Eine qm großen Grundstück, RV-Anschlüsse, Haustiere erlaubt, Dwell moderne, familienfreundlich, großen geschlossenen Hof. Mit schöner Vorderdeck BBQ ganz oben für ein Essen im Freien eingerichtet.
3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Master-Bad verfügt über eine Zwei-Personen-Jacuzzi-Wanne neben einem Spa wie Dampfdusche. Außendusche mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Wieder aus einer Sackgasse gesetzt. 25 Minuten zum Strand von Malibu, nur 45 Minuten nach LAX. Eine Stunde und eine Hälfte von Disneyland, 45 Minuten von Santa Barbara. 20 Minuten bis Camarillo Outlet Mall. Pferderanch mit Pferden zu mieten 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, schöne State Park Wandern und Radwege fünf Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Trail Kopf an der Ecke des Grundstücks, das sich zum Wandern öffnet.

I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook - the kitchen is fantastic, as is the grill out back. I highly recommend this home and would return and rent it again.

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed here and we loved it every bit as we did last year! It has everything you would ever need and great for young kids. My 3 year old grandson spent many hours playing in the back area which had a sandy area to play with the toys that are there for them! The back patio is an oasis of foliage and flowers and a magnificent view. Looking forward to coming again next year!!

Fire Pit with Terrific View

The living spaces were much larger than I expected. The best part was the adorable little patio with a big fire pit and a fabulous view. And it was so peaceful!! Would have been nice to have some sort of closet or at least a hanger in one of the small bedrooms. Terrific kitchen with everything we could ever want. We had guests over and had no problem with fitting 18.

We (only the humans) travel a lot between our houses in Portland Or. and Thousand Oaks, Ca. We are both entrepreneurs, Hollie a Communication consultant and I am architectural designer We homeschooled our children till there were 8 and 10 and considered it a privilege with to have them in our lives all the time. Both are out of the house (official "empty nesters!) As a family we love adventure and life. Snow skiing almost weekly during the winter between Mt. Hood, Or. and Snow Valley,Utah. Mountain biking in the Santa Monica mountains and Bend, Or. I am an avid marathon runner, trail runner, and hiker. We love food from all parts of the world and get to experience it often when we are in Portland visiting the famous food carts.
