NEEDS AN UPGRADE! BAD!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed with Garden City Realty ever since I was a young girl. Some places I've stayed were pretty good, some were great. This one was THE WORST! This condo needs a remodel bad. I took pictures and I would love to forward those to you. you.

Our Week at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and amenities of the resort are amazing! Out unit was good, the bathroom showers could use a little upgrade with caulking, scrubbing mold really good and drain speed, but overall the place was great. The closet door was broken in 1 room and 1 TV did not work, so those little things aside, we would definitely choose this unit again!

Dirty dishes found in cabinets and silverware. Not just 1 piece, looked like someone drank hot choc and put cup back in cabinet. Terrible water pressure, ceiling paint peeling off in master shower. Beds not comfy. We love Waters Edge, just not room 312

Great location, condo wasn't very clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Waters Edge many times over the years. This was one of the dirtiest condos we have been in. Upon arrival, we couldn't walk around barefoot without our feet turning black. Floors were filthy, bathrooms were not all that clean, and the bed sheets were suspect. The washer was broken. Maintenance came during our stay, but were not able to resolve so no washing machine. We did not pay to have beds made, but there were sheets on already, so we are very suspicious that we were on dirty sheets. Couch and sofa had covers that did not stay in place. Kitchen was well equipped, and you can't beat the location, amenities and view. We will be back, but not to this unit. Not worth the price we paid.

Waters edge week stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at waters edge for a week. The property was very well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. The condo for the most part was nice. There was some basics that needed to be fixed and/or cleaned. The dishwasher had mold in the silverware rack. Also, the master bathroom shower did not have the hottest water as the handle was not working properly. Other than these two things the condo was great.

Our feet were black after walking on them and one of the beds was full of sand - we did call housekeeping and they did send someone quickly to change the bed we had a toilet not flushing and a slow draining shower and maintenance was very nice n handled that quickly - all of our issues were handled quickly n professionally

Garden City 2024 - Waters Edge 312

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was very nice and I would recommend staying there. The only suggestion would be to maybe keep a cupboard empty in the kitchen for renters' food items. All the cupboards were filled with dishes and utensils. The location was perfect for us. The parking garage has a 6'9" clearance to get in, but it drops down to 6'3" on the ramp between the floors and our truck did not fit up the ramp. I had specifically called Garden City REalty regarding the clearance before our visit, and they had told us there would be no issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice and clean . View was spectacular. Enjoyed the pool and beach. Although this was not originally booked unit it was accommodating and nicely decorated. Unit did have some small issues when we got there. We were told that the water heater was leaking. They sent a plumber and it was not the water heater. It was the air conditioning unit they were supposed to send somebody out to address this issue. Don’t know if anybody ever showed up as the unit was not properly cooling, but we may do. All together everyone had a great time and made the best use of the unit along with the pool and the beach. I would recommend if you were looking for a rental to use Garden City realty they are great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sit on the balcony and watch the pelicans fishing and the whales and dolphins swim by. Very relaxing vacation. This is the first time we stayed at this property and we will be back. Having both indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools is nice for cooler days. This property could use some new non-stick pans. The washer didn't work, the maintenance staff was responsive and offered to pay for us to use a laundromat.

Washer and dryer did not work and couldnt get it fixed. We spent $25 out of pocket to wash clothes. No refund on that. I was not happy at all. Even the hot tub wasnt even hot. Couldnt use indoor or outdoor pool till friday.Very dissatifed in this years trip.

We cleaned because we didn't want the hassle of switching rooms after spending 12 hours in a car to get there. Property was dirty and moldy. Needs maintenance; ceilings had popcorn ceiling falling, caulking to be done in bathrooms. Property has potential if cleaned and maintained. We have stayed at Waters Edge before in other units that were in much better condition.

Reviewer Comments: we had to wait to get into the condo until it was cleaned and inspected and when we got into the condo it was very dirty. The shower in master was full of mold even on shower head, the ceiling fan looked like it was never cleaned the sliding glass doors to the balcony were so dirty you could hardly see out them. the floors were so dirty our feet were black. nothing was dusted and the furniture on patio was broken. The rental company came and cleaned most of it. The refrigerator bottom shelf on door was broken
