Hello thank you for coming to my apartment, the pool door had an issue that couldn´t open easily but nobody in the building had problems to enter, anyway, the problem is solved, and when you told me I thought you alredy opened but waited till departure to tell me you couldn´t, so I was unable to fix it before.

Hello, there have been many senior people in the apartment since 2006 and this is the first time it´s mentioned that the entrance it´s a long ramp, because it´s the car entrance of around 30 meters and very smooth. Concerning the picture with the BBQ it´s already changed, because I forgot it was there, but anyway, if you look up for the BBQ on the services of the apartment, you won´t find it because it wasn´t there long time ago, but I suppose you didn´t have a look at it before coming to the apartment. And for the cleaning, I already told you that the person who normally comes to clean told me that couldn´t come before so because I knew you weren´t coming before I decided to clean that day, but definitely it wasn´t booked those two days because my minimum rental period on the web is one week, so it was impossible to book it, thank you.
