Great place to stay!

Place had everything we needed including beach and pool items. Community pool area was beautifully maintained and had a lazy river which we all took advantage of every day! Location itself was close to Marco Island which had some great restaurants, views and beaches!

Everything we needed was provided at this lovely condo.

We had such a wonderful month staying at this great condo at Falling Waters Resort. Everything we needed was provided and the home was beautifully decorated. The lazy river was perfect for us. Relaxing and fun. The grounds of the resort were very well taken care of and beautifully landscaped. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Naples Adventure

This condo exceeded our expectations! It’s beautifully maintained, comfortable, well equipped and spacious. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go with grocery stores, pharmacies and everything else closeby. The amenities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river and its beautiful palm trees surrounding it. We will definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Naples.

Great place!

This is our second time to Falling Waters beach resort bur first time in this apartment. The place was clean and the pictures on homeaway were absolutley correct. The owner was easy to contact and replied quickly. Well stocked apartment with lots of supplies included. The pool area is amazing and our daughters (5 and 7 years old) loved it. Would recommend this apartment for everyone !

A very nice and well equipped condow we had a nice holiday in falling Wathers. The kids enjoyed themselves in the lazy river pool. We came in contact with a Norwegian American who lives there. So thanks to brent and brenda that we got to stay in condow. we had a good Christmas holiday

Beautiful Condo on Friendly Resort

We just returned from an excellent two week stay at Brent and Brenda's condo. The condo is clean and well equipped and located on a well maintained resort. We absolutely loved the large lanai as well as the lazy river pool where we met other residents who were warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. The resort is in a great central location if you choose to explore Old Naples or Marco Island and is very close to various stores for everyday needs. It is definitely as advertised and everything regarding the rental went very smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others and hope to return in the future. Property was well kept and was well supplied with essentials. When we had a problem with the wash machine the owner replaced it. The negative was that the Jenn-aire grill did not work so we could not do any grilling.

Dec 2022 Family Trip

The property and unit was bigger than we expected, providing plenty of space for four adults and a 10yr old. Neighbors are nice and welcoming. They filled us in on where we'd likely see Alley the Alligator, and reminded us of the other wild life close by. Communication from property management was great, the location was perfect for areas we needed to be daily (Estero, Naples, Marco Island), and the club house, lazy river and pool are very nice. Extras like quality pool floaties and beach chairs, a BBQ, cooler, etc. were appreciated! The option to park in the garage was wonderful too. We'll definitely stay again if we go back to the Naples area!

Amazing Condo!

Our family of 5 stayed in Brenda and Brent's condo for a week and had an amazing time! The two bedroom with pull out futon slept our family with 3 boys easily. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The master bathroom was just remodeled with marble flooring. Daily we visited the pool and/or lazy river and most of the time were the only family there. The pools and lazy river were beautiful and so clean. The condo is so close to so many fun places. We spent a day at Naples Beach, a day at the Water Park in Naples, a day at the Marco Island Beach, rented a catamaran and snorkeled twice and even drove to Key Large to snorkel. We had an amazing time and would love to visit this area again. Thanks for sharing your condo Brenda and Brent!

Gated community South Naples FL

Had to contact Owner 2 days before arrival as I had not received any info regarding entrance into resort and unit when he assured me he would contact me a week before arrival. When I arrived there were no towels in Master Bath contacted Owner and found towels in extra bath. No garbage bags or paper towels, near empty hand dispenser in MB. Contacted owner as there was very low water pressure in MB faucets. Only 2 large plates in cabinet but found out when our stay was nearly over that they were left in dishwasher. An old crockpot was left out on the counter so when I put away to clear counter I accidentally chipped knob on the lid. It was still usable as part of knob was still attached. I was honest and told him I chipped top and he requested a picture which I sent. Came home and found out he charged my credit card $20. You can buy one for less at Goodwill as this one was very old and looked like that it was from there. Needless to say I swept vacuumed and even washed the towels day I left. The resort was beautiful loved the lazy river and location but very disappointed with the owner and will not be back. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully Owner won’t be so greedy and place will be cleaner if you rent this unit

The Unique Lazy River Pool Resort....!

We've picked this Community as their River Pool is so very picturesque & relaxing. The rental was exactly as described. The location is excellent. Less than 2 miles to shopping and restaurants. The furnishings are "show model" inviting, meticulously clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking & the use of a one car garage is a bonus, as there are beach chairs, bikes, grill & pool floaters etc to make your stay less hectic and enjoyable. You won’t regret staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & our Host, Brent was very friendly & helpful when needed....!!

What you see is exactly what you get. We found everything meeting and exceeding our expectations.

Brent & Brenda's Home Away from Home is just that! We felt very much at home. Well maintained, user friendly, and great location. Enjoyed the short walk to the tennis court and took advantage of the two bikes for discovering the area. Great location. Falling Waters is a well maintained property, including the two "warm water" pool areas.

Another wonderful holiday here

Thank you again Brent and Brenda for allowing us to have another great holiday in your wonderful condo. As usual the apartment is spotless and extremely well appointed. It is so good to have Carrabbas and the Outback Steakhouse so near. Also there is a new Asian restaurant. The lazy river is another reason to stay here. Lovely and cooling on a hot day. great condo with lazy river

one of the best outfitted places we have stayed at; not lacking for anything from kitchen items, floating toys, bikes and garage. beautiful lanai, completed with bar frig, BBQ, bar with nice view of ponds. Great location at southern most point of Naples, short drive to Marco island, Lucky's, etc.
