Just what we were hoping to find. Expansive lake view; cozy retreat space for a family of six adults; pool is just down the steps; public beach, shopping and restaurants all within 10-20 min drive from the condo. Host is accommodating and informative. Very pleasant experience.

The place was perfect. Went down for Bikefest in Sept. My dad trailered his bike down and navigating to get down to the condo was tricky but doable. Pretty steep hill to get to the lower level condos on the water. Security provided us with a parking pass for the truck and trailer up above on the main road. Beautiful view of the lake. Right next to a pool but never heard any noise in the condo. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

The place had not been clean when we arrived. There were towels and sheets on the floor floors were filthy ants all over the countertops. Oven was dirty cobwebs everywhere inside. Notified host notified VRBO. Nothing has been solidified. I at least want my VRBO fee refunded.

Amazing unit

This unit was exactly as represented. It was impeccably clean, had everything we needed, and the location and view were the stars of the show. Just a few steps into the unit, and a few more to the pool. The panoramic view was spectacular. Security is top notch, and I loved that. I can't wait to stay again. This is my new go-to spot. LOVED IT!!

Lake of the Ozarks slice of heaven

We had an incredible stay at this Magnificent condo. The location was so perfect for us. We were able to go out on the lake and visit nearby bars and restaurants so easily because it is situated on the main channel. Martha was incredibly responsive to my questions which helped me plan my trip. The pool on the property is lovely and could not be any better located for this unit. The unit is very well equipped and even has some floaties. The view and the time spent on the screened in balcony/porch was a highlight! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location

Went for a long weekend with my husband and 3 college aged children. The location of condo is great. Right on water with excellent views. The pool area is large, very clean and well maintained. Also right at the bottom of stairs from condo. Very convenient. We also used the tennis courts to play pickleball which are lined for pickle too. The host was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. My only sort of complaint is that the condo could use a little updating. Overall the place was great and would stay there again.

Amazing view!

The condo was very easy to find and in a nice location with only a short drive to many nice places for dining out. It was very roomy with plenty of room for a family. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching all the boats go by. However, the condo could have been much cleaner. We believe that there had been nobody there to clean it after the previous guests. There was a lot of dust on all surfaces and we found multiple objects on the floor that made it appear it had not been swept or vacuumed. The bathrooms were not particularly clean and the used bed linens from the previous guests were on the laundry room floor. There was no laundry detergent so I had to go purchase some in order to wash them and make the bed. I hope this was a case of miscommunication or an oversight as we enjoyed our stay otherwise and would consider staying again if this was just a one time occurrence.

Beautiful view of the main channel!

(We stayed the weekend and following week of labor day) The view of the main channel from the deck is amazing with lots of boat traffic on that weekend. (You can see Bagnal Damn from the boat docks, at night its beautifully lit up.) The pool is large, well kept and is a perfect 84° (as maintenance told us). There are lots of steps to get to the pool from our 3rd floor condo. So if you have a problem doing stairs, this isn't for you. The washer/ dryer in the condo is wonderful. It is a smaller condo. 3 bedrooms but the living room/dining area is small but perfect for the 2 of us. You can hear every footstep the people upstairs makes, but we weren't in the condo enough to let that bother us. The manager was great to deal with. We received answers to our questions quickly. Our only suggestions for the owners would be to have someone do a thorough cleaning of the condo... fix the sliding door in the bedroom off of the deck that doesn't slide unless you pick up the door and force it open & closed... the sliding shower door in one of the bathrooms doesn't side well at all either. Also, the cobwebs really needs to be cleaned in the bedroom off of the deck and that bedroom has a ceiling fan that doesn't work well and really needs cleaning badly. Also the sofa is REALLY broken down and not comfortable AT ALL. But all that said, the area is wonderful with plenty of food options not far away and we would stay here again for sure.

Ozarks Weekend Getaway

This condo is on a corner of the building which allows for an amazing view. Parking is right by the front door, and the pool is just a couple flights of stairs down. The location is a short drive to the strip where all the bars and restaurants are. Our group was three adults, but there are plenty of games and videos for the kids to play for families. There are tennis rackets and balls in the condo and the tennis court is very nice and is lined for pickleball too. The host was very nice to work with, and we will visit again for sure!

My Husband and I have been Vacationing at the Lake for 30 years. We love the area and always rented Condo's. In 2008 we decided to buy our own and rent it out to share with others.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We bought this property because of the gorgeous Panoramic Lake Views. Close to the Large Lakeside Pool and our Boat Slip.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

On a point with Panoramic Views from Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Master Bath.
