Four TVs (cable), DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also available. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one double, one queen, one twin, plus a full sofa bed. Amenities include an enclosed swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor swimming pool and elevators. Limit two parking passes per unit - one for on-site parking and one for the overflow parking lot. One car-sized trailer or gas powered golf cart is permitted if parked across the street from complex in the overflow parking lot and will be counted as one of the two parking passes. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
