This is the perfect place, and these are the perfect hosts, for a stay in center city Florence. The location is a stone's throw from the Duomo, and there are crowds everywhere, and yet it's perfectly quiet in the apartment. The apartment itself, which is spacious, has everything you could possibly need including excellent WiFi. Finally, you couldn't find more gracious and helpful hosts.

Silvia and Enzo welcomed us in their very cozy little studio in florence , The Appartement was clean , with care decorated , and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Florence , the localization was great and is just few steps away from the Duomo . What a great find! Enzo & Silvia were communicative and helpful from start to finish. The studio is in the heart of Florence, and a quick walk to the train station. This studio had everything I needed for a week in Italy! The apartment complex was a bit noisy at times but completely safe & clean. Lucky to have stayed here!

Great stay in the apartment. The Duomo is right outside and there are plenty of good places nearby to eat. Really convenient location and it is in a larger building that feels very safe. Enzo provided great instructions on how to find it and check in was very easy. He also gave us a very comprehensive document that had recommendations on it with a large amount of restaurants, bars, and activities. We are at a few of the recommended places which were the best meals we had during our stay.

The perfect location in Florence 👌

If you are travelling to Florence and you want to stay in the perfect location then you've found your place, literally one minute from The Duomo ,10 minutes walk from the station and most of the cities attractions. It's a large room, absolutely spotless, with a lovely big bed and a large bathroom with a great shower. Sylvia met us at the apartment and was very helpful and charming, giving us the entry details etc, it's very safe and quiet. Perfect 👌

Perfect place to stay in Florence

We stayed here for 9 nights. It was in a wonderful location close to all the sites. We loved having the little fridge and kitchen. We bought lunch food and came home most days to eat lunches. The room had air conditioning which was very helpful as it was a very hot October. We would highly recommend this property. It was also only a 12 minute walk from the train station which is also a big plus.

Perfect base to see Florence

The flat is cozy, clean, in a great location and within a walking distance to the main attractions. It included the equipment for preparation of beverages and simple food. The hosts were very accommodating, especially, as my train arriving in Florence in the evening was delayed. They also provided some extensive details and tips about the town not usually found in the tourist guides. Just adding a hairdryer would be nice :). Overall, a highly recommended place for an enjoyable stay.

Fabulous Apartment in a sensational location

Sylvia and Vincenzo are great hosts. Communication before arrival was thorough, great directions and with detailed suggestions on the best places and things to do in Florence. The restaurant Sylvia recommended as her favorite was so good we went back three times. The apartment is typical Florence size but has everything you could need, is spotlessly clean, and with the Duomo visible from the window there can’t be a better location. If you can get a vacancy .. book it!!

Fantastic - highly recommended!

Looks exactly like the pictures, if not a little bigger. Perfect location, grocery shop, gelato and great restaurants all on the same street. Apartment building felt very safe and entire room was very clean, plus aircon/heatpump. Good cooking utensils and fridge. The hosts were lovely, gave us a pdf of recommendations in Florence and plenty of useful information. On arrival we were shown everything and even some small spaces where suitcases could be tucked away. We loved our stay, and thought this accom offered a great value for money option. Would absolutely come back!

Great week-long stay in Florence

Silvia & Enzo were absolutely amazing hosts. They communicate with you very often and get back to you quickly. My fiancé and I were originally supposed to arrive around 17:45, but our original train was cancelled and that completely derailed our plans. Silvia & Enzo were extremely understanding and patient, and when we finally arrived Silvia greeted us and even gave us champagne at the property. The property itself was also very clean, in an amazing location, and less than a 15 min walk from the main train station. Would highly recommend

Perfect location

This is the perfect area to stay in Florence. The apartment is a good size for 1-2 people and has all the amenities you will need. Located just steps from Duomo and many restaurants. Grocery stores are within easy walking distance as are museums and all tourist sights including David. The apartment is safe and secure. The host is always available by phone. And the price was very good. The only drawback was the lack of wifi. The Internet is essential for booking skip the line tickets or downloading maps. It was inconvenient not having access.

A perfect location in Florence

We had a wonderful trip to Florence. The property was extremely clean, neat and tidy. It is very close to the major centre-the Duomo. We had all we needed in this apartment. The communication with Sylvia & Enzo could not have been better. They left very good instructions on how to get from the airport to their location. A cab is not needed-jump on the tram for the commute. Then it’s approx an 11 min walk to the location. With the hot weather it was great to have a/c. There is a grocer right across from the apartment with many restaurants, shops and places to get gelato nearby. Everything is with walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

No WiFi. A disaster.. this caused us a lot of issues and expense Who doesn't have WiFi these days! And without WiFi you are stuck with over 100 unwatchable free Italian tv stations on the miniature TV. Communication was friendly and the flat was cute.. basically a student room with a cooker. Very outdated. Towels were utterly worn out, small and scratchy. Room got cold during the day ( keep shutter closed in Feb) and takes over an hour to warm up. No salt pepper tea or coffee provided. Strict checkout at 10.30 and nowhere to leave baggage ( we used Duomo left baggage). Location fantastic if a bit noisy.
