Die Shadow Park West Eigentumswohnungen liegen auf einem Bergrücken mit Blick auf den Grand Lake mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Shadow Mountain, das Grand Lake Village und den Mount Baldy. Sie werden die ruhige Lage mit dem Komfort lieben, nur eine kurze Autofahrt von der Stadt entfernt zu sein. Dieser zweite Stock 2 Schlafzimmer / 1. 5 Bad Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet, hat einen Kamin und einen Gasgrill auf dem Deck, ideal für die schönen Sommertage zu genießen.

Great Location!

That view!! If you just want to relax for a few days and enjoy the view, this is your place. It is close to town and all of the surrounding attractions. We will stay here again!

The view makes this condo a must. Sunrise is worth the price. Inside it's pretty dated. Owner could try a littke more. Only 2 forks. Simple stuff.

Amazing views!

This unit has incredible views of the lake and town. If we weren't out exploring, we were on the deck. LOVED the location. The town of Grand Lake was beautiful and peaceful. I feel like this is a hidden gem as there was not the big crowds that we experienced in other locations. The access to RMNP was less than 2 miles away. We ate in town at One Love; it was awesome. We also did fly fishing through Kirk's Fly-fish in town and highly recommend as well. Even though this unit is a little dated, the location and view make it an amazing find! Hope to return in the future.

Its location was great. Really close to Grand Lake where you could grab dinner, kayak, swim, play putt, etc. It's also within 15 minutes of Rocky Mountain National Park. Our stay was amazing. Would stay here again.

As other have said, the place is dated, but it’s still perfectly comfortable. If there was one piece of feedback I would leave the owners / management company it would be to give the kitchen supplies a bit of a refresh. A $200 trip to IKEA would do wonders!

Reviewer Comments: If I could describe the property in a phrase, I would say Half-baked. Things were rickety, shabby, and old or jerry-rigged and carelessly done. It needs work. It did not feel like someone took the care/time to make it comfortable for guests. Most B&Bs that I have rented really make guests feel at home by taking care of the property. That was not the case here. The rental property management was helpful and professional. The location was great.

5 star view in a 3 star condo

First, the view was spectacular. Definitely a five star view off of the balcony. As for the rest of it, the condo was meh. The furnishings and property were pretty tired and dated. There didn’t appear to be much thought to the guest experience. As one example (and there were several we could give but I’m only adding this one for illustration), the balcony, which was the star of this place, had mismatched, uncomfortable and unusable furniture. The booking agency was great, and it seemed that the cleaning crew worked hard. The view was excellent. The rest of the place was average at best.

Sorry that you felt that the home was tried and dated, our pictures do show exactly what the condo looks like, including decor. Grand Mountain Condo

We were late arriving due to long line at car rental and they pleasantly assured us they would wait. The condohas a perfectly breathtaking view of the town, lake and mountains. While the interior was adequate, it could use some updating. Overall, it was perfect for our party of 4. The living area and bedrooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are on the small side. We found it comfortable for the amount of time we spent there.

Beautiful view, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part of this rental is its view! We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the vista. It took almost no time (less than 10 minutes) to be from our rental to the town of Grand Lake or to the entrance to RMNP. The rental was quiet and comfortable. It would not win an award for interior design, but it was comfortable to us. We are more concerned about comfort than looks. I do think that with the wonderful view, better balcony furniture would be a welcome addition. Again, we did fine, but I was disappointed in the balcony furniture. The chairs didn't match one another. I couldn't see over the railing if I sat in the Adirondack chair. But we were happy with the rental and would stay there again.

Very good communication and assistance. condo was fine, but would warn that deck is actually pretty noisy almost all day and early evening. good view, but hard to enjoy with the non-stop traffic below. may have been due to holiday weekend. Condo could use some updating, and TV hard to use if you don't have streaming accounts. Fireplace not useable during our stay. No one's fault, but almost called police due to neighbors fighting very loudly and a bit scary.

Hi Tom, Thank you so much for staying with us! We would definitely attribute any additional road noise to the busy weekend - as this has honestly never been a complaint before. We sure hope you were able to still enjoy that beautiful view! We do advertise the condo true to life as far as updates and things go and with streaming services being more prevalent than cable most people are thrilled with the option, we are sorry that wasn't the case. We are certainly sorry about any altercation that you may have overhead and would have encouraged getting the police involved. We have never once had any issues with this sort of incident. Lovely Condo Overlooking the Town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had everything we needed for a lovely week in Grand Lake. The view is amazing. The back patio overlooks the quaint, little town. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook inside the condo. May want to bring your own storage containers for leftovers. The rental company was quick to respond and very friendly. The beds were comfortable. We brought our own pillows so I can’t speak to them. Bring your own toiletries. Minimal amount provided. Some spices provided. Washer and dryer work well. Dishwasher with limited amount of washing supplies. Bring a hair dryer. Had some games and movies and books and puzzles for entertainment. We enjoyed playing Oodles every night. Decor is not new. You can definitely tell the condo was built in the 70s or 80s, but it is very clean and perfectly adequate for a family getaway. Loved our time here.
