Super convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge. Well appointed units. Lisa and John were great about answering all my questions and concerns. From your balcony you can watch DollyWood fireworks nightly. Would definitely go back.

The condos were great.The only thing that needs a lot of attention are the floors in all 3 condos, they looked clean but if you walked barefoot or in white socks they would be black on the bottom in no time. I would like to suggest replacing the toilets with extra tall toilets. Hope to stay again next year.

Extremely Underwhelmed

We arrived at the property after an eleven hour drive and one of the rooms had not been cleaned. After contacting the host we were informed that it would be an hour before someone would arrive and then an hour and a half to clean the room. The very next night, we had trouble opening the door; the battery had gone out and again we had to wait for someone to come and change the batteries. The unit on the third floor had mildew and a chair that was broken/very near broken. We were able to contact the host and they were apologetic but, when paying a premium price, a more than quality unit should be expected. Luxuries such as tissue paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags etc were at the bare minimum. The location is wonderful but I probably would not book these units again.

Great family vacation

We booked this rental because it has 3 separate rooms; 2 for our adult kids and their children and 1 for my husband and I one floor up. The kids were able to keep their individual schedules with their little ones. Great location with easy access to many attractions.

It was large, and nice. When checking in a room was not cleaned, but was quickly fixed as someone was still there and he got it done quickly and nicely. It’s close to town. The pools were nice to cool off in. The beds were nice and it was nice having laundry.

Enjoyable and Affordable

In 2020, we rented all three condos for our family as a Christmas present. This was to be a family trip for New Year’s Eve. We had to ask Lisa and John, the owners, to move our reservation to New Year’s Eve 2021. They couldn’t have been more obliging. We found the condos to be beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and nice little homey touches. All three were decorated for Christmas and even had lighted Christmas trees. The condos are large and open, and we had plenty of room in a two-bedroom to gather as a family for meals and games. Even though the condos could use some TLC in places, they were clean and cozy. The grounds were well kept with an indoor and outdoor pool, a playground, corn hole, and a walking path. There was also an outdoor hot tub, but it was disappointing. We weren’t sure if it was dirty or worn. We didn’t use it. We were within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. We had a great time and want to thank Lisa and John, along with their property managers and the housekeeping staff, for helping us to give our family the perfect Christmas gifts, time together and memories.

Convenient Location and perfect for a group

We rented all 3 condos for a family and friends trip to celebrate my birthday and my daughter's 21st. Since she didn't turn 21 until Sunday, she wanted a place with plenty of activities for someone who wasn't 21. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg definitely has that in spades. However, this trip for us was interesting due to the staff shortage. Many places closed early, required reservations, wasn't open all, or had crazy lines. This didn't have anything to do with the property, but just an fyi if you are traveling soon. All 3 condos were nice and were equipped with pullouts/air mattress to help with the sleeping arrangements. The pools looked nice, although I didn't personally use them. Truly no complaints here.

All was good except for the first night . When the fire alarms went off at 1:30 am … evacuated then

Birthday Getaway

Everything about this trip was fantastic!!!! The condos were clean, big and spacious. All of the check in information as well as the directions were made available well in advance. The location was great, everything is within minutes. I got an immediate response the one time that I had to reach out for assistance. I invited a few friends and family members to help celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday in the mountains. We had a blast! They were very impressed and asked for the rental information to plan another visit themselves. Thank you so much, you helped make my daughter's day a very special one!!!!

Mountain Condos

Rented 3 condos for our 4 kids, their family, my husband and me. The 2 2bedrm condos were fine. We stayed in the 3 bedroom with daughter, son in law, 4 children. Our bathroom started out with a few little ants on the floor , by the night before we were leaving ants were in our toothbrushes on the counter. The couch cushions wouldn’t stay on the couch. Afraid to sit down until pushing them back in but wouldn’t stay. Will not rent from you again. Only plastic utensils to use on the grill?? Sparsely stocked dishes as compared to our other condos .

I wish you would have reached out to us and let us know about the issues you encountered as we would have been happy to get them corrected during your stay. We have never had a problem with ants and the condo complex does regular preventative treatments. We would have been happy to have them come out during the first night of your stay. I apologize you felt the unit was sparsely stocked and we will be sure to do an inventory to ensure it has the proper amount of dishes and utensils. Again we are so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay and wish you had reached out so we could have helped.

New favorite location

We took our youth group to Strength to Stand conference and this was the perfect place. We rented 3 condos and was able to cook breakfast every morning. It was very roomy and homey. We felt like we were in a safe location and very close to everything. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Family Christmas

Nicely maintained facility, close to several shops and activities. Kids aged 3-16 had plenty to do and everyone enjoyed their stay.

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We loved that this property was walking distance to restaurants and the Trolley. We love being so close to town and have no parking or steep curvy roads to contend with. We also purchased this property because we loved how close it is to Dollywood (3 miles). We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the salt water pool and year-round hot tub. We love to walk to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just 1 mile from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel). Having units side by side is great to visit and still have 2 additional living rooms for games or gatherings.

Allows family functions around one of two pools or at playground & picnic areas. We've also brought our own horseshoes and frisbee's to enjoy the large open green space.

3 different living spaces so everyone has their own space. I love the deck views. Especially good to wildlife of deer, wild turkey, rabbits and raccoon right from the balcony. You can even see Dollywood Fireworks from the privacy of your back porch.

My favorite is the leather rocking recliners.
