Unser Tiki Theme Disney House ist etwas mehr als eine halbe Meile von Disneyland entfernt, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß! Mit Platz für die ganze Familie, unser Haus ist der perfekte Ort, um Ihre Disney Familienurlaub zu genießen. das Feuerwerk von der Rückseite des Hofes - Ihre Zeit im Magicway Haus ist sicher, magische Erinnerungen für die ganze Familie zu schaffen!
Dieses Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern wurde speziell für Familien renoviert. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Kingsize-Bett und einen 42-Zoll-LED-Fernseher sowie einen DVD-Player und ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Neben dem Meister befindet sich ein lustiges Disney-Kinderzimmer mit einem Etagenbett (Twin over Full and Trundle), PlayStation, Fernseher und Spielen. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat auch ein großes Queensize-Bett, das elegant eingerichtet ist.

Unser brandneuer offener Küchen- und Wohnbereich verfügt über einen riesigen 55-Zoll-LED-Fernseher, einen Blue-Ray-Player und kostenfreies WLAN. Der Disney-Kanal ist ebenfalls verfügbar, damit Sie und Ihre Kinder Ihre Lieblingsshows und -spiele im Urlaub nicht verpassen. Sie können auch auf Netflix zu verbinden durch unsere blue-ray-Player oder schauen Sie einem unserer Lieblings-Disney-DVD-Filme! Die moderne Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, und die Töpfe und Pfannen zu helfen, eine hausgemachte Mahlzeit. Wir haben sogar einen Crêpière und eine Bratpfanne. Teller, Besteck, Kochgeschirr, Kinder Teller und Besteck, einen Topf-Topf, Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr sind alle da für Ihren Einsatz. Ein Hochstuhl und Kindersitz sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Grill und Terrasse gesetzt auch im Hinterhof, so dass Sie grillen können Sie Ihre Lieblings-Burger und Hot Dogs zur Verfügung. Im Terrassenbereich finden Sie eine Marke, eine Electrolux Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihren Einsatz.

Eine Tastatureingabe macht es einfach für die Gäste in und aus dem Haus zu bekommen. Es besteht keine Notwendigkeit zu holen einen Schlüssel, so dass Sie flexibel, um anzukommen, wenn es bequemer für Sie ist es. My sorority sisters and I had a wonderful 5-day /4 night stay at the Tiki House! The home was welcoming, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable conference and girls’ getaway. The location was perfect — just minutes from Disneyland and close to the convention center, which made our trip super convenient. We especially loved the fun, tropical vibe throughout the house. Thank you for helping make our sisterhood trip memorable!

Family getaway

Great location. House size and decor was perfect for kiddos great home over all. Only issues was beds. Extremely loud and squeaks master one guest. This will probably keep me from returning. Not sure I can re rent which is disappointing an issue has been a problem for sometime.(seen on reviews) Bed comfort is important for comfort of stay. Other then beds needs newer dishwasher and a few other little things. But would still recommend it for others. Over all great cute house for as old as it is. Had character thanks Rick and Nancy. Enjoyed our stay. Great home great location.

Perfect spot for a family Disneyland trip. The house was comfortable. The beds need some updating. The king size bed squeeks quiite loudly anytime you move and kept other people awake.

Clean place close to Disneyland

Overall, this was a nice stay. The property was clean, close to Disney, and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was also well equipped with toddler plates and cutlery, and other kitchen equipment. We stayed with two infants, and people up to 75 in age. The listing was very accurate, and we found the home to work well for our needs.I do have to dock a star, because of our arrival. We confirmed in writing three times, including the day prior, that two toddler bed setups would be necessary. When we pulled up to the house after a 12 hour travel day ready to put our exhausted kids to bed, there was only a crib, no pack and play, and only one high chair. We got in touch with the property manager who mentioned that they had some illness in the office (so people were covering) and they were able to get a second bed to us 50 minutes later, so they were extremely responsive. However, it was a rough start to the trip that involved a lot of preventable toddler tears. For future travelers: there is a coffee maker but no filters, and a pod maker but no pods. So come prepped with those items!

Disney CA stay

Very nice updated house with large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1-king, 2-queens & kids room with bunk bed, trundle and crib. TV’s in everyroom using Roku. I don’t use Roku, but could sign into Netflix, Disney+, but when I tried to cast my Xfinity, the sound echo’d. Not sure if it was the tv or my app. Easily can sleep 8 adults without using the top bunk. Decorated with Disney characters. Highlight was light up Mickey wall poster. Didn’t use the spa. Backyard has two patio tables and a bbq. Washer/dryer is outside, typical in S.Cal. Walk to Downtown Disney is about 20 minutes, so suggest driving to the lot and paying $10, have dinner and validate ticket for extra 5 hrs at Downtown Disney. Street was kind of noisy when loud cars drove by, but mainly very quiet at night, except for the Disney fireworks, which can be seen in the front yard. Some restrictions on parking, but there is a two car garage (no entry to house) and a two car driveway.

Nice house but lacks comfort

This is a nice place the upgrades make this house look nice and new. Plenty of hot water and ability to cook and stay in. The issue we all found was Comfort beds are hard and make a lot of noise. Should in the house carries so whe. Getting. In and out of bed woke up everyone as mattress is squeaky and on basic springs in the room I stayed in. All rooms were like this but mine was by far the loudest of them all. We had to move one kid to the couch as the bunk beds would rock and move on every turn waking up whomever is above or below. Honestly saggy may have been an issue there. Hot tub is nice to have as well but the top was broken and very dirty. They want you to pay extra for heating as well this should have just been included in the cost and for sure not charged when the spa had mold and algae all over. We cleaned it ourselves just so kids could get in without it heated one day so they would leave us alone about it. We did not go for Disney and we’re in town for a family member that passed so I am sure if you are there to hit the park and be gone all day and just looking for a spot to lay your head this is a good one. Some upgrading on the beds and this place would be 5 stars.

Tiki House

For the most part the house was comfortable and served the purpose. It was a bit worn around the edges and could use a good going over. The AC doesn’t cool that well and the windows don’t open so the house was warm and stuffy. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked well. Would not get in the hot tub as it was not clean. Several of the beds had mattresses that needed replaced. The walk to Disney is .8 mi and easy in the morning. Easy to take an Uber back after walking all day.

Disneyland Home

This home was pretty close to perfect for a Disneyland stay, we had small kids and grandparents and we all enjoyed the home. I asked if there would be a pack n' play available and upon arrival, there was a crib set up in a bedroom!! with strollers set up available for us to use - amazing surprise! Our kiddos adored the bunk beds, the kitchen was great, the hot tub needs a cleaning but was awesome after a long day. It was a great distance to Disney, we drove to the Mickey and Friends parking which was only 8 min away. Highly recommend for a Disney vacay with little kids. Beds are loud and not super comfortable. But after a day at Disneyland we all slept soundly! The A/C wasn't working the best while we were there and most of the windows in the bedrooms are screwed shut.

Great place for a Disney family gathering but "well used"

The location of this property was great as we could walk to Disney in about 20 minutes. There was ample parking in driveway and garage, and a nice yard for the kids and to gather. We used the hot tub which was nice also. It was a good size for three couples and some kids and the eating/gathering spaces were convenient. The kitchen was spacious. However, this place is "well used" as there were several things that were not working, broken, or just very worn. But if its rented all the time, its probably hard to keep up with it all, but some of it really does need replacing. There are also LOTS of "rules" as you can tell the City of Anaheim is trying to discourage short term rentals! Overall, it was a great vacation, and we appreciated that there was a place we could all stay together.

Everything was great!

Great communication with property managers, house was close to parks, quite neighborhood can see fire works from backyard. Overall 5 stars!!! Only recommend pest control for all the bugs, ants and spiders! Couldn’t enjoy back patio
