Diese seltene Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern bietet zwei Master-Suiten und ist somit der ultimative Zufluchtsort für zwei Paare mit einer Wohnfläche von ca. 120 m².
Das Wohnzimmer ist offen und hell mit Zugang zum großen Patio. Es verfügt über einen neuen großen Flachbildfernseher, einen Blue Ray DVD-Player und eine Stereoanlage. Es gibt auch eine Ausziehcouch. King Master Bedroom hat einen brandneuen Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player. Sie werden mit Sicherheit die Aussicht auf die Berge und die entspannenden Klänge der Brunnen genießen. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit TV und DVD-Player. Dieses Gerät bietet auch einen eigenen Eingang von der Hauptterrasse, was es perfekt für zwei Paare macht. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet einen Elektroherd, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Backofen und vieles mehr. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich in der Wohnung!

Spacious, well-equipped (pool towels and sun hats much appreciated!), clean, comfortable beds, walking distance to downtown but still quiet. Nicely updated bathrooms. Condo was a little dated, but homey and comfortable. Lush and well maintained grounds and pools. The Oranj Palm property management agency made check in efficient and were always available for any assistance needed. May want to consider updating carpets and some linens and towels. Thank you for sharing your condo. Loved Palm Springs. Can't wait to return.

Palm Spring Disappointment

The exterior was fine but once you stepped inside the first thing that hits you is an old musty stench that does not go away. The floors were not vacuumed well and the towels looked and smelled dirty. I don't believe anyone has stayed there recently light bulbs were burned out, the screen to the patio was broke as was slats on the front window shades.

Great Palm Springs Condo it the Perfect Location

It is everything that is stated in the VBRO description. The three pools are all within easy walking distance. The added bonus of all the fruit trees which leads to fresh fruit. We would stay here again. Two weeks of sunshine, hiking, walking to town it was awesome.

Nice but needs some updating

The property is nice. Pools and hot tub very nice. New bath towels are needed. Those available were thin and some tattered. There were no washcloths. It could use better lighting as well. Otherwise it was adequate for our stay. The property manager was very receptive to our problems with the TV set up. It needed a new cable connection.

January Experience

Complex grounds are great and the unit was as described. Unfortunately we had the coldest and wettest January in the lastseversl years. As mentioned in previous comments, the heater is very loud. Probably not a normal issue, but annoying when it come on every 10 to 15 minutes. Will try to book this unit again in the future.

Comfortable, Roomy and Close to Downtown

My husband and I stayed in this unit in 2016 and truly enjoyed our stay. The Deauville condo complex is across the street from the Spa and Casino and 3 blocks from downtown Palm Springs. We really love this location in the Cochella Valley as it's with in walking distance to many stores, restaurants, bars and activities. The unit itself is comfortable and certainly spacious enough for our needs and would be perfect for 2 couples. The location is very close to 2 of the 3 pools in the Deauville complex, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware and there are lots of bath towels, bed linens and 4 beach towels. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very large. We didn't spend much time inside but when we did, the furniture was comfortable enough for us. We were very pleased to have a huge selection of TV channels and the Internet and phone service was awesome to have as we were here for a month and were able to easily keep in touch with work and family. Thanks to the owners for providing a nice vacation spot for us and thanks to OranjPalms who were very responsive to our requests for some minor repairs and carpet/furniture cleaning. All were carried out within 48 hours of our request and by very professional repair and carpet / furniture cleaning personnel.

Awesome location roomy condo

Our stay at the Deauville was awesome. You cannot beat the location for its proximity to downtown Palm Springs. Walking distance to just about everything. The condo itself was pretty good. Large and roomy. The furniture was a bit tired. The recliner was permanently in a half recline and it, along with the two comfortable side chairs, all could use a cleaning. The sofa was very comfortable and appeared to be quite new. The dining table was great but again the chairs upholstery could use a good cleaning. The only thing stocked in the kitchen was salt, pepper and a half bottle of olive oil. For us this was in because we actually prefer buying or bringing our own spices and staples. Electric range, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea pot, blender and dish washer all worked beautifully. More than enough dishes for four people and a good supply of Rubbermaid for leftovers. One cupboard (tall utilities one) had one hinge that wasn't attached. It didn't affect the opening or closing of the cupboard though. Master bedroom was very large and had a private deck which got sun most of the day! Attached bath was also large and included a nice large shower. King bed was quite comfortable. Plenty of drawer space and large walk in closet with tons of hangers. Second bedroom was also adequately sized with a great attached bathroom that had a tub shower combo . A good supply of bath towels and hand towels the only thing missing were no face wash cloths. Our biggest concern gripe if you will was the heating system . It was quite chilly in January and we needed to use the furnace and it was very loud in the living room . You really had to crank the TV volume to hear it over the furnace . By the way the TV was great large and easy to operate with the good instructions left by the owner . We also used the DVD player to watch movies the quirk with that was you had to operate it manually because there are no batteries in the remote . We could've gone to the store and bought batteries but it was easy enough to operate manually. There were a couple of lightbulbs out we called maintenance to ask for some but never heard back from them so we just may do . FYI: Although the condo is ground floor there are several steps from garage to grounds and then several more to get up to condo door. There is also a good sized deck at front on condo but it never gets sun so we didn't use it or the BarBQue. Overall we enjoyed our month.
