Lakeside relaxation!

Our second trip back. Here for a quick wedding weekend. Great villa all around, has all you need to feel like home. Relaxing spa soak after festivities. Private. Spacious. 5 star. Beats any hotel room deal. Manager Jon super fast to respond. Cheers! See you again next summer.

Take me back!!

Loved this charming home - felt like I was staying in a moutainside Italian villa. We spent our day lounging by the refreshing pool and enjoying the beautiful lake las vegas village. Everything you need to have a relaxing stay out of the hot vegas sun.

"Our 2nd home"

I think we've decided to just call this place our 2nd home. It is perfect for what we like: Quiet, private, spacious, very comfortable, beautiful. This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good as the first. I'm not sure you can beat this place. A high recommendation is a given. We'll be back again.

Private Oasis !

Fabulous time at this villa. Just as described and communication with management made this mini-vacation feel as if it was personally catered to our every expectation. Fantastic private back yard and pool to return to each day. VERY clean and had everything we could need including ample laundry detergent BIG POINTS to not have to ask! Definitely will enjoy again THANK YOU!

WOW!!! PARADISE FOUND.....

Stayed here for a week and fell in love! The house upon arrival was spotless and clean....The temp. outside was 115* but nice and cool inside....The huge Flat screens were a huge plus with many channels to choose from....And John has quick response time on anything you may need and makes sure you are completely satisfied! The pool was my favorite on those hot days and it as well was clean as a whistle....There was a brand new Weber gas grill out back with a spare tank for sunset grilling.What I really liked about this place is that you are only 20 minutes or so away from the strip but come back to paradise.John returned my security deposit with lightning speed.....Will be back for sure!!! A+ RATING

Nice view and a beautiful home.

We had a great stay. The pool was cold, but the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. The house is very nice. The washer and dryer should really be replaced, but they do work. Over all the house was perfect for us. We love the area and will keep going back. TJ was awesome and easy to work with!

Paradise

All around fantastic experience. The house manager TJ was so helpful and great to work with. What a delightful home to rent. We found the place clean as can be. The layout of the home is so unique and so welcoming. Looking out the back window to see the palm trees lit with white lights glistening in the pool one says "Am I in paradise?" And the answer is "Yes I am". Lake Las Vegas is the ultimate experience of Las Vegas. The strip drive is a straight shot, nearly all freeway. When done with the glitz of the las Vegas strip one can retreat to the energy vortex of lake Las Vegas. Highly recommended. Worth every dollar.

Fantastic home with private pool and great views!

This clean well appointed home has everything one requires for a little rest and relaxation in the sun including: a fantastic kitchen, barbeque, a private pool and views of Lake Las Vegas. The beautifully decorated home is air conditioned and is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Lake Mead and walking distance to nearby resorts. T.J. has totally thought thru what guests require in order to get the most of their time away and his recommendations and advice were much appreciated.

Relaxing and nice veiw!

Arrived and loved the Townhome immediately! Beautifully decorated and very cozy! Everything is there that you need, just bring your clothes! Loved the view from the backyard! Enjoyed the pool every day! Close to Lake Mead ( 15 minutes) and getting to our boat for those daily sunset cruises we love so much! T. J. was very accommodating and a really good communicator, as I am, so I truly appreciate that! Tips for improvement- Bedrooms need luggage stands. Master TV needs to be raised by about 2 feet so you can watch it more comfortably. Otherwise...........FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend this property! We will be back!!

4-day honeymoon getaway

Very nice, well-appointed and clean condo. Practically everything you need is already there. The pool was lovely and enjoyable for a dip, or just lounging around it. Really, the only complaint I had was it was difficult to get the bedroom cool enough, as it was around 105 degrees every day we were there. But we had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend this as a vacation home-away-from-home for anyone that just wants to get away to a quiet area, but still be close enough to the action, if you want it.

Fantastic!

Originally booked this for me and a couple girlfriends. Ended up sending my parents for their 42nd wedding anniversary instead. Communication and planning with the manager was perfect...he ended up leaving balloons and a card...nice touch! Thanks, TJ....we will be back for our girls trip for sure!

owner made false allegations and kept our damage deposit

The home was okay and we over looked a few minor details. The pool was 69 degrees when we arrived and not usable. We agreed to pay to heat the hot tub for the 50/day and it did help make the pool warmer. WHen it was time to get our deposit back "TJ" alleged we had broken the rules and turned the pool valves in the wrong position and is keeping our full deposit. We took very good care of the home and were very careful to not have any issues. The owner is not honest and never planned on giving back our deposit. I found out later, this is the normal method of operation from this property owner. Beware, stay some place else.

Written property terms are clear and should be respected, especially those conditions which are specifically reiterated verbally. Basic rules and instructions are not imposed to restrict guests, but instead protect guests. Equipment misuse causing damage and disregard of property guidelines, whether intentional or accidental is remedied through the damage deposit only after notification. The 4 and 5 star reviews we have earned substantiate an admirable history of operation.

Great Property!! Very comfortable!

We had an awesome time at this great home. Lake Las Vegas is very quiet. So relaxing. Enjoyed some time in the hot tub under the stars. Great dining is very close in resorts within Lake Las Vegas. Surrounding hill sides are very colorful.

definitely exceeded our expectations, accommodations were fantastic and so easy it felt like being homeMUCH nicer than ours though LOLOL! close to the casinos enough to get our "fix" but then escape back to hills away from the strip and we spent a day boating on the lake but we actually scrapped our last day plans and simply lounged by the backyard pool - we felt like we had our own personal mini resort! few blended drinks and LUCKY tons of sun. LOVED IT would choose this over the strip again next time for sure back in sept 6 STAR! see you soon

Just like Home....only better!

Anyone looking for a little peace and quiet for their vacation, have come to the right place. It was just what the doctor ordered!! The pool was sparkling and refreshing, and the house was perfectly appointed. Everything you need was there, even bbq tools! We spent 2 full weeks there and loved that it was far enough away from the craziness of the Strip, but close enough at the same time. There is so much to do and see in the Las Vegas area and we did it all....from ATV riding, to shopping, to visiting Red Rock Canyon and Lake Mead National Park. It was always a pleasure to return to this home to recoup from the days activities. After experiencing Las Vegas in this way - I hope to return soon to do it all over again. I can't recommend this property enough, and TJ is fantastic to deal with. He was extremely responsive to any question and wanted to make sure we had a great time. Well we did! THANKS, TJ!!

Tranquil Villa

This was perfect. We were looking for something away from the strip to relax and hunker down for 5 days. Very quiet, peaceful, comfortable and most enjoyable. TJ was most attentive to our needs although we had only a couple of questions. The home had all our necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed early mornings on the patio by the pool and scenic surroundings. Very nice at night with all the lights from the Lake Las Vegas village. We would most definitely stay again--but longer next time. Thanks TJ.

Exactly what we were looking for

This home is beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights. Mostly to get away from the noise and to have some nice, quiet, romantic time together. This home was perfect for that. Ambiance and attention to detail is very important to us. As such, we thought the floor plan and decor were very comfortable and inviting. The backyard pool/spa is mostly private (private enough) and just right. We slept in, took in lots of sun, played in the pool, grilled some steaks, watched a couple of movies in the media room, read, and just lounged around. We only left once for a night out. TJ was very attentive and easy to work with. The place was all ready for us when we arrived in the evening. If you're looking for a place to relax and get away from it all, I would highly recommend this place.
