House was beautiful. Sleeping situation is 12 on the top floor, 14 middle floor, and 8 on the bottom floor. The beds nor the pull outs are not comfortable. Bring a mattress topper if you can.Overall, the house was nice. The main issue that we had was the drive up was sketchy at best. I would never try to pull this off with inclement weather.

We had a wonderful time of fellowship and relaxation during our stay here. The beds are pretty hard, so come prepared for that if you are not used to sleeping on a harder mattress.

Quick getaway with family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I thought we were kind of far from everything but once I got a lay of the land it doesn’t seem far at all. The only real issue we had was we had to wait to check in a little longer than expected and a maintenance man was still there an hour and a half after we were originally supposed to check in. Then once we got settled we wanted to get in the jacuzzi but it wasn’t working properly. Maintenance did respond and fix the issue quickly. After that we really had no complaints. We had enough space, it was nice and cool. We had a good view of the mountains. It was an overall great experience.

Ladies Mountain Retreat

Beautiful, ,love all the wood , and the layout..Not enough seating.The wall hanging, and decorations are dated and faded and need to be replaced.No emergency heat , and the cabin stayed cold.

They are treated on a monthly basis, as well as at any point between scheduled treatments as needed. As many of our cabins are located in wooded areas, we do expect that some insects will get into the cabin from time to time. We take all steps to ensure that the inside of your cabin will be pest-free to the best of our ability. We can assure you that this cabin was and is currently free of each of the pests listed. We did not receive any reports of any of these pests during your stay, or at any point after by any guests that stayed after your departure. While we can understand your concern, we can assure it is already taken care of. We thank you for staying with us and hope you enjoyed your time spent in our area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was ok the problem that we had was 3 spider and some floor need to be replaced in the kitchen. Some out side light in front of the cabin and new mattresses in all bedrooms.

Gardner Girls Trip 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very beautiful and relaxing. The sofas were to low for the older women. There wasn't enough seating in the theater room. They didn't have any air hokey tables, I was really looking for them. Over all we had a very great time. This would be a property that I definitely stay at over and over again.

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a great place to stay. We started off going to have about 32 people. It dropped down to about 22. Would have had plenty of room for the 32. The cabin was great looking. Had plenty of room on the inside. Had plenty of stuff for the kids to play around with. Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful. We just very much like to thank the ones that are in charge of this because they made our stay great.

Great cabin for large group gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large group and needed to divide sleeping arrangements, but wanted comfortable beds. This cabin is clean and has comfortable beds with many entertainment options. The hot tub didn't work when we arrived, but was fixed extremely quickly when we called in the problem and it was enjoyed for the rest of our stay. The kitchen could use a few more cooking pans/pots for larger quantities, but we were able to make do. It's not luxurious, but is comfortable, clean and cosy with lots of wood and nature accents. Enjoyable stay!

Big Bear Lodge Stay November 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was very roomy and clean. The office and maintenance very helpful. The cabin is listed to house 30 plus people but there is very little comfortable seating on any of the levels for more than 3 or 4 people at one time. We took a family of 14 and we not able to be together except at the table while eating. The cabin beside played VERY LOUD music starting early morning until very late at night. This made our stay not very peaceful, but also was not the responsibility of our cabin company or owners. Overall, I would recommend this cabin and use it again.
