Unser Haus in Puamana ist etwa 100 Stufen zum Meer und 60 Stufen über eine Wiese zum Dolphin Pool (ideal für Familienspaß). Die Umgebung ist zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad befahrbar. Hier können Sie sich auf der Wiese oder im Clubhaus bei einem abendlichen Ritual des Sonnenuntergangs bei einer einladenden Gemeinschaft treffen.

Sowohl die Außensitzbereiche der Hale Aloe als auch die Rückseite bieten Ihnen Privatsphäre, ohne den ständigen Fußgängerverkehr der am Meer gelegenen Immobilien. Genießen Sie Getränke und Speisen auf Ihrer Veranda, wo Sie einige der ältesten Plumeriabäume von Puamana finden, Palmen wiegen, einen sprudelnden Brunnen - und viel Aloe. Es ist das Härteste in unserem Garten und heilt einen Sonnenbrand oder gereizte Haut - und warum wir unseren Platz als Hale Aloe (Haus der Aloe) bezeichnen.

Hale Aloe bietet Platz für eine sechsköpfige Familie oder zwei freundliche Paare. Das kürzlich renovierte Hotel verfügt über kühle Travertinböden, Doppelfenster, neue Geräte; Das Hale Aloe ist mit einem zeitgenössischen hawaiianischen Motiv dekoriert und bietet lokale und Vintage-Kunst. Die Küche ist komplett für die Zubereitung im Innenbereich ausgestattet und es gibt einen Weber BBQ zum Grillen im Freien. Ihr Zuhause in Paradise verfügt über eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren, ein Festnetztelefon, kostenfreies WLAN, 4 eingebaute USB-Ladestationen und 3 Flachbildfernseher (alle Kabel sind angeschlossen).

Das geräumige Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem luxuriösen Bad und einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Das Loft-Schlafzimmer bietet eine Auswahl an Schlafmöglichkeiten: ein Full-Size-Bett mit Schubladen, eine ausklappbare Doppelschlafcouch, ein kleines Luftbett und zwei ausklappbare Schlafkissen. Das Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer hat eine komfortable neue Tempurpedic? Matratze.

Unsere Einheit ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Clubhaus, Tennis- und Badmintonplätzen, 2 zusätzlichen Pools und 800 m vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben einen saisonalen Sandstrand auf dem Grundstück und ein ganzjährig beliebter Surfstrand befindet sich südlich unserer Einheit (Puamana Beach Park), wo Sie einige der besten Wellen in West-Maui genießen können.

We loved the location and overall vibe of the property. It’s an established residential community. The only downside to this property was the upstairs window-unit air conditioner. It couldn’t keep up and it was 85-90 degrees upstairs during the daytime. It was closer to 75-80 degrees at night. The mini-split air conditioners downstairs had no issue and it was nice and cool. Plus there are fans in each room. We had a great trip and would book again in the future!

Home away from home

The property has all the comforts of home and yet it’s still located right near downtown Lahaina with numerous businesses including restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation!

We came to Maui for a family vacation and for our son's 10th birthday over the fourth of July, this is an IDEAL location!!! Steps from a (basically) private beach, walking distance into Lahaina, and perfect for 2 parents downstairs and 2 kids upstairs.

Lovely place!

The townhouse was comfortable and nicely appointed. The beach chairs, cooler and beach towels really came in handy. I highly recommend snorkeling at the sunken pier at Mala Ramp in Lahaina. Lots of fish and turtles!

Don't hesitate to reserve!

This place was so cozy and welcoming. All three kids fit easily upstairs and everything was so well appoinnted! This is definitely a place that stands out from th typical rental that is set up skeletally to extract maximum profit at the expense of comfort. The florid back patio is a relaxing spot to start and end the day and it's a few steps to walk to Puamana'a little beach.

Felt like home

This property had everything we needed! All the beach necessities (chairs, umbrella, noodles for the pool!) The kitchen was well stocked and even had a coffee bean grinder for the Kona coffee we bought at Costco when we landed. We loved Puamana - more quiet than the large resort areas. We were able to walk with a stroller to town but be warned no sidewalk for a large portion. Traffic wasn’t bad and we felt navigating the walk. I can’t think of anything we’d change about our stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice neighborhood w pools, tennis, pickle all court and 3 private beach access points. Good sunset view from pool /clubhouse. While you are not oceanfront, you can walk from the unit to ocean without shoes on - close & easy. Walk to downtown was a 20 min. Everything inside unit was good.

Wonderful location and amenities.

Our flight to Maui arrived after dark. It had been a day of long drives and last minute flight schedule changes. The drive from the airport was not difficult and the directions we received were accurate. Our only struggle was seeing the unit numbers and figuring out the parking situation. Once we entered the accommodations everything was well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our place was towards the back of the property so we had a little more traffic noise from the nearby highway than I prefer but it was still a pleasant experience. We hope to return to Maui and explore more in the future.

Puamana Paradise

We loved being in Lahaina and the location was great. Beach access right on the property made it extremely convenient. We also appreciated the short distance to Front Street with all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen comes well-equipped for cooking. The check-out process was much better than other properties we’ve stayed at before. We did notice that the sliding glass door in the master bedroom didn’t have a dowel and the door handle lock wasn’t clearly visible. We contacted the property manager and they had someone check it right away and explained how to check the handle to ensure it was locked. We appreciated their attentiveness.
