Loved and enjoyed the pool/spa. House was as described. Alarm on sliding door to go to the backyard is annoying but you get used to it. We had a great stay. Thank you

Thank you so much for choosing to stay in our home and for sharing your kind review. We’re thrilled to hear you loved the pool and spa and that the house was exactly as described. We appreciate your note about the sliding‑door alarm. It’s required by our city for safety due to the pool, but we understand it can take a little getting used to. We’re glad you had a great stay, and we truly appreciate you spending your time with us.

Very fun and comfortable stay that easily accommodated our large group. Very good communication and friendly management. The only issue was we did see some cockroaches in the house and reported it to management, however, the unit was nice and clean.

The pool area is gorgeous but COVERED in debris all the time with no one coming to clean it. It gets all in the pool too. So we all had gunk on us anytime we swam. It would be nice if they had people come clean it daily. The house is dated but functional. Could use more blankets and towels. Other than those things we had a good time.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the gorgeous pool area and had a good time overall. We appreciate your comments about the debris in the backyard. With the lush landscaping surrounding the home, leaves and natural debris can fall throughout the day, especially with wind, and while the pool is professionally serviced twice a week, we also provide a skimmer so guests can clear the surface as needed between cleanings. That said, we’ll review whether additional mid‑stay service options are possible to help keep the area even more tidy. Thank you as well for noting the need for additional blankets and towels — we’ll make sure to increase the inventory so future guests have more than enough. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are glad your stay was enjoyable. We’d love to welcome you back again.

The pool area was breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay. It was unfortunate that we weren't able to grill the 75 lb steaks my family brought from MN. The grill didnt work so we had to make do with what was available to cook it on.
