Madison Cottage, 2 Schlafzimmer,

Dieses Cottage mit 2 Schlafzimmern befindet sich in einer bewaldeten Anlage in Madison, NH, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Davis Pond mit einem Angeldock und einem nur für Mitglieder geeigneten Sandstrand zum Entspannen entfernt.
Das Ferienhaus hat ein Doppelbett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im 2. Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und ein angrenzendes Wohnzimmer. Bettwäsche wird gestellt. Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Sofa mit Liebe Sitz mit Twin-Size-Ausziehbett und Twin-Sessel. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit eingebautem DVD-Player, um nur DVD's anzusehen, da zu diesem Zeitpunkt KEIN Kabel oder Satellit vorhanden ist. Wir haben eine begrenzte DVD-Bibliothek. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd, Essbereich für 5 Personen, Vollbad, Außen-Gasgrill, Holzfeuer (bitte kein außer Feuerholz) und einen Picknicktisch, um den sonnengepflegten Garten zu genießen.
Dies ist ein familiengeführtes Ferienhaus, an dem Familienmitglieder seit Generationen Freude haben.

Sommer Wanderwege zu Fuß, Winter bringt Motorschlitten, XC-Ski und Schneeschuhwandern, von Tür, einfachen Zugang zum NH Corridor # 19 vom Hof.
Das Hotel liegt am südlichen Ende des Mount Washington Valley Aktivitäten; Silver Lake 5 Meilen, nahe gelegene Skigebiete (King Pine 8mi, Cranmore 13 km, Attitash / Bear Peak 18 km), North Conway Village und Outlet-Shopping-Bereich 10 Meilen. Wander- / mtn Radwege, gute Restaurants. Herbst bringt Blattschauen, mehr Wandern, stellen Sie sich Ihr Wochenende oder eine Woche hier in der Pracht der Berge vor.

Lovely little cottage

The property was everything we expected and were hoping for. It's nestled nicely in and amongst the forest. The interior was clean and all of the linens were fresh as stated in the description. Perfect place for a couple or small family.

Our family adventure

A very nice spot and very convenient to quiet beach swimming, Conway shopping and for a nice visit to Story Land. Our hosts for the weekend could not have been nicer. We ill most certainly be back :)

Stunning! Fabulous gem, will be back again!

We stayed at this wonderful cabin for the Columbus Day weekend. It's such a cute place in a really nice community. The kids loved the sandy beach and collecting leaves, the adults loved the fresh air and fire pit. The owners were amazing and treated us so well. We had a great time in No. Conway and Storyland. Thanks so much!!

Cozy cottage in a good location

We had a nice stay. There is no AC, WiFi or cable. TV has a DVD player only so plan accordingly in case of lousy weather. Overall a good experience

Perfect getaway

A hidden gem within a 30min drive from everything. This cottage style home gave us the the perfect opportunity to get away from the everyday craziness. The pond was in walkable distance, so lugging a cooler and a chair was no issue! The home itself was clean and inviting. Especially with having a small kitchen and charming living space. Laura and Curtis were more than welcoming and super reliable. We are more than happy with our staying and can’t wait to be back next year!

It was very clean and very cozy!

This was a wonderful property!!!! Laura and her husband were so nice and welcoming. I would definitely rent this cottage again. The beach was so refreshing, especially since we stayed during New Hampshire's recording breaking temperatures!! The cottage does not have cable or wifi, but that was not a concern to me because our plans did not include staying at the cottage watching tv or playing on the computer. I suppose I did miss having air conditioning, but I knew it did not have that when I booked it. It did bother me at the time because severe heat waves such as NH had when we were there are uncommon and so I was not worried about heat at the time of booking. Would that stop me from booking it again? No. We swam and kept busy so we were okay. And it did cool down at night which allowed for the fans to cool the cottage off so we could sleep. I give the cottage five stars because the owners are very attentive and the property is kept up. It has a fire ring which we did use despite the heat. I am thinking about renting this again in a couple of years in the fall to do some leaf peeping! Thanks Laura!

Great little cottage that we would rent again. A ”Little Gem!” .

We needed to find a rental close to family and this, “Little Gem” fit the bill. Only two of us stayed but there was room for 5 people. Everything was as stated and Laura was excellent at responding and texting. She met us at the property though we arrived late. Beds were comfy and though we didn’t end up cooking there, there were plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Great experience.

Good location. Nice layout. Camp feel with all the amenities.

Great hosts. Love having the lake within walking distance. Nice, clean cabin. Fire pit with wood an extra bonus! Beds were made and towels provided. Like a hotel, but better! Can't wait to use it again.

Awesome experience

If the house had AC , for the summer it would have been awesome as some of us were waking up due to the heat and fans helped to some extend. Other than that we loved the stay and my son enjoyed. Had a wonderful experience in the lake property they had. We were provided beach towels for the same.
