Three TVs with Amazon Fire Sticks (Smart TV in living room) and Wi-Fi are included. Sleeping accommodations include two queen and two twin-sized beds, one with trundle, plus one queen-sized sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include a screened porch, small balcony, direct access to beach and pool, and use of Inlet Pointe boat dock (no overnight docking). Complex has a handicapped accessible elevator. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.
