Unsere umgebaute 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bad Wohnung ist ein Stand-out in Desert Falls. Von unserem 1814 Quadratmeter große Wohnung können Sie zu Fuß die Fensterläden und Schiebetür zur großen, schönen Terrasse, die nur ein paar Schritte von der größten Pool in Desert Falls Country Club ist. Unsere Einheit ist in einer sehr ruhigen friedlichen Gegend in der Innenkreis auf den Golfplatz nicht in der Nähe Außenstraße. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind fantastisch, die größte in der komplexen, sie seien friedlich mit viel Platz gibt. Unsere Terrasse ist nach Osten zum schönen Morgensonne, Blick auf Palmen, Pool, Zitrusbäumen und unglaublich blauen Himmel darüber hinaus.

Wir haben unsere Küche mit neuen Granit-Arbeitsplatten, große Doppel-Waschbecken und Edelstahl-Geräte umgebaut.

Unser Wohnzimmer hat einen 50-Zoll-Plasma-TV und neue, luxuriöse Möbel. Genießen Sie unsere Ledersessel oder entspannen Sie auf einem der neuen Ledersofas oder die bequemen Polstersessel, während Sie eines von 5 kostenlose HBO-Kanälen oder einer anderen Kabelfernsehen. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind mit Fernseher und der Front Den / Schlafzimmer mit einem DVD-Player ausgestattet.

Das große Schlafzimmer hat ein neues Kingsize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Bad, komplett mit einer großen Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken und begehbarer Dusche. Ein Gäste-Schlafzimmer-Suite bietet ein Doppelbett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein komplettes Bad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer, mit zwei Einzelbetten, verdoppelt sich als eine Höhle mit einem Fernseher. Ein zusätzliches WC ist auf dem Flur befindet. Der Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, bieten zusätzlichen Komfort. Es gibt auch eine Garage für 2 Fahrzeuge.

Unser Platz ist ideal für Familien, da wir 4 schöne neue Fahrräder Sie verwenden können, Pool-Nudeln, um eine große Liege float auf der riesigen Pool. Viele Spiele für drinnen und draußen. Fußball und Fußball-Bälle zu und wir haben sogar ein Reifen / Ballpumpe praktisch.

Zusätzlich zu den vielen Annehmlichkeiten dieses erstklassige Unterkunft vorgesehen ist, hat der Wüstenfälle CC Komplexe viel mit seinen 25 Swimmingpools und Jacuzzis und einem herrlichen Clubhaus-Komplex, der vollständig im Internet für Gäste anbieten. Diese beinhaltet die kostenfreie Nutzung von 9 beleuchtete Tennisplätze, ein Fitness-Center mit state-of-the-art Fitnessgeräten, Pro-Shops und ein freundliches Restaurant / Bar. Der Golfplatz in Wüste Fälle CC ist ein 7000 Meter, Par 72 Championship-Veranstaltungsort mit voller Driving Range, Putting Green und massiven bezeichnet Chipping Area - Zusätzliche Gebühren für Golf anzuwenden. Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten einschließlich der drahtlosen High-Speed-Internet, Kabel und kostenlose lokale und Ferngespräche nach Kanada und innerhalb der kontinentalen USA.

Hi Pam, I'm sorry to hear our cleaning crew missed putting the bar soap into the showers. The sinks all have liquid pump soaps and the showers have a shampoo/conditioner combo in them. In future visits please let our property manager know if anything is missed as we would like to have the unit perfect for our guests. superb experience

We love this property and would definitely stay here again. Great neighborhood, convenient to groceries/Ralph's and this unit is a stone's throw to likely the best pool within the complex. Desirable golf course,health club, and very welcoming pickelball/tennis player group. Debbie is a wonderful host.

I apologize for the issues with the ice and filtered water in the fridge. There will be no more maintenance issues with it now that we have a new fridge and no longer the need for the bagged ice and bottled water deliveries. The refrigerator was just replaced today so there will filtered water and lots of ice again.

We had a wonderful time in Palm Desert. This location was ideal for our needs. The condo was everything as advertised. It was one of the best places we have ever rented in our travels. The property manager was so kind to greet us when we arrived. The owners were very easy and wonderful to work with.

Highly recommended for family groups!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, spacious and week-equipped, exactly as described. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. We travelled with multiple generations-4 adults and 2 children ages 10 and 12. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, which was close, large and well-heated. Would not hesitate to book it for another trip to the Palm Springs area.

Very comfortable home with good layout. Gated community, very safe and great access to pool and hot tub. Had a real nice stay and easy to get to all surrounding communities. Golf course was in great shape. A few minor fixes needed with shower door seal and a faucet handle.

Perfect vacation rental!

Great location! Clean and beautifully furnished. Layout perfect for families or two couples with separate bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. Beds very comfortable with nice linens. Kitchen well stocked. Communication with owners easy. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Easter Get Away

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in this condo during Easter week. It was our second visit to this condo. Plenty of places for us to sit in the living room, visit and watch TV movies in the evenings. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen, which was well stocked, and went out for dinners. So many good restaurants nearby and an easy drive. We liked the patio area for sipping coffee, relaxing or reading. We would surely stay here again.

Our Easter Stay

Once again our family of 6 enjoyed staying at this condo in the spring. We did have a glitch at check in, when the guard at the gate didn’t have our arrival information. We phoned the property manager and everything got straightened out right away. The views from the living room are beautiful. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the patio and using the pool after lunch. It was a relaxing stay and the condo is large enough for everyone to have space. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Great Condo with a perfect location. We came out to enjoy the Tennis for one day and spent the rest of the time just enjoying the condo, pool and complex. Home was very well appointed, nice furnishings, kitchen appliances and had the feeling of a second home. Would definitely rent again.

Not good!

This was definitely not as advertised, and certainly not a renter-friendly owner. The unit smelled like carpet cleaner - previously there had definitely been dogs in here and not cleaned properly. The sliding doors and windows did not open or latch properly. The numerical lock pad on the front door failed while we were there. The property manager and a locksmith came over after that - I strongly suspect that they misled the owner about all of this. When I received a lengthy note from the owner afterwards, it was full of evasions and uptight defensiveness that did not address our experience at all. These people couldn’t care less if you rent from them or not, and they will not provide a pleasant space for your family. I realize I’m wasting my time with this review, since the owner doesn’t think any changes are warranted, but if I can save even one family from renting this unit I would be very pleased. The silver lining came from the upstairs neighbor who rescued my wife and children when they were locked out (in their bathing suits). She was really great, and she said this happens a lot and the owner doesn’t care.

It is unbelievable the outright falsehood of these comments by this guest about myself and my condo. I have attached the threatening correspondence I received from him upon departure, I still don't know if this person doing the review was actually at the property as he was never seen there and does not answer me when I ask that question - Some people like to enjoy a beautiful property and then try to discredit it and the owner in hopes of not paying for what they received. ***Please refer to the honest comments of our past guests in ALL our other reviews. This was the correspondence i received from this guest upon their checkout in an attempt to not pay for their stay I felt. Hi Debbie: this has been a very disappointing and irritating experience but I wanted to contact you first and ask you to make it right. I received your voice message but unfortunately I was out and not able to deal with it. My wife was in the unit with our two young daughters. First, we were already disappointed with the unit. It smelled distinctly stale upon entering. The broken electronic trash can was propped open by two wine corks. There were personal items in the top drawer of one of the dressers. The fireplace was non-functional. Tuesday my wife and daughters returned from an outing and locked the front door, then changed into bathing suits. They went out the back sliding glass door and pulled it securely shut. Unfortunately, it looked like storms were moving in so they immediately turned back and tried to open the sliding door. It would not budge. The keys to the front door were locked inside. Fortunately a neighbor was able to call the property manager. She unlocked the front door, noting the previous renters also had a problem with the front door. My wife reiterated that the problem had been with the back door. The property manager asked to get a locksmith into the unit to address the front door. My wife explicitly said no. The next day, my family was in the pool. The property manager said there was a locksmith nearby and asked if she could show him just the outside of the front and back door in order to help him ascertain if new parts were needed. My wife agreed to have the locksmith outside of the unit. Within the hour, the locksmith arrived. My wife noted their arrival, and walked into the back bedroom. While back there, she heard the locksmith’s voice in the house, and then heard the locksmith’s drill in the house. She walk to the front door and saw that the locksmith was not only in the unit, but he had also removed the front door knob! My wife reiterated that she had not agreed to have the locksmith inside and told the children to pack their bags. At that point the property manager told the locksmith to put the door knob back on, and the two left. After this, they packed their bags and left the unit at night early. My wife no longer feels safe there. We are spending the final night elsewhere. I hope you will recognize the severity of this! Obviously we have not received anything close to what we paid for. Please respond as soon as possible. Mike J. Hello Mike, Thank you for contacting me regarding your stay in our condo. I have had some time to thoroughly check into your concerns. Were you also staying in the unit also or just your family as I am very surprised by your comments. The condo had been cleaned prior to your arrival and was checked by our on‐site friend and neighbor Pat on the day of your arrival that it was clean and ready for guests. I assure you there have not been any pets in the condo as we do not allow pets. Our usual cleaning company was used and their regular cleaning supplies used. I have never had any odor comments before, however there is a dry feeling/scent in desert homes that you may not be accustomed to. The trash can you refer to did have a dead battery in it's lid mechanism which should have been changed. However, it was completely clean and empty. I did provide you with my contact details prior to check in. If you needed service to the trash can that was missed we would have appreciated knowing immediately. The lid could be taken off if you had preferred. The fireplace is an original 1980's model and is for decorative purposes only. The condo is adequately heated and does not need this for heating comfort. With respect to the sliding patio door issue on Tuesday, January 10th. The neighbor above who called our local condo contact had Pat's number as she is also an acquaintance of Pat's. Pat arrived and unlocked the front door for your family. The front door does have a push button keyless entry. (which was working, however the latch was stiff and hard to press down) Your wife did tell Pat it was the patio slider she had trouble with so Pat went to check it. Pat tells me she went through the room to the patio door and pushed it open with one finger. She also stated that the door was actually a bit ajar in fact. Pat had called me on Tuesday evening to let me know that your wife had her called to open the door for her. Pat told me the front door latch had been stiff for the prior guest and although the slider was working ok, with the recent wind and sand storms she felt they slider should be checked when the front door lock gets serviced. She did not mention your wife being opposed to having the door checked as she had not arranged a locksmith. On Wednesday, January 11th I had contacted our locksmith and told them about the stiff front latch and asked that the sliding patio doors be checked. They had a service technician in the area and offered to come the same day.. They did stipulate that I would need to have the tenant on site for them to work on our condo. I called Pat and discussed this with her. Pat went to the condo to see if there was someone at the condo prior to securing a time with the locksmith. Pat saw your wife at the pool by our patio and went and spoke with her there. Pat tells me she and your wife visited for some time and your wife was very pleasant and was receptive to the locksmith coming to see what was making the thumb latch on the door stiff and to repair/service it. It was not discussed at any time with Pat that the service would only take place from the outside of the unit. When the uniformed technician from our accredited locksmith company arrived in their marked company vehicle Pat met him at the door. Pat informed me that your wife was in the unit as well as your daughters, as they had just returned from the pool. When both Pat and the locksmith were at the front door, which was opened, she saw your wife in the entrance acknowledging their arrival and your daughters climbing up on the counter stools for a snack. All seemed fine at that point with your wife. The technician began his work with Pat standing beside. Your wife went down the hall as the locksmith worked on the latch with Pat at his side. The locksmith did have one foot inside and the other foot outside of the unit as he began working on the door latch I am told. Returning within a minute your wife angrily blurted out that she should be napping at that time of day and could not leave the children unattended while she lay down if there was someone there servicing the door. Pat had the service technician pack up immediately and they both left. No locks were changed or altered in anyway, this was to service the latch and runners for sand or stiffness so entry was not withheld due to a stiff track or latch and that departure from the unit was not inhibited in case of emergency. I cannot understand how your wife did not feel safe in a condo with working locks on all the doors and windows in a gated community with security patrols. (added note: ** The only issue was a stiff - not stuck- thumb latch. The auto entry keypad was in full working order. **) It is your/her prerogative to leave early but it does not alter your reservation. I have provided a clean, furnished condo that was as described on the VRBO site. It was ready for you on time. Your claim of an off odor was not discussed with Pat at anytime and she did have two conversations with your wife prior to your letter to me. If there was a concern with cleanliness I would expect it would be brought up immediately. The garbage can, while not opening with the electronic eye was still clean and usable. Your wife's dilemma with the patio door on Tuesday was addressed immediately and the door was found ajar and able to open fully. Possibly she was pushing on the wrong side. We had asked to have the locksmith on site for the doors to be serviced for safety reasons and even though we had permission to have the technician on‐site, when your wife became unhappy with the situation we had the technician leave immediately. Your family was never alone at anytime with the technician, our representative was in attendance also. You have received what you booked and what you paid for. The unit was the unit shown online, it is in good shape, and as described and pictured in the VRBO ad. We rent to numerous guests and have never been accused of not providing a good unit, in fact we have many accolades for providing such a nice, well kept, clean unit. Respectfully, Debbie Paul

Grandmother , Daughters,Granddaughters weekend

We look forward to getting together at least once a year. Usually book a hotel. This year we decided we wanted to try VBRO to have more room, easier to park the car and on the quiet side. It was the best idea. We all had our own room and bathroom in this very nicely furnished home. The owner was easy to contact as well as the property manager. The kitchen is well equipped and there were even some condiments left to use. The pool was lovely and only steps away from the condo. We ended up with a pretty good windstorm with sand flying everywhere. Can’t control the weather. The girls had a great time shopping till they dropped and I had a nice quiet afternoon at the pool. All in all it was a very relaxing wonderful weekend. We plan to go back ❤️

Great place to stay.

Really enjoyed the stay and the location was great. Short distance to restaurants and golf courses which was the reason we went for, food and golf.

Great weekend vacation

We enjoyed our time at this three bedroom condo. It was a great location close to the pool and had spacious rooms and lovely back patio on the grass. The property manager, Pat, was very responsive when we had trouble getting into the gate. Overall, would recommend and would come back!

We were happily introduced to Palm Desert and Desert Falls Country Club in March of 2012 by our friends who had purchased a unit there. After hearing for years what a wonderful place Palm Desert was we decided to spend a week that year.
We fell in love with the beauty, tranquility and manicured grounds of Desert Falls that first trip. We started looking at units to purchase in 2012 however it was two years before we found the perfect unit in the ideal location!
We wanted to be on the inner circle where there is no road noise at all, facing the large pool with the morning sun on our beautiful patio, we finally got all we wished for in spring of 2014.

Surrounded by lush landscaping and beautiful Palm trees it feels like you are living in a park, we even have a grapefruit tree right off the patio, orange, lime and lemon trees nearby. With the big pool, large lawns, great patio and four bikes there's always something to do!
Also, being a gated community means having 24 hour security at the gate and on grounds, so it is a very secure environment.
