Wunderschöne ETW am Strand in Pointe West! "LICENSE TO CHILL 'verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, ist dieses Feriendomizil der perfekte Ort, um Ihren Pointe West Urlaub zu genießen. Es wird auf der zweiten Ebene, die Sie ganz einfach die schöne Aussicht genießen am Strand aus dem Wohnzimmer oder Esszimmer Raum in diesem offenen Grundriss Wohnung ermöglicht entfernt.
Eine voll ausgestattete Küche macht es einfach, ein Abendessen vorbereiten und unterhalten die Gäste zur gleichen Zeit. Schlafmöglichkeiten umfassen ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten über vollen Etagenbetten, so dass diese Wohnung ideal für Paare oder zwei kleine Familien ist, die zusammen Urlaub machen. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Unsere Villa ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom privaten Strandclub entfernt, in dem Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen können, einschließlich 20.000 Quadratmeter Sonnenterrassen, Infinity-Pool, Whirlpool, Kinderbecken, Cabanas, Grills, ein Fitnesscenter und ein Restaurant (Opened Mid März - Okt.)

Leider sind keine Abschlussball- oder Abschlussgruppen erlaubt.

Check-in Zeit ist 16:00 Uhr und Check-Out ist 11:00 Uhr. m.

Mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2015 wird ein Zugang zum Pool Gebühr von der Pointe West Beach Club in der Hauptsaison berechnet. Die Gebühr beträgt 10 US-Dollar pro Person (über 3 Jahre) (1. bis 15./15. März) und in der NON-Hauptsaison (9./16. Bis 1. März) keine Gebühr.

Getaway stay

All aspects were as advertised or better! We scoured location for future trip with Grandkids and found everything we hoped for. Quiet and secluded area. Great for being away from the Seawall bars and restraints. Can still get there when we want to. Plenty of amenities and the sunrise view was magic.

Great Family Beach Getaway

We had a great time staying at "License 2 Chill." Property is clean, well-appointed, and has amazing unobstructed views of water. Location is close to beach walkover and basketball court. We enjoyed the amenities that Pointe West has to offer, including both pools and gift shop. Would definitely return to this property again in the future.

Great Location and amenities, clean, responsive host!

Great location-Ocean Front. Many condos are described as Ocean Front but "License 2 Chill" had the BEST VIEW. Family enjoyed the amenities at Pointe West - POOL, HOT TUB and GYM. The condo was very CLEAN and the host was very RESPONSIVE to our questions. We will book again.

We love Pointe West!

This is such a great location to vacation. The beach is beautiful and clean. The condo is spacious and accommodating for our 2 families, 3 kiddos and one infant. It is the furthest walk to the pool which we didn’t like as much and the walkways to the beach didn’t have ramps for our beach carts and strollers but it was still doable and totally worth it anyway!

Great beach rental

I have stayed at this property several years ago. I love the new updates!!! Furniture is so nice and comfortable, new paint, new bedding, lots of extras in the kitchen. I stay at Pointe West every summer and have been in many of the rentals. This one is definitely at the top of the list 🥰

The decor is stylish and comfortable. There were some basic supplies that were lacking though - 4 wine glasses, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toliet paper and 6 towels for a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 8 is just insufficient.

The living room furnishings are updated and very comfortable and the home well-stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Well in advance of arrival we do provide a list of provided supplies and a suggested packing list for our guests. We encourage all guests to read through listing and sent materials. Being a private vacation rental and not a hotel that provides daily change out services your vacation experience is a bit different however the benefits of a vacation rentals are tenfolds! During your stay if reported something is missing please let us know and we will do our best to replenish asap during your stay. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen (wine glasses restocked), washer/dryer, 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and large patio. We can’t wait for you to visit! Phenomenal view and location

This was an absolute pleasure. We had a blast and truly were able to relax and enjoy our time on the beach. The hosts were great and very responsive. My only note is that the elevator was down for 2 days. I had elderly family members that were limited in what we could do. But otherwise, this was a fantastic stay!

Long Mother’s Day wet

We go to Galveston every year. This was one of our favorite times. The property was very far down the island, almost to San Luis pass, but being that far away from the city was wonderful. We spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the waves and relaxing. It’s a 30 to 40 minute drive to most of the restaurants, so we went grocery shopping and did some cooking. It was so relaxing, we hated to leave to come back to daily work. We definitely will rent this place again!

You cannot beat the views and sounds of the waves from License to Chill large, corner unit balcony. It is definetly the spot to "chill" and escape from the daily grind. Great unit —Relaxing

Pre Thanksgiving trip to get away. Enjoyed the unit. Well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. Loved that it had 2 king beds! Only thing I would suggest is changing the shades on the afternoon sun side in the living area. Sun gets very bright in the living area and that side of the patio. Might be good to have an outdoor curtain as well? Otherwise unit was great, loved the porch and easy walk down to the beach.
