Willkommen bei Hale Aloha, unserer Ferienvilla in Waikoloa Colony Villas auf der Big Island Hawaii.

Unsere Villa ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer, 2-1 / 2 Bad Stadthaus in den Waikoloa Colony Villas, einer privaten Wohnanlage im begehrten Waikoloa Beach Resort an der sonnigen Kohala Küste der Big Island. Dieses schöne Resort bietet einige der besten Wetter auf der Big Island ganzjährig.

Ankommen in unserer Villa, werden Sie in einem üppigen landschaftlich gepflegten Resort umgeben von malerischen Lava Felsen und Blick auf majectic Mauna Kea begrüßt werden. Unsere weitläufige, klimatisierte Unterkunft verfügt über wunderschöne Holzböden auf der Hauptebene. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über 18 'hohe Decken für geräumige Entspannung und Faulenzen. Ein Medienzentrum mit einem 48-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und Netflix-DVD ist im Wohnzimmer zur Unterhaltung. Das Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer öffnet sich zum Lanai, die für das Freilaufen eingerichtet ist - perfekt für den Nachmittagstee oder draußen im Gartenbereich essen. Unsere große, moderne Küche mit Granitspitzen und Bartheke ist perfekt für die Zubereitung einer Mahlzeit zu Hause. Sie finden Schränke, die gelagert und ausgestattet sind mit allen Kochen und Servieren Bedürfnisse von Utensilien, Kochgeschirr, Indoor & Oudoor Serving Ware sowie Werkzeuge für Outdoor BBQ Grillen.

Auf der zweiten Etage befinden sich 3 elegant eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein großes Bad mit Doppelwaschtisch, separater Badewanne und Dusche. Eine kleine private Veranda mit Blick auf den Golfplatz ist vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus zugänglich - perfekt für eine Tasse Kaffee oder eine ruhige Lesezeit. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist auf dem Flur und hat ein Doppelbett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Flachbildfernseher.

Um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehmer und angenehmer zu gestalten, bieten wir Ihnen kostenfreies WLAN und Kabel-TV. Mit dem DVD-Player können Sie auf Ihr Netflix zugreifen. In der Garage finden Sie Strandausrüstung und Poolspielzeug für Ihren Gebrauch, der beinhaltet:

Die Waikoloa Colony Villas bieten Luxus-Resort mit zwei wunderschön gestalteten Pools. Jeder Poolbereich hat Grillgrills und Picknickplätze. Es gibt einen Tennisplatz und einen Fitnessraum. Während des Resort-Komplexes gibt es BBQ Grill Picknick Buchten. Der nächste BBQ Grill ist nur wenige Schritte von unserem Lanai. Alle Grills sind Gas und perfekt zum Abfeuern einer Mahlzeit schnell und einfach.

Nur außerhalb der Waikoloa Colony Villas Resort sind viele Attraktionen und Bequemlichkeiten. Es gibt zwei Golfplätze und die Queen's und King's Shops.
Der Queen's Market Place hat alle netten Boutiquen und Restaurants wie Sanseis und Macaroni Grill. Die King's Shops bieten High-End-Shopping und Restaurants wie Michael Kors, Tiffany und Roy's. Für einen perfekten Sonnenuntergang am Abend, Abendessen am neuen Lava Lava Beach Club, der direkt auf Anaehoomalu Bay und Beach sitzt.

An Enjoyable Stay!

Our group of four had a great time staying in this condo. The space is comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the garage has all the gear you need to enjoy this part of the Big Island. The only negative for us was that the bath towels were fairly run-down and could use replacement.

Hi Chris, I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We make it a point to change out our pool, beach and bath towels frequently since we use only white towels. We did just change out all the towels but wanted to apologize it was not in time for your stay. We definitely appreciate all the feedback that keeps us on our toes so we will be shortening the time in between change outs --especially during busy season as we just had. :)

nice place

beautiful condo. couldn't be any nicer, really. very well stocked. short drive to some really nice beaches or about a mile and a half walk. we especially appreciated the bikes and beach toys/boogie boards/etc. the complex could use a few more grills as there was usually a wait, but on vacation who cares. thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful and relaxing stay...

We really enjoyed staying at your Villa. It is beautiful and spacious with well thought out amenities. We made great use of the kitchen everyday and enjoyed having leisurely meals on the lanai. We have stayed at the Waikoloa Colony Villas before and love the peaceful grounds. We think you have the nicest pools of any of the other resort complexes in Waikoloa Beach or the Mauna Lani and we would definitely stay at your Villa again on our next trip which we hope will be very soon. We are so happy to have found you! Mahalo!!!

Pots and pans were not clean, and the garage was full of sand. We did not go to the beach or used beach chairs or beach equipment. They were not clean, but made good use of 2 bikes. Other then that we enjoyed our stay at this Condo. Very quiet.

Great for a family trip

We had a wonderful time. The property is big enough for three generations of our family. The garage is well stocked with beach gear. All the towels for bath, beach and pool were great. Kitchen has everything you would need. Be aware that all bedrooms are on second floor so older folks or those with mobility challenges might have some difficulty. Close to A-Bay, Hapuna, and Spencer’s Beaches. We would definitely return to this property.

Great stay, beautiful complex, well situated

We were 3 adults, 2 teens, 3 generations. We had ample space , not closing in on each other. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the lanai everyday. Family enjoyed being able to walk to beach and to see dolphins down at the Hilton. We made use of both pools, hot tub and tennis courts. The location in the complex is perfect and location overall is central to the happenings on that side of the island. The unit was well furnished with laundry supplies, paper products and dish detergent. Having laundry right there was perfect. We were grateful for adequate towels, beach supplies and chairs, snorkel gear, bikes etc. When we had a minor problem the property manager worked to get things in proper working order promptly. If I had to fault the property in any way, the chair in the living room is a bit shabby and the kitchen flooring has suffered some damage due to a past leak . Definitely would stay here again. We had a wonderful family vacation.

My family enjoyed a stay here a couple years ago so we came back, but it wasn’t the same. Bathroom tiles weren’t clean, drains smelled, lower water pressure, ceiling fans set to only one slow setting. The worst was customer service regarding an A/C malfunction. The temperature in the unit did not go below 74 degrees the first day, then stopped working and the condo temperature did not get below 85 degrees for over two days straight. The property manager blamed us for setting the temperature too low, and that there were thermostat temperature limits, but nothing was specified on the welcome book or online instructions. She said that “sometimes the A/C freezes up” and instructed us to turn it off to help it defrost, which we did immediately, but their remote Nest system kept turning it back on so the A/C continued to freeze and delayed the possibility of repair for another day. I didn’t appreciate getting blamed for their poor management of the A/C system. We had specifically chosen this place because it says they have A/C and we planned to cook and share mealtime with our local family. I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone that is elderly or has health conditions that are sensitive to heat. We had to go out and buy our own fans to create airflow in the unit because the ceiling fans were so weak, and we weren’t able to move to another place to stay because we had already purchased food and planned to cook for an offsite family reunion. I’m sad to say this rental was really a disppointment and put a stressful strain on a trip that we wanted to spend reuniting with family, not trying to troubleshoot their A/C and wasting time going out to buy fans.

Guests stayed 9/25 to oct/2. Mid-stay we received email stating "having a great time can we please have late check out". We had already accommodated early check in at last minute and accommodated the late checkout request again even though it puts our cleaning crew at distress. No other problems were reported during stay except for A/C issue. Guest emailed to report AC unit not working upon their return from an outing. It was 8pm 2 days before check out date. In rude email she demanded repair and service be sent right away even though it was 8pm in the evening past any business hours. Property manager immediately responded in person and called for service as soon as possible next day. I personally responded as well. In checking AC system, it was observed to have been left on continuously for 36 hours straight at 68 degrees. At times the system reported AC being at 60 degrees. I gently reminded guest to please abide by house rules and be considerate to not leave AC unit on below the recommended 72 degrees. Especially if away for whole day. My email was a polite and gracious reminder while letting her know service will arrive next morning. Our property manager arrived in person first and observed in person unit had cooled. She observed the house had way more guests then the reported 5 guests. It clearly was a family reunion situation. All fans in each and every room were in perfect working order with speed settings. Guest apparently didn't know how to pull a string to adjust speed. Service arrived next morning to confirm with photos and report that AC unit had frozen coils because it had been left on way below the recommended lowest setting for extended amount of time. $1000 service later to fix a problem not due to malfunction, we still accommodated guest late check out graciously. I also was not going to leave any reviews about these unreasonable guests but her own review demonstrates why they will not be welcomed back.

Excellent property!

Our whole experience with this property and property manager was excellent. Communication before and during our stay was easy and fast, the property itself was very well appointed, everything we could need for the beach was available, the location was wonderful, 2 minute drive to Waikaloa beach, 10 minute walk and 5 minute bike ride, (on the bikes that were provided at the house, there are 4 beach cruisers there). One of our party forgot their snorkel stuff but it didn't matter because there was plenty of equipment in the garage for her to use. Plenty of stuff for the baby who was 6 months old, a jumpy seat, high chair, toys, beach stuff and we left the pack and play we grabbed at WalMart for the next guests. Also the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, cooking equipment, some non perishables, coffee machine, rice cooker etc... The house was in great shape, the beds were really, really comfortable and everything was super clean. It is in a great location in the Waikaloa Colony Villas, very quiet and close to Kona. The beach there is really nice and there are shops close to the house. There are also several BBQ spots with gas grills, 2 pools and a clubhouse. All in all a wonderful experience!

Amazing Villa In Waikoloa

We rented this property for our family vacation, originally planned for last June but later rescheduled due to the pandemic. Both VRBO and the property owner worked with us to adjust our dates, which was appreciated. Waikoloa Colony Villas is an awesome place...everyone was very welcoming and nice. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and clean, and it was spacious and quiet. The pool area and hot tub were fantastic, though there was an issue with one of the pools during our stay. These things happen, and we were just as happy to use the other one instead. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again. Outstanding experience!

The picture is extremely misleading, the photo is not the unit being rented. Cleaning could definitely be better, popcorn under the sofa (had a baby learning to crawl, hence the discovery). Only one pool key as other key was missing. Great for people with young children, quiet, playpen, high chair, bouncy chair, lots of beach stuff. Would stay here again

Hale Amazing Stay

From our initial communication Ywe was very gracious and accommodating. We were arriving at different times as our kids and check in process made it very easy. The house was well stocked and had everything we could need. My son was able to take the bikes to the store to grab necessities until we could get to the store. It was spacious for 7 of us and never crowded. We loved the garage to unload beach gear and hang towels on drying rack and not bring any sand in the house. The chairs, cooler, umbrellas and every bit of gear was wonderful to have. My happy surprise was the ability to set a beautiful table with placemats and the many beautiful serving pieces and platters. Having everything we needed was just wonderful. The only disappointment was the hot tub was broken and that would have been nice after our long day hike in the rain. Kelly the manager was available via text and had we had any issues I have no doubt she would have taken care of it. The energy of the home was so inviting and tranquil. We definitely plan on coming back!

Very nice stay. Lots of water toys and chairs for the beach as describes which was handy. There was an issue with the air conditioner but property manager sent someone out right away. The dishwasher is getting old so had some trouble with it. But overall nice unit and good response from property management.

Perfect all around stay!

Perfect stay at this huge Waikoloa Colony Villas condo. Just the right size for a family of 6. Plenty of room to have your own space. All supplies that you might want for beach time are in garage. Lots of extra beach towels too. Easy to book, communicate with owner, and accessing key for check in. Condo was very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies for eating in. Convenient and well supplied in condo laundry closet. Condo complex has 2 pools which we used later after our beach time. Location was perfect with easy drive to anything in Waikoloa Resort area. Easy 10 minutes to Puako, Hapuna, and Mauna Kea beaches. Would definitely stay again with this owner and management.

Great for families

We had six people of three generations (including two young kids) stay for a week. This condo was perfect for us, and all the beach equipment in the garage was greatly appreciated! The grounds are beautiful, and the interior is great as well. No surprises, and everything was as described. Could not ask for more!

This home had everything!

It was like home away from home minus the food, of course. It was a gracious gesture to have a gift basket waiting for us. Almost everything we needed was at the home including all the recreation amenities. No need to bring your own snorkel gear, water shoes, beach towels, umbrella,or toys, this house has it. This was definitely a plus! The neighbors are very friendly and kind and gave some great tourist spots to check out. The area is about 30 minutes from the greater stores like Costco, Target and Walmart so be prepared to pay top dollar for a quick trip to the grocery store. There is also a great beach, kind of hidden within driving distance inside this resort area by the lava lava club. Yve is wonderful host and responded to all my concerns. Great place to stay for our first trip to the big island.

Nice and quiet

The unit was nice and quiet and the owner was very good to work with. Unfortunately the kids pool was closed a few days and we had a little one with us but lots of stuff in the garage to use at the beach and we had access to the Hilton @ Waikoloa for their pools and lagoon so all worked out.

Would Stay There Again!

Can't say enough about the property, location and owner/property manager. Very cute home. Nicely decorated and clean. The cupboards are full of dishes, pots/pans, glasses, grilling utensils, ... you name it, it's there. We were especially surprised that there were even paper plates, baggies, paper towels, spices, olive oil and more! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. There are 2 pools which are both a nice size and were never busy. There are grills located at the pool and not far from the front door. There are 2 malls within walking distance. The beach is a little walk but we did it on our first day when exploring. This was our first experience using the VRBO site and staying anywhere besides a hotel. We had zero issues (besides needing to call the property manager with a few questions and she answered us right away and was fantastic) and would definitely use the site again and stay at this residence. We miss it already!

Great location and a nice complex of condos

The location was excellent with all the amenities including 2 swimming pool even though we did not use them. 2 nice golf courses right next door and tennis courts. The condo itself was nice and roomy with all necessities. The garage was full of outdoor activity gears with 2 bikes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property manager was very responsive.

Lovely home

We spent 5 nights at this home enjoying the beaches of Kohala and sights of Kona, a welcome break after losing our home in Puna to the lava flow. We had a wonderful stay. The home had everything we needed. Yve was a wonderful host who had the home was ready for us with less than 24 hours notice and even allowed our little dog.

Beautiful place to stay

My husband and our 3 teenaged kids (18,16,13) absolutley had a wonderful vacation here July 10-17. It is a beautiful, clean, comfortable condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the towels were so soft, the washer and dryer worked great. It has all the beach accessories you would need. The BBQ was steps away out the patio doors. There was a welcome letter and a basket of snacks on the table when we arrived which we appreciated very much. It was a gated community so we felt very safe, our kids walked to the pool in the evening and had a great time. It was an amazing place and I would recommend it to anyone. We hope to go back soon.

A great place to stay on the Big Island

We loved the condo. Big pluses: Clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, well-stocked kitchen, nice pool area, and plenty of towels and beach equipment. We brought a few very small issues to the attention of the manager when she came to visit. She replaced some broken beach umbrellas. We also said it would be nice if the kitchen equipment included a veggie peeler and a cheese grater. Overall, a wonderful property! If we ever return to the Big Island we would love to stay here.
