"Villa Margherita" ist eine unabhÀngige Einrichtung, die Gruppen von bis zu 14 Personen aufnehmen kann.
Die Villa ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen Zaun mit grosszĂŒgigen GrĂŒnflĂ€chen und Parkmöglichkeiten fĂŒr Ihre Autos.
Das rechteckige Schwimmbad, das von April bis Oktober exklusiv fĂŒr GĂ€ste genutzt werden kann und vollstĂ€ndig mit LiegestĂŒhlen, Tischen, Sonnenschirmen und Solardusche ausgestattet ist. In der NĂ€he des Pools unter einem schönen Loch können Sie sich ein Barbecue gönnen.
Am Pool ein kleiner See mit Wasserfall und Karpfen.
Das Landhaus hat zwei Etagen, in denen 5 Schlafzimmer mit Bad mit allen Komforten stehen. Salon und KĂŒche sind auf einem Level und vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet (GeschirrspĂŒler, Ofen, Kochfeld, diverse Haushalts- und GeschirrgerĂ€te, Fernseher 65 Zoll)
Das Haus ist von weitlÀufigen Terrassen umgeben, die mit Esstischen und Abendessen ausgestattet sind und von denen aus man die SonnenuntergÀnge an der Meerenge von Messina geniessen kann.
Die GĂ€ste erhalten : Waschmaschine, Kinderstuhl und Wifi.

Fantastic villa!

We were a full group of 4 families with 9 adults and 5 children, ages ranging from 6 months old to 9 years old. This villa was fantastic for us, each family had its own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was fantastic, the garden was beautiful and hospitality provided by Natale was out of this world. Natale really went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of, this was very appreciated.

A dreamy vacation

We loved our stay at Villa Margherita from beginning to end. The on-site caretaker, Natale, was as helpful and generous as the other reviews captured, without being intrusive in the slightest. We used the pool daily, walked down into town for pastries and shopping, and were even treated to a pasta-making class by Chef Nanni, who lives up the hill. And those views! You build your day around sunrise and sunset because you don't want to miss them.

Beautiful Villa

This is a wonderful villa for large groups. 5 Bedrooms , all air conditioned.Well outfitted kitchen, great ocean views. Lots of pool lounge chairs . Very quiet and private . Caretaker is owners relative ,lives on premises so he quickly manages any problems .. Highly recommend this property !!

Family reunion

Villa Margherita is as lovely as it looks in the photos. Spacious and light with plenty of seating areas depending on the time of day or night. A beautifully kept house garden and pool. We are 6 adults and all had ensuite bathrooms. Having a car was necessary as the house is up a steep hill from the sea. Quiet and private with a wonderful view - we loved it.

Lovely relaxing stay and friendly host

We spend a week at this property, a family of six adults and four children. The property is wonderfully spaceous and well-equipped. Great for cooking large family meals that can be enjoyed at the wonderful terrace. Several outdoor cooking opportunities to choose from. There were lots of nice places to relax both outdoors and indoors and we never felt crowded. Lovely ocean view and cooling seabreeze. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults gratly appreciated the flowering garden. Friendly and helpful host attended to our every need. Great surrounding area with a pittoresk village, lovely endless beach and short drives to interesting sites like Etna, Taormina, Castelmola and Savoca.

Magical Month

My husband along with family and friends stayed at Villa Margherita for the past month and had an incredible time. The villa is so comfortable and the landscaping and views absolutely breathtaking. I felt like I woke up in paradise everyday! The villa is well equipped and has everything you need and then some to have a wonderful vacation! Natale, who lived upstairs, has become our Italian papa! He was so helpful and available whenever we needed anything but was never intrusive! The first day he came and met us to help us find our way to the Villa (we were lost) and afterwards took us to the food store so we could get familiar with the area. He made wonderful recommendations for area restaurants and even made reservations for us to an incredible restaurant in Forza D'Agro (twice)! Natale will forever be part of our amazing memories from our trip! I hope to be back next year!

Beautiful property

My family (7 adults and 7 kids ages 3-8) spent 12 days at this property and had amazing time! Villa and surroundings are absolutely stunning and so well taken care of. Rooms were clean, spacious, each with its own bathroom and with AC and in great condition. Kitchen was well equipped and you could cook and feed the large crowd. Villa has very nice outdoor dining space. There is also area to relax with the view of the sea. We had exclusive access to pool, what was great for the kids or if you wanted to take a break from driving. Villa is located up on a hill in a small village 10 min drive from a pebble beach, stores and restaurants. There is pizzeria just few minutes away from the villa, their arancini and pizza are amazing! Villa is very conveniently located if you want to check out East and North parts of Sicily, including Taormina, Catania, Messina and Etna. Giorgio lives on the top floor and is always there if you need help or recommendation. He is the nicest and most helpful person. We had amazing time staying in S Teresa di Riva. Giorgio, thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful villa, excellent location

We loved our family stay at Villa Magerita. It offered everything you could want from a holiday. It’s in a beautiful location tucked away in the foothills above Santa Teresa di Riva. We found it easily. Clean, spacious, well stocked with amazing views over to the italian mainland. Natale, the property manager, who lives on the top floor of the villa, was always discretely on hand to help with any queries. He doesn’t speak English but we managed to get by with my poor italian and our daughter’s good Spanish! He organised the gelato/granita van to come up to the villa to serve us. We enjoyed having our own chef , Nanni, cook Sicilian fish dishes for us one evening . He lives locally and provided all the food and cleaned up afterwards . A great character and excellent chef. My only complaint would be with VRBO. I couldn’t access our booking on the app at all, as I changed my email address after booking the villa online last October. You wouldn’t expect this to be a problem, but it was. Despite many calls to customer services and the tech team, their only suggestion was to liaise directly with the owner, Giorgio, for any pre-trip information. This was a far from satisfactory customer experience. The villa and Natale though - 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding!!!

Villa Margherita is an absolutely beautiful place, both the property itself and the location. It was spotlessly clean and had so much room that we (6 of us) kept losing each other inside the house! The villa had an extremely well-stocked kitchen, which was an extra bonus because we were a group who all enjoy cooking. In fact, we dined out less than we normally would because it was more fun to stay in to cook, drink wine, and swim. The pool was wonderful and got plenty of use from us. It was perfect for starting and ending each day, and all the better because we didn't have to share it with other people. Our host, Natale, lived upstairs on the top floor. He was very kind and helpful to us, but didn't intrude. It was reassuring to know that if we had any problems (we didn't), someone was there to help. It's highly recommended to have a car if you're staying at Villa Margherita. It's only a couple of kilometres from Santa Teresa di Riva, but it's uphill all the way and that's exhausting if you do it every day, especially if you're carrying shopping bags. We walked down several times for the exercise, but it was nice to know we had a car to get to other places we wanted to visit. Villa Margherita is perfectly located for visiting nearby Savoca, which is where The Godfather was filmed. It's also a good base for hiking and cycling. We were all very sorry to leave and would happily return for another visit in the future. Thank you, Natale.

Amazing trip!!

We had the most wonderful time is Sicily and a good reason was because of Natale and his beautiful VRBO rental. The property was gorgeous with amazing views and the host could not have been nicer. Getting there: If I had anything bad to say, this would be the only thing....it is not easy finding the property initially. We made several mistakes before finally getting there. The only way we could find it was by putting the following exact info into google- Villa Margherita, contrada ligoria, santa teresa di riva. Once we found the property, the rest of trip was perfect! The property: Absolutely gorgeous with amazing views of the local groves and the water in the distance. Large rooms with plenty of sleeping space for our 10 people. Very well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could need and two barbecues. Beautiful pool and waterfall (unfortunately weather wasn't cooperative, and we didn't swim because the water didn't heat up enough, but we did suntan on the sunny days). The owner: Natale was a joy. He lives on the top floor and was always available for any issue. He ordered food for us one night and ran down when we had difficulty with one of the air conditioner units. One day he went out for a while and when he returned, he bought us local cherries to try....just because he felt like it. He also helped us deciding where we should visit in our limited days on the island. In short, all 10 of us highly recommend the property if you want to have a great time in Sicily!

Eine tolle Zeit

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus in Santa Teresa di Riva. Das Haus ist perfekt fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppen. In der untersten Etage liegen 4 SchlafrĂ€ume, in der oberen ein Schlafraum sowie ein großer Wohnraum mit offener KĂŒche. Ganz oben wohnt Giorgio. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig unauffĂ€llig, so dass wir uns nie gestört oder beobachtet gefĂŒhlt haben. Der Pool und der wunderschön gepflegte Garten sind groß und gerade fĂŒr Kinder perfekt zum spielen. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter rundum empfehlen!

Das Domizil war fĂŒr unsere Familie maßgeschneiderter. Alles stimmte. Der großzĂŒgige Garten blĂŒhte in einer außergewöhnlichen Pracht. Abgerundet wurde das Ganze durch den warmen pool. Der grandiose freie Blick aufs Meer war einfach toll.

Wonderful villa with panoramic ocean view, nice garden and pool area and very nice hosts!

We had a really pleasant staying in Natale’s and Pieruchas house. They are really kind persons. We could come to them for any questions. They had really nice recommendations for restaurants or places worth to visit. The house is a dream. It looks exactly as in the pictures. And it is really well equipped. The view is incredible. The garden is very tidy and the water of the pool was always clean. There is really nothing bad to say. We had such a good time there. We also think about coming next year.

ein guter Ort

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa S.Teresa di Riva verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Unterkunft ist ideal fĂŒr 2 Familien. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit traumhaftem Blick ĂŒber die Strasse von Messina. Die offene KĂŒche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, so gut hatten wir das noch nie in Italien! Jedes Zimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein eigenes Bad. Der Garten mit Salzwasserpool ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Das Vermieterehepaar ist vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!
