This 5 bedroom, 4 bath beautiful home sits on one of the two large bluffs in north-central Boulder, in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods, offering unobstructed views of the foothills mountains.
The fully finished backyard, a true gem of this property, allows you to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and savor the fresh mountain air in the comfortable sitting area (with propane fire pit), dining area, and the outdoor kitchen with a large gas grill with counter and seating. With two primary king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, two queen bedrooms and the 5th convertible office with king sleeper sofa, this house has plenty of room to accommodate your family and friends. The fully-finished basement is designed for watching football games, movies, or a family game night.The modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an eating area. The dining area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light streaming in through a full-wall Nana door, which completely opens up to the backyard area. The living room is also bright and airy with a cozy fireplace - perfect for those chilly Colorado evenings. Need a space to work from home? No problem! In addition to a desk in every bedroom, this house features 2 proper offices (the 3rd floor office is not closed off by a door and has a balcony and the basement office is closed off to the basement living area by a door). Whether you need to work from home or simply need a quiet space to unwind, we have got you covered. The house also offers easy access to Pearl Street, a 15-20 minute walk, which is a popular destination for shopping, world-class dining and entertainment.

After raising our two children in this home, we are ready to fly our empty nest part of the year to travel and share it with other considerate guests and travelers.

We purchased this home in 2007 after relocating from Princeton, NJ for the location, view and great layout of the home. We added the spectacular back patio - a true "outdoor living room" with fire pit and outdoor kitchen and dining area in 2016. The basement was remodeled in 2022.

Our home is close to downtown Boulder yet out of the hustle and bustle and with amazing and expansive views of the foothills and some views of the flatirons. It's fully equipped with everything you will need (after all, we live here much of the year!)
