• This condo unit is on the 1st floor from the parking lot and does not have an elevator
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, roads may ice over and become impassable in winter.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• Responsible and respectful gatherings for events are permitted.

We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
