Residenz Cimone befindet sich im zweiten Stock einer Villa im historischen Zentrum der Stadt, sondern von dem Meer: von den Terrassen aus können Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick bewundern, die von Meereshöhlen zu den größten Hafen und der Insel Ortigia.

Ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß von Ortigia, Siracusa entfernt.

Direkter Zugang zum Meer über eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Treppe, können Sie zu Fuß erreichen, oder durch Elektro-Bus, alle kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Für Naturliebhaber, 500 Meter von der Residenz Cimone startet einen Radweg, der entlang der Route der alten Eisenbahn läuft; ein Weg, umgeben von mediterraner Flora, am Meer entlang, bis zum Thunfischfang in Santa Panagia.

Die Wohnung wurde komplett im Jahr 2014 renoviert und besteht aus einem hellen und schönen Zimmer mit Fenster mit Blick auf das Meer, mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet und mit Klimaanlage, Heizung und Digital-TV, ein eigenes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche ausgestattet; Es gibt auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Tiefkühltruhe, die zu den großzügigen Terrassen mit Liegestühlen führt. Und 'einschließlich der Wi-Fi.

Die Kimon Residence ist eine Oase der Ruhe für Tag wird es schön, die Landschaft zu bewundern, entspannt auf der schönen Terrasse am Abend das Unternehmen des Mondes und das angenehme Rauschen der Wellen sollten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.

Fantastic location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property fully met our needs and the lovely roof terrace was amazing. Fantastic sea views and just metres away from the steps down to the beach. Perfect for us.

The view is stunning! Even in October, we were able to sit out a lot and even ate at night on the back veranda, looking at the moonlight on the sea. Inside the flat isn't fancy in any way and has a lived in feel (as does the area) but is clean and comfortable. No sofa, but we spent our time at the table or outside. Easy enough parking. 15 min walk to Otegia (fine at night, no worries at all) which is great for eating and exploring. Host was great. Would definitely return.

Beautiful flat, terrace is certainly the best element! About a 15min walk into Ortigia and is 30seconds to the beach which is perfect for a swim at any time of the day! Francesco was extremely accommodating during the stay which was very kind Highly recommend!!

The main attraction is the incredible view. Loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings. There’s is also a swimming area right downstairs - which is great for sunrise swims. The area is lovely and quiet & building safe. The owner is very helpful, great with communication & very accommodating. While there are no shops on the door step - they are about a km walk away. Two lovely beaches with sunbeds only 400m in either direction from apartment, and lovely restaurants 400m away too. The apartment could do with a little maintenance… but I really loved my stay here. Thank you

Beautiful views and great host.

Overall 10/10, If you want to be on the island where everything is, it is a little walk (20 minutes) If you have a car no issues. The terrace is stunning and the unit is extremely well equipped. The hosts were very nice and easy going. Cannot beat the view.

Amazing terrace!

Exactly as expected

We knew exactly what we had booked from the images and the description which were accurate.. The sea facing balcony was everything we had wanted. It was very hot but the air conditioning in the bedroom provided sanctuary.

Location, location, location!

Literally steps away from a beautiful waterfront, and within walking distance of all amenities (groceries, shops), you cannot ask for a better location for a wonderful holiday stay. Also a mere 10-minute drive to Ortigia, but also possible by foot (lovely 30-minute stroll). The apartment itself is well-equipped with two large terraces, one offer offering stunning oceanfront views.

I loved having the big terrace! Had nice meals and watched the sunrise on the water in front. I went swimming all the time (wear proper swim shoes) in the crystal waters and walked to town everyday (25 minutes). The only criticism is the drainage in the shower that needs improvement. Bit loved every minute of my stay.

Magical Terrace

This is a charming apartment with the most phenomenal terrace. The property is steps from the Ionian Sea. After a swim, we relaxed on the private terrace - it was heaven. We sat and enjoyed the view, morning, noon and night. We were treated to a full moon on a clear night which was a very memorable experience. Our host, Francesco, was very responsive to any questions we had. Staying in this home is a personal experience as you are interacting with the family that owns the home, not a corporation. It was a lovely experience. If you looking for a property where you can be mesmerized by the sea each day and spend peaceful hours watching boats, ships, see and hear waves crashing over rocks, this is the property for you. There is no better view to be had. Thanks to Francesco and his father for making our stay so enjoyable.

Fantastic apartment !

Beautifully clean, modern apartment, with great terrace . The apartment is an easy 15 minute walk to the Island of Ortigia, and within walking distance of the major archeological ruins (about 1.5 kilometers). Fantastic!

We had a wonderfull time in this fantastic appartment. It was very clean and wel equiped. The terraces are amazing!! The appartment is on walking distance to the city. Francesco is a nice host. He is responding very quick and gave us a warm welcome. We would surely recommend this appartment.

Rooftop Heaven

I could not believe just how lucky I was when I walked into the little rooftop apartment. Beautifully bright, lovely size for just me (or a couple). Clean. A lovely size bathroom and bedroom… but the real win here are the two very large patios (we are on the roof of the building). Just a stone throw from the sea the balcony sits above the sound of waves and is greeted by the sunrise directly in front of you each morning. Absolutely stunning! And just a 15minutes walk to the main center. I would stay again! And again!

Great Balcony

Hosts were very good when our flights were cancelled and changed due to Air Traffic Controllers computer crash. Francesco was still there to meet us upon late arrival because of flight delay. Outstanding feature of this property is the huge balcony overlooking the sea in a very quiet area. A ‘safe’ walk into ortiga which can be done in 15-20 minutes.

The apartment was as seen on line. Two beautiful big terraces, one over looking the sea and bearable when it was very hot with the sea breeze. We went in the sea most days. Very rocky, but lovely once over them. We didn’t hire a car and walked everywhere. Tried the Syraka Sicilian Restaurant recommended on the board in kitchen. Excellent and returned again. Francesco and Laura were lovely and helpful. Wish we had stayed longer than a week.

Short Stay Option

The apartment is as it shows on the website - no frills but functional. The terrace would have been fabulous if the weather had been better, and this is a real 'selling point' of the apartment. The walk into Siracusa is 25 mins so very achievable. Taxis cost E20 each way. Parking is free and just outside the apartment. The owners were lovely and allowed an early check in. We had an issue which we told them about, which I am sure will have been resolved.

The air conditioner is bedroom only. Living room and bathroom are so hot you cant brush your teeth without working up a sweat. Shower didnt drain and it was nasty. We compared staying here to camping. The beach close by is rocky and access to the water is dangerous. We tried the beach once but its a huge slip hazard. We wished we stayed in the old town island area.

2 fabulous terraces

We spent a very nice week in Francesco's apartment. We received a friendly welcome from him. There was always a parking space in the dead-end street. The furnishings and available space were sufficient for us. However, we chose the place for the terraces and the view was truly phenomenal on all sides. It was still very warm in October and the mosquitoes were active in the evening. If you want to sleep with open windows, it is best to bring a mosquito net, but there is also air conditioning. To visit the archaeological park and Ortigia we rented an electric bicycle from Greenbike. They brought the bicycle to our apartment and thanks to the bicycle we avoided traffic jams and parking problems in the center. Highly recommended.
