Der Standort dieser Strand-Villa befindet sich in Fontane Bianche, Syracusa. Hierbei hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer in erste Reihe, sowie direktem Zugang zum Strand -keine 15 Meter-. Die klimatisierte modern eingerichtete Villa verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, großem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und TV. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einem eigenen TV eingerichtet. Die Küche ist zudem optimal ausgestattet. Ebenso beinhaltet die Villa zwei Bäder mit Föhn, Handtücher, Bidet und Dusche. Auf der großen Terrasse ist ein Außen-Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC & Waschmaschine verfügbar. WLAN ist vorhanden. Das Highlight der Villa ist der Außen-Jacuzzi mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und einer zusätzlichen außen Dusche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Wer unser Feriendomizil einmal besucht hat, wird sich bestimmt darin verlieben. Die maximale Personenanzahl, die in diesem traumhaften Ambiente einen unvergesslichen Urlaub erleben können, beträgt 6 Personen. Zwei Parkplätze sind disponibel.

Wonderful house in the perfect setting . House has been renovated to a high standard. The Manager was extremely helpful and changed bed pillows immediately on request. Well equipped house with everything you need for a beach stay. WiFi washing facilities all worked well. Make sure you rent a small car as the gates are very narrow. We have been here two years in a row and will definitely come back next year .

Superb villa on the beach

We had a delightful 10-day stay in May. The location is great and the view is wonderful. The house is roomy, well furnished and equipped as described and more. Savored our morning espressos and breakfasts on the terrace. Just had a fantastic time!

This was an excellent villa, with great amenities and in a perfect location. Communication with he owner and their local representative was very good. The nearby bars and beach cafe were very easily walked to, were very well priced, and offered good selections of tasty snacks and drinks. Access to the beach was simple, but the listing should mention that the final part involves 3 steep wooden steps down some steep rocks onto the sand - easy enough for able-bodies adults, but small children and older folk may find it tricky and hazardous. Otherwise - a wonderful villa in a wonderful location! We may even go again!!

Lovely villa

Great property and as described with everything that you would need for a family holiday. Right on the beach with access. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings with great views. We visited early April and there wasn’t much open in the local area no restaurants or bars except a beach bar not far from the villa. There is a shop and coffee shop. So glad we had a car and local train station 15min walk away.

Great family vacation spot on the beach.

The property was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Great spot on the beach, just walk out the gate. Great set up with hoses and shower when returning from beach. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Terrace was a great place for meals and jabbing out. Easy access to restaurants (highly recommend Capaninna for pizza and pasta dishes), gelateria, and small grocery. All capped with a dip in the hot tub in the evening.

Lovely beach-side villa

Our stay at the villa was fantastic, the location is great - overlooking Fontane Bianchi beach with very easy access. The terrace was realy well equipped with loungers, dining table and hot tub (fun!). The whole place was clean, uncluttered and comfortable, contemporary and airy. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay and enjoy all the facilities and local bars/restaurants. Easy to get to Syracusa, Modica and Noto plus lots of other gorgeous towns in the area. Wonderful hoiday and would love to return.

Fabulous in Fontane Bianche.

Beautiful beach front villa. Huge patio/terrace with great views and direct beach access, features hot tub, barbecue, laundry, shower etc. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, tastefully furnished and secure accommodation. Very helpful local agent. Pleasant grounds but access from the narrow road via the narrow gateway can be a little tricky for a large SUV. We swapped our rental "Chelsea Tractor" for a smaller crossover to avoid expensive scratches.

Perfect beach holiday

We have just spent an idyllic week at this charming home right on the beach . The location could not be better.. the sea on your doorstep and a clean, sandy beach dotted with restaurants and bars. The house was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children. It was spacious ( huge balcony) the wifi was good , the beds really comfortable and all tastefully furnished. All our contact with the host was seamless . Thank you and hopefully we’ll be back.

Perfect family vacation at the beach

The house is excellent! Everything was thoughtfully designed for an effortless and comfortable vacation. The villa has been fully renovated with high quality finishing materials, making it very comfortable. Gates to the street and to the beach can be locked, making it very safe for young children. Host was easily available and very helpful with our needs - from an affordable cleaning service during our stay to recommendations for day trips. I highly recommend this villa and cannot thing of any issue to report.

Wonderful stay

Great villa. Very clean and well equipped. Beds were so comfortable, showers excellent. Views were stunning from the terrace and the hot tub was great. The property is a little out of the way and taxis were not easy to come by or were very expensive. There is a great, simple restaurant (beach bar) about 20 minutes walk away and Cassibile has a few restaurants about 30 minutes walk. There are also a few trains per day into Syracusa from a station 20 minutes walk away and you can buy a ticket on the train. A car is definitely needed. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen a few nights and there are large supermarkets in nearby Avola including a Lidl. Highly recommended would definitely return.

Wonderful

The pictures don’t do this semi-detached house justice! Wonderful property right on the beach. This house had the feel of someone’s actual vacation home being rented out — high-end appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, well-appointed with everything you need and many conveniences, etc. Plenty of space inside and outside, with a fantastic patio with huge, heated hot tub, bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Fully gated property and felt very private given setback of neighboring property and the privacy wall on the other side with the attached home. Great location with easy driving ~25 mins to Syracusa and Noto, but you really don’t want to leave! Sufficient restaurants and supplies nearby within walking distance in Fontane Bianche, with more substantial options within close driving distance. Responsive host and manager. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, luxurious apartment

We had an amazing time staying here. The views were incredible of the beautiful beach. Sunsets gorgeous! The apartment was clean, comfortable and so luxurious. Perfect location overlooking the sea. Restaurants a short walk. The beach was busy in August, but the calm of the terrace meant it was an extremely relaxing holiday. The jacuzzi was an additional treat! Small Supermarket Only 7 min walk away. Great restaurants for take away food. The pizza and seafood were delicious. The apartment has everything and more! Great Tv channels for kids to chill out with in afternoon (Netflix & prime) Comfortable sun beds and umbrella provided for beach. All in all a fantastic holiday and we hope to come again. We will be staying here again! Filomena was so helpful and very professional and friendly to deal with. We loved it! Thank you, Grazie Mile!
