The house is located in a peaceful village, at the crossroads of the Charente, Dordogne and Haute-Vienne, 3 km from the International Golf of La Prèze, in a green and hilly region, surrounded by ponds, 8 km from the lakes of Haute Charente, paradise for bird lovers, fishing and hunting, horse riding as well as hikers and cyclists.
There are many regional food and craft markets and Brocantes.
We are 12 minutes from the Haute-Charente Lakes with their nautical base and the center of Adventure Parc.

Bike rentals are possible, just request ahead of time.
The nearest airports are Limoges 1h, and Bordeaux are 1h30 away.
The nearest TGV station is in Angouleme (35mn).
