Still EXCELLENT!! Lou is an awesome host. He is very communicative and always available if you have questions. The house is great too. Lots to do and the pool is an absolute dream!! I have stayed twice and will stay here in the future. Best value for the money by far.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood, the house with its cleanliness and amenities were perfect for recovery after days of participating in a large baseball tournament. Beds and bedding were comfortable and immaculate. Kitchen furnishings allowed us to eat meals at the house. Our athlete was able to maintain a healthy diet. The location was perfect for airport, shopping, restaurants, golf and access to major roads. The baseball fields were in four locations, all within 25-30 minutes. Lou, our host, was responsive and efficient with communication. His communication and signing in the house made it easy to quickly use everything.We were there during Halloween, an unexpected treat (pun intended). This neighborhood is a premier host for trick or treaters!

Entertainment away from the strip

A brilliant four nights at this little getaway. We had great access to grocery stores, the strip, and the university. We would stay here again without a second thought! In fact, we've already planned our next visit. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic house and location

Very comfortable place to stay! Plenty of space for 8 adults. The pool, hot tub, putting green and pool table were all put to good use. Lou was very responsive. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Home, Great Location

We had a great stay! The home was very clean with all that you will need for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub, and putting green were lots of fun. We found it helpful to have the garage to park our car. Nice quiet Green Valley neighborhood. Lou was very responsive when we wanted to add an extra day to our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Always something to do

Kids and grandkids came to visit. One day there was bad air quality so we just stayed inside and played pool. Love the trash compactor! Only suggestion would be a fan on the back patio for those of us that come when it's hot.

We enjoyed it a lot but the kids and grandkids even more so. Plenty of things for all ages to keep them occupied. Pool table was a big hit for all. Really like the trash compactor. Haven't seen one in years and it really saved us from taking out the trash!

Awesome house in quiet safe neighborhood

The house is on a quiet street in a family neighborhood. Big clean house and an awesome back yard with pool and hot tub. Well stocked with just about everything you would need. Pool table, arcade game and large TVs. The pics online are very accurate. Lou, the owner was great also!

Great place to stay in the Vegas area/Henderson

Easy and seamless check in process…the same for check out. Nice, very quiet neighborhood. We enjoy visiting Vegas regularly but prefer to lodge away from the hustle and bustle along the Strip. The pool, putting green, pool table and arcade game were great additional amenities. Plenty of room for the 6 of us adults. The owner was extremely responsive and available for anything we may have needed. Fortunately we didn’t need to bother him because the amenities were all there and functional. Very satisfied with our stay!

Amazing Property

We stayed at the house for my sister’s wedding. I The house was great and very entertaining and I’m am saying that without using the outdoor amenities because it was too cold during our stay. The house is exactly as advertised and Lou is the best host we have stayed with. He responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We will stay here again when visiting my sister in Las Vegas.

Amazing

The house was perfect for our trip to Las Vegas. We were close enough to drive to the strip but then escape back to a nice quiet neighborhood. Lou is amazing and very responsive to any questions you may have. We loved the pool and the putting green as well as the pool table. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to Las Vegas and would definitely stay again if we get back.

Nice neighborhood

Lou was awesome to work with. He was readily available if we needed anything. We really enjoyed all of the amenities this home offered. We didn't use the pool very much, but did enjoy sunbathing by it, watching the hummingbirds and quail. Lou's home is well stocked and we had everything we needed. The area is close to shopping and restaurants and easy to get to the airport and strip.

Location quiet and easy. Backyard as advertised...lots to enjoy. Billiards, gaming, smart TVs everywhere. Serviceable kitchen for all but the chefs in the family. Good coffee machines...more than one. 3 bedrooms all work as designed. And garage parking. A good stay near Vegas but not IN downtown.

The pictures tell the true story about how beautiful Lou’s house is…exactly as it is detailed!! The house was a dream to stay at with ZERO problems! Lou was always willing to help if we needed anything! The house is perfectly clean along with the yard and pool and putting green!! The kitchen has everything to cook whatever you want!The beds were SOOOO COMFORTABLE that we bought the same bed in the Master room when we left! Absolute Perfection Indeed ;)

This was the perfect home for our large family to enjoy together. It is truly beautiful, and the owner’s attention to detail was greatly appreciated: it is well stocked (kitchen supplies, towels/linens, coffee/tea/cream/sweeteners) with little labels everywhere so you can easily find everything! Could barely pry our kids from the pool & jacuzzi long enough to eat, tho I did catch them enjoying the putting green, pool table and arcade game occasionally ;) There are smart TVs in every room (but the kitchen & bathrooms lol) yet it was wonderful to witness the kids having too much fun otherwise to even wanna watch. They literally played until they passed out. The owner was very attentive/immediately answered any question I had. All experiences should be this amazing…

As I grew older I learned to love it for exquisite dining, shows and golf. As a family man, you can't beat all that there is to do with the kids from roller coasters to boating on Lake Mead. I'm thrilled to be able to host you in my home away from home for whatever Vegas you are here for! Vegas Baby! Vegas!

Henderson is the perfect place to stay when you come to Vegas! Close enough to the action but just far enough away to avoid the sketchy neighborhoods and traffic near the strip. The street is quiet and the pool and back yard are amazing!

This house is a passion project for my family and I. When we bought the house we spent 2 months living in it and furnishing it so that it would perfect for our guests. We were so tired of vacation rentals that had one pan and four plastic cups and called them selves well stocked. We put everything we would use in the place, from custom glassware at the bar to four different ways to make coffee and all the things you need to BBQ, bake or fry up your dinner.
