Eco-Villa with garden and swimming pool UNESCO Heritage area

I understand Irene disappointment for the ongoing works for the pool but unfortunately I could not control a number of factors that delayed the construction process making part of the garden unavailable and a bit messy.Also ants were a bit too active and invasive..but ..well that is the country side nature..Still I want to point out that we are located in the historical center of Govone..(not very close to it) 200 m from the Castle Park and equidistant from Asti and Alba which are 15km away..only a 15 minutes drive.

Nadia has been a fantastic tenant,patient and understanding. The house returned in perfect conditions It was a pleasure to spend a few days with her, her husband Vladimir, an engineer expert in wireless communication that helped to set up our new wifi network, fantastic intellectual son Fiodor and little " Putin" Georgy the future ruler of Russia :) . We welcome customer like this and we recommend them as tenant. Thank you and do svidanja.

1) Mr.L was informed, as all our customer. that air conditioning even if predisposed, was not yet functioning. I can provide e-mails to confirm this 2) A portable small fan is available. A fixed ceiling fan is not reported as available anywhere in homeliday.com 3) We have acquired a Bosch dryer ( photos available) and it will be installed in the near future for use in cold months, In summer it is anyway redundant given the availability of more energy efficient and environmental friendly mean i.e the sun. 4) Bicycle are available but ,as advertised on our website, at a charge and with a reservation 5) The quick growth of a beautiful Morus Platanifoglia offering plenty of shade has made parasol redundant We do apologize for the slight problem with the cleaning of the kitchen but, not being present, we had to trust a third person that very simply forgot about it. We have three bed rooms each with separate and state of the art bathrooms. We open the bedrooms based on the number of guests and this give us more flexibility in pricing with evident advantage for the customer. A 20% discount was applied. Nevertheless Mr. L insisted to have all room opened which to avoid discussion was done. The discount and flexibility ( no deposit ) and a broken door and malfunctioning electric gate are more than compensating any discomfort"

As per your remarks here comes my answer 1) We clearly state in our rental agreement downloadable from Homeway web site that only the room required by the number of guest will be readied. 2) Its not stated anywhere that we have a grill. There is a brick oven for pizza that with the due precaution can be used to cook meat. 3) The long chair was in perfect condition beside a slight decoloring due to sun exposure. The price of the long chair( SCAB brand the best in Italy for PVC outdoor product) its 85 euro. I only charged 35. 4) I never suggested you to make an open fire..it was just a joke :) It would have been also useful to know that you were not couple indeed but 5 men. I would had advised for extra room that would have been charged as per the above mentioned rental agreement. Thank you for your positive comments overall and I hope you will visit again next year with a lot of improvements.

Grazie per la simpatica recensione. Il vostro comportamento e` stato inqualificabile. Tentare di nascondere i danni da voi procurati e` stato a dir poco meschino. Il costo addebitato e` stato giustificato da fatture come da VOI richiesto. Ergo le sue illazioni su mie comportamenti disonesti sono illegittime e diffamatorie e passibili di azione legale. Non c`e` molto da discutere..Per non parlare del vostro comportamento nei confronti delle legittime rimostranze del vicinato per i vostri rumori molesti fino a notte inoltrata dei tuffi vestiti in piscina nonostante vi fosse stato chiaramente spiegato che la proprieta` non era adatta a rave party e questo fin dai primi contatti . Esperienza pessima.

Thank you Wouter for your feedback . I have to disagree with your statement concerning the heating / air-conditioning surcharge. The policy, set in place since they are seasonal costs , is easily retrievable on the VRBO listing of our property and iclearly stated on the contract you receive at your booking request. Eric thanks for your positive feed back.As per your suggestion we already installed an extra led light and we will sure put a few more hanging hooks in the bathrooms. I don't understand what you mean by there is no bathroom on the ground floor. We do have a bathroom on the ground floor ( refurbished in 2014) which serves the room downstairs when occupied but can be used by anybody . As per the shoes policy we have unfortunately no alternative to keep cleanness and hygiene to the highest standard. Nevertheless I will put a few outdoor sandals for the use of customers also for pool use....and we will wait for you next time but with your loafer :).
