Die Ferienwohnung in Cala Gonone - Sardinien (Italien) ist mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Balkon mit Meer- und Bergblick vollständig zu hohem Standard ausgestattet. Die Ferienwohnung enthält alles zur kompletten Selbstverpflegung, sowie es über einen sicheren Parkplatz verfügt. Es gibt ein Badezimmer und eine moderne, komplette Einbauküche/Wohnzimmer. Das Hauptmerkmal dieser Ferienwohnung ist der Balkon mit weitreichender Hafen- und Meersicht. In dem Gebäude gibt es eine gemeinschaftliche Waschküche mit Münzeinwurf-Waschmaschinen und einen gemeinsamen Grillbereich. Kinder bis zu 3 Jahren sind kostenlos. Strände befinden sich in 10 Gehminuten.
The price includes the consumption of water and gas. Electric consumptions, to be payed before leaving, measured through a dedicated device installed on the apartment; the cost for each KW is 0.8€.

A damage deposit in cash must be paid at arrival.
The sum will be given back to you at the end of the vacation after a status check of the apartment.
Cala Gonone village runs mandatory waste recycling. Operators collect recycled waste door to door in the assigned days. At the end of the stay, if there is still waste in the apartment, the host is required to bring it to the dedicated area in the village. Otherwise the service is outsourced with the payment of a fee of 50€.
