The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable for a large group. Our two grandchildren loved the wrap around deck/porch, chalkboard and kids house under the stairs! Kitchen has everything we needed. Good location near Boulder . The hosts met us to go over everything about the house and it was great talking with them.

A beautiful sanctuary surrounded by lush gardens and spacious decks, the rooms were very nice and the interiors with custom stone and wood were incredible. The hosts were gracious and communication was smooth. We are looking forward to our next stay at this gorgeous and relaxing home.

Super nice accommodations and the kitchen was stocked with every possible item you could possibly need for cooking and eating. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to my unusual situation with the rental. This was our second time renting the property with a different group of friends who were also very impressed with the property. I would rent it again.

We just finished our second stay at this beautiful home, and we felt so lucky to be back! There could not be a better place to gather with a large group of family or friends. Christine and Taco are incredible hosts who are always available if questions come up. They have put so much love and thought into their home that it is truly hard to leave. Of special note, the kitchen and grill are amazing and definitely set up for people who actually cook, which is great. There are also an abundance of outdoor spaces to hang out and thoughtful touches for kids (and adults!) throughout. Bocce ball court, ping pong, pool and the kids playroom under the stairs were all appreciated. We created so many wonderful family memories over our past two trips. Can’t wait to be back!

Exceptional Home

Amazing!

We stayed at Rustic Knolls for my son's graduation from CU Boulder. It was the perfect space for our family for the trip. The house is magnificent and the hosts were lovely. Beautiful kitchen for gathering and cooking. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. We played pool and had the best time just hanging out together. The house is 10 minutes from everything-campus, Pearl Street, shopping, bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this home for your next family event! 5 stars all around!

Wedding Weekend

We were in Boulder for a family wedding, and needed a quiet place to retreat between events. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was absolutely lovely, with great spaces, both indoors and outdoors, to enjoy time with our family. We felt so lucky to call it home for four days!

House was beautiful.

The only outside screened in room has bee's every day and could not use the room. House and managements were spot on! Did not know bee's were harvesting on the rear of property and with this said the downstairs patio's and yard were not useable too us, along with an electric fence out back. Driveway, upper porch were nice AND HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL!!

An AMAZING wedding weekend 💗

My entire family including a 4 month old enjoyed making memories in this beautiful home as we were in Boulder together to celebrate my son’s wedding! Everything was perfect! I was able to host a family barbq to a luncheon for the bridal party. A perfect home for family reunion!

CU Boulder Graduation -- Family Stay

What a great experience! We rented Christine's home for our family gathering to celebrate our son's CU Boulder Graduation. We had 10 people ranging from 15-85, and everyone felt safe, comfortable, and very welcome. Christine's home was immaculate and the grounds were beautiful. Fantastic hosts!

The house was gorgeous and perfect for our family. It has lovely views. The neighborhood was very quiet except for a few airplanes taking off in the morning if you like to sleep in late. However our grandchildren loved the airplanes and gliders. The hostess was very friendly. I would recommend this property to others.

Boulder Family Vacation

We feel so fortunate to have stayed in this immaculate, pristine, beautifully designed home with our family of 11. With a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone, we enjoyed the beautiful views, the comfort of each room, the wrap-around porch, all in a peaceful neighborhood. Bicycles, ping pong, a pool table and a tree swing entertained us and kept us all busy. Location to Boulder and walking and cycling paths was a big plus. Christine was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs prior to and during our visit. - This home was more beautiful than we ever expected or imagined. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful home and enjoyed our stay!

Our son recently got married in Colorado, so our family spent the week in Boulder. Five adults and two grandsons, ages 4 and 2. Beautiful home with plenty of room. We truly enjoyed our family time together. Christine and Taco met us in the rain when we arrived to give us a tour of the house and the keys. They did a great job and were wonderful hosts. While they were available next door and checked-in, we always felt we had plenty of privacy to ourselves. The house had plenty of room with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, wooden floors throughout the house, with a beautiful kitchen and family area, in addition to a very nice pool room and ping-pong table outside. The kids were occupied with the downstairs playhouse area while the adults enjoyed the wraparound deck and cooking and eating outside. The pictures are accurate. Two things to be aware of… The upstairs air conditioners are in each room separately and difficult to operate, also you do hear and see the planes from the Boulder municipal airport nearby. Overall great stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Great Fun!

Very comfortable home with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My family enjoyed hours of Pool & Ping Pong. Property is right across the street from a local small craft airport, so planes can be heard throughout the day. Our boys loved the comfortable beds on the screened in porch, total ‘glamping’ experience!

Family Retreat

This is a truly amazing property. We stayed here for a family gathering and celebration. We did lots of cooking and hanging out in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed the billiards table and the outdoor bocce court. Extraordinary Boulder Home

Wow….Christine and Taco have created an amazing place to stay when visiting Boulder. The online pictures do not do the home justice. They have thought of pretty much everything necessary to make your stay an enjoyable one. You feel like you are a guest in your friend’s home and not some rental. The location itself was great too, a rural setting but only about 3 miles to downtown. And the views were breathtaking! Christine was very responsive and promptly responded to our inquiries. Without a doubt you can rent here with confidence.

Amazing Family Getaway

We had the most incredible week at this home! The property is truly a luxury estate, but one that is filled with warmth and personal touches. We had family ranging in age from 7 to 76 and everyone had enough space and plenty to occupy them. From a playroom under the stairs, to a game of pool upstairs, the house was full of fun and comfort. I can't think of another place we have stayed that made it easier for our large family to all come together, cook wonderful meals and reconnect. Christine and Taco were gracious hosts who were available whenever we needed them. It really felt as though we were staying in the home of friends, and we can't wait to go back. If you are considering a stay here, you should definitely go for it. It is a magical place.
