This villa has the most magnificent view from the balcony where my friends and I spent a great of time. We also enjoyed the pool area which was well maintained.The villa was very clean and well looked after and the location suited us perfectly.The host Dulce was extremely helpful with any enquiries we had.As a group of friends we would have no hesitation returning for a further visit.We had an amazing time.Thank you so much.

Our stay at this beautiful home right on the Mediterranean Sea was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable —short walk out the front door to two beaches, waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the terrace felt like a dream. The home itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay—well stocked with hair dryers, steam iron, hair straightener, washer/dryer, and beach towels, to name a few. We came for a sisters’ getaway and it couldn’t have been more special. We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating — they truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. They even helped arrange a taxi back to the Malaga airport (52).We’re already planning our next trip back — this home has become a very special place for us. Highly recommend!

Lovely villa, large and clean. Amazing sea views from the balcony. Fully stocked kitchen. We didn't have a car but wasn't a problem, Uber to the airport was 35. 15min walk to beaches, bars, supermarket along the costal path. 10 minute walk to the bus stop where you can get a bus to Malaga.Highly recommended.

Spectacular location, with uninterrupted sea view, and in quiet residential area. Spotlessly clean, very well equippped and lots of homely touches. Pool and various outside areas are excellent. We particularly enjoyed the main terrace (with very welcome retractable canopy). Dulce (and Ali) was very attentive and quick to respond to any queries.

Great holiday in a fantastic Villa

What a fantastic holiday we had at this outstanding villa, waking up every morning looking out to sea. We’re a family of 12, adults 7 children 5, ranging from 6 - 16 years. There was plenty for the children to do, swimming pool, table tennis, lawn to play on, board games, and not forgetting free wi fi for the older ones. The villa was beautifully furnished, and catered for all . It had plenty of outside seating and sun beds. There are 2 lovely beaches within walking distance of the villa, and some very nice shops and restaurants. The host and daughter were both very accommodating and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Great property for a lovely family get together. Good location, with easy access to local amenities, and excellent transport links to Malaga and surrounding area. Property had everything we could possible need, and catered for 9 of us comfortably. Our host Dulce was very helpful on our arrival, meaning we settled in straight away. Fantastic stay

We have just returned from a weeks stay in the villa. The place is fantastic! The pool and garden are just amazing for both adults and children. There was enough space in the villa so a large family could happily sit in separate areas. Views from the balcony are stunning. The bus into Malaga was also easy and is certainly worth a trip. Would love to go back one day.

A lovely property with an amazing views.

We've just returned from the property and had a lovely week. Dulce the owner was extremely pleasant and hospitable staying to greet us after our airport transfer was delayed and allowing us to return to the villa to shower before we left for our late afternoon flight and providing light refreshments. The villa was comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect and we enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony, clean pool and lovely garden.

Great view of the Mediterranean See

A family with grandparents, parents and children spend a week in the house. It’s great with nice terraces, the pool and enough of space. We walked to the beach in Rincon and visited the beach restaurants. Very typical for Spain. 20-25 by car to Malaga city center.

Special location on the Costa del Sol

Dulce’s property in Rincon is set on a cul de sac with about 4 other homes on the cliff/sea side of the street. Gorgeous sea views from the large balcony where we enjoyed our meals and the warm breezes under the awning. Bbq set up next to pool is very handy for meal prep. Small pool came in handy. Conveniently located for easy access to grocery stores, beaches, restaurants, cafes, Malaga and highways. Communication with Dulce was timely and smooth, just used Google Translate.

Excellent stay

Highly recommend this property. Immaculately clean and the views were spectacular. Dulce was the perfect host. Excellent communication and was so kind to leave us a generous amount of groceries due to our late arrival on Saturday night. Villa had everything we needed from adequate towels to plenty of toilet roll! We stayed late October and area was very quiet with not many restaurants open at start of week. Hope to stay again. Thank you Dulce!

A most pleasant stay

The view from both deck and pool is seriously fantastic. House is big, has good bedrooms and several bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Layout is good as you have several areas as where to interact yet also privacy. Kitchen is good. Pool being saltwater has this fresh feeling and is of good size. Sra Dulce is clear five star landlord. Check in was swift. We can clearly recommend this house t anyone looking for a stay with a view.
