Dieses ruhige ersten Stock 3 Schlafzimmer-Einheit hat ein Doppelbett in jedem Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa bietet Schlafraum für bis zu 8 Personen. Das Gerät verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und eine Wohnküche. Ein Picknick-Tisch und Gasgrill sind für Ihre Nutzung im Hof und eine Außendusche, um den Sand abzuwaschen ist vorgesehen zur Verfügung. Das Hotel liegt am ruhigen Ende der Promenade, ist es weniger als einen halben Block zum Strand. Das Feuerwerk über den Strand aus dem Vorgarten. Ist aber immer noch zu Fuß zu einigen der besten Restaurants der Stadt.

Great location

We had a rainy weekend but due to the location there was so much to do. Girls trip turned out well and we all got to do something relaxing and visit with friends who were also down. Bonus that there is an ice cream place and bagel shop on either side and mini golf across the street.

Great location, roomie unit

We loved the location on the quieter part of the wildwoods. Easy to get to the boardwalk and lots of local restaurants within walking distance. The place had plenty of room for the six of us with a nice common area. I plan on booking this spot again.

Great stay. Location is superb.

It has everything you need. Plenty of space, mostly there to enjoy the beach and boardwalk, it was a block away can't beat that. Next door breakfast place was good. Neighbors were nice. Id return for another stay.

Perfect location

Absolutely perfect location, close to everything. Right next door to multiple ice cream shops, breakfast place and a mini golf course. A block away from the wildwood sign and the beach. My kids and their friend absolutely loved it. Perfect family getaway. The owner, Bill, was very responsive and kind. Will be booking again for years to come!!!

We were attending Barefoot Country Music Festival and this house was perfect. It was a 1 minute walk to boardwalk, 5 min walk to venue. W parked the car for the long weekend and didn't need it once. Everything we needed was within walking distance

Everyone had a great time

The house is within site of the Wildwood sign and convention center very short walk to the boardwalk. Very neat well maintained had everything we needed. Off street parking a big plus. We had no problems at all with anything and had a great time. Isnt that what vacations are about?

It served its' purpose

Location was perfect. The place really needs some TLC. Doesnt look like it's been touched in a long time. Wifi didn't work. There were towels but no washcloths. The place absolutely served its purpose though, close to jeep show, Beds were semi comfortable. The house could really be fixed up. My OCD wanted to start painting. Easy check-in. Owner even modified our stay when I had a work emergency. I would stay again simply for the location.

Excellent location.

This was a nice place to stay. Had a full kitchen with large refrigerator, full size stove and oven, coffee maker. 3 bedrooms with TVs. Nice size living room with a couch and futon. Cute front porch. Grill and picnic table in back yard. Ice cream shop and coffee shop next door. Only steps away from boardwalk. We really enjoyed it. 1 bathroom with bathtub. Nice for a family.

Fabulous Vacation

Our Family stayed at this location through Jul 4th week. It was a fabulous location and place to stay! When we first arrived there the house was clean with fresh towels and sheets. Each room had their own TV and AC. I have had two small toddlers at the house so being so close to the boardwalk, was just perfect walking distance! The house was really just about across the street from the boardwalk. ( so close that you can here the tram car say " watch the tram car please" ) This has been by far the the best rental by far in all the houses that we have stayed in. You would not be disappointed when you rent this house The owners were there to greet us and in case we needed anything before our week began. Any questions that we had, they were answered immediately . Thank God, because I locked myself out of the house and he was right there. One of my favorite things of the house was the front porch and that there was ice cream shops on one side of the house and one across from the street. So you can't go hungry! Our family was there during 4th of July- We didn't have to go anywhere to see the fireworks. We stayed right on the front porch to watch the display. Just GREAT because we didn't have to deal with the crowd! And then for an added special, every Friday night, Wild Wood has fire works throughout the summer. Special bonus for sure! Thanks Bill for sharing your home and making our vacation a great one!! We look forward to next year already!~ Cheryl

Let Down

The location couldn’t be better but everything else was a major concern. Air conditioner in the back room was running but does not work at all. No fan in the bathroom. Pictures are not at all what it looks like. There was a huge hole in the living room where the ceiling fan is hooked up. Both couches were old and worn down including a rip in the one and neither was set up in a comfortable way to watch television. Beds are probably over 20 years old. The first bedroom is so bad there is a dip in it and when you laid down you just rolled in the middle. The house is situated in front with houses behind and people coming in and out. Also someone I believe was staying upstairs. All the TVs were placed in front of the air conditioning units. We were giving 3 keys and only 1 worked making it difficult for us to separate or just be free to do as we pleased. The driveway had someone in it when we arrived. I notified Bill and he said they shouldn’t be there and did not know who they were. So they were parked in by us. Refrigerator sat in the middle of the kitchen and we couldn’t utilize the whole kitchen table because of it. Overall just felt extremely uncomfortable knowing that it was not at all what I expected. Just very old and run down. Good for college kids.

Location - Location - Location !!!!!

I grew up & live in S. Jersey . Know & love the beach . Location is key to this place . I’ve stayed at many old beach houses . It is what it is . Again ….. Location -Location . Board walk is a block away . House is old & beat up. Toilet flushed , shower worked . Location , Location ! Yea , we talked about renting it next year for the same event we attended this year . Why you ask would we rent again when it’s not 5 stars ….. LOCATION !

Cette location est vraiment insalubre, nous avons passé 2 jours à faire le nettoyage autant les murs que les ventilateurs et autres. Nous avons dû nous procurer balai,moppe, chaudrons, verres etc.. il manque énormément de choses dans la cuisine ( une chance que nous avions apporté différents articles. Je ne recommande pas cette location

Excellent emplacement

Maison très bien située. Il y aurait place à quelques réparations à l'intérieur. Espace dans la cuisine limité si vous êtes plus de 4 personnes. Propriétaire très sympathique.

Besoin d amour ret d un grand nettoyage

Petite maison tres bien située mais dommage car s etait sale. Poussiere sur les stores, traces de doigts noirs portes et armoires, air climatisée sale, faisant un drole de bruit et une defectueuse dans l une des chambres, serviettes et couvre lit tachés, tapis au sol tres sales et que dire du bain encrassé... Le proprio aurait avantages a nettoyer et a faire de petites renovations. Nous ne conseillons pas cet endroit.

The location at the south end of the boardwalk provides for a quieter family friendly environment, but still provides access to the attractions at the Convention Center, along the boardwalk, and in town. There is no need to drive anywhere once you are here.
