2014. We quickly decided we wanted to add a second floor to the Casa and have a place family could enjoy together so in 2016 the second floor was completed. As a family we tried to incorporate some of the features we enjoyed from houses we rented over the years such as the living room couch large enough for the entire family to lounge on and the sliding class wall that opens onto the pool and patio. Our intention was to create a space for friends and families to enjoy and Casa Gracon and Punta Vela have more than met our expectations.

Casa Gracon sits on a peninsula off downtown and is surrounded by water. Punta Vela is a gated access community in the heart of Barra de Navidad steps from shops, the malecon, the beach and restaurants. With its own private pool on the canal and a large community pool and beach on the lagoon, Casa Gracon give its visitors the best of all worlds. Currently there are only 6 completed houses in the community so Punta Vela truly feels like your own private oasis making it an ideal location for families and extended families to enjoy.
