Fantastische Penthouse-Meerblick von diesem Studio in Kahana. Royal Kahana # 1202 ist in einem tropischen Thema dekoriert und macht einen erholsamen Urlaub für ein Paar oder eine dreiköpfige Familie. Sowohl die Küche als auch das Bad (keine Badewanne) wurden mit neuen Geräten und Armaturen einschließlich einer Waschmaschine / Trockner umgebaut. Genießen Sie den Poolbereich am Meer oder machen Sie einen langen Spaziergang entlang der Frontstraße. Das Resort befindet sich in Gehweite zum kleinen Strandpark (Pohaku Park), in dem Sie Meeresschildkröten und Surfer beobachten können, sowie zu Restaurants, Bauernmärkten und Geschäften in zentraler Lage auf der Westseite von Maui. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN in unserer Wohnung.

7. - 14. Okt 2018: “Großartige Lage zu den Annehmlichkeiten: Strände und Nachtleben in der Front Street (oder Tagesleben ha ha!) Meerblick und manchmal direkt am Strand! Der große Kühlschrank hat uns dabei geholfen, die Ausgaben fürs Essen auf das Abendessen zu beschränken, und war für unsere Flitterwochen ein perfektes, gemütliches Zuhause auf dem Seeweg. Wir erwachten mit Blick auf die nahegelegene Insel Lanai und die Wellen des Ozeans und schliefen ein, als wir den Wellen lauschten, die von einer Reise mit dem Komfort von zu Hause ausgehen. Amazing views and everything we needed

The view off the balcony is by far the best part of the unit. It is a studio, so not very large, the pictures make it look a little bigger but it was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Washer and dryer were great, bathroom is nice and kitchen has what we needed - coffeemaker, toaster, blender and some supplies although we did not cook any meals. There is NO beach due to erosion and the pool cabana is under construction (which we never used, as of 4.14.18) the parking spots are extremely small and difficult finding a spot after 10pm just FYI. Overall we had a great time, world class beaches all around. Maui brewing right across the street. Incredible views and you can hear the water from the balcony.

The view was not as great as pictured, there is a building below and this view was very zoomed in to crop that out.... there was an infestation of cockroaches and we were only informed of some cockroaches an hour prior to check in time, so we proceeded to continue to head to our booking and check it out. (We booked 3 months in advanced) upon arrival we found out only one elevator was in working condition, there was no a/c, or hot water from the front desk of the facility (not the host). Then pur door lock mechanism was broke, i called the host and was told someone would be there to fix it in 15 minutes and i had to call again after 30 minutes and finally had someone show up about 45 mins after the 1st call. We checked out the room for the cockroaches we were informed about and only saw 2, so we continued with the booking. They fixed the lock on the door and we went back to the front desk to ensure they knew we were parking there and that we didn't need a parking pass. The parking was not free as advertised/stated in VRBO so we paid for that and left for dinner. When we got back the roaches were worse as the night went on with anywhere to babies to full grown adults. I was upset that there were no other accommodations offered for our stay and/or that VRBO/host did not help pay for the last minute hotel/condo change. If we knew we would've picked elsewhere and had paid the same or cheaper but due to last minute change the week of valentine's week it was more.

We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. We notified you before arrival about the roach issue, and you checked in early at 1 PM to view the unit. We met you at the condo, fixed the door lock, and reviewed all available options, including a full refund to relocate. You chose to stay with a discount. We understand the frustration with building‑wide issues such as the elevator, A/C, and hot water, which are managed by the property association. Not our usual vacation with Chase’N’ Rainbows

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was nice, the views from the lanai were great. The first day everything was fine, but on the second day I put some laundry in the dryer,and the lint trap shot the filter out. We called and they sent an electrician out. He fixed it, but a couple days later I put laundry in and it blew the circuit breaker again. We didn’t have power again. My husband thought it could be something major, so we went without power for the rest of our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great vacation in an amazing condo! We were there a week and we really enjoyed the condo, pool and outdoor grill. We cooked pool side several nights in our stay. It is a far walk from the parking however, there were carts that were available when we needed to carry a lot of things. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great view, needs updating

Let me begin by saying the views are absolutely amazing. That's the only thing good. On the bad side, kitchen needs top to bottom cleaning. Walls have old food stains, the sink leaks black water. We called and the lady said it's a cracked disposal. No one ever came to fix, the bathroom toilet leaks water, the shower glass is so dingy water stained, the shower drain is so slow. The ice maker trays are broken, the bed comforter is old. I say all these because as a vrbo owner manager I would have changed and fixed and walked the property to make sure things are perfect. Especially if you are asking for those type of rates. Even if you weren't I would.
