2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the Saco, onsite pool, near outlets

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps six on 44 acres between Cranmore and Shawnee Peak on the Saco River in a quiet community. Great restaurants nearby and outlet shopping ten minutes away. Bring your snowshoes or cross country skis and enjoy the plentiful snow. Off street parking.

There may be additional costs and minimum night stays for school vacation weeks and holidays. Stays longer than 30 days require a professional cleaning every two weeks at the expense of the guest and electric is not included for stays longer than 14 days.

This is a first floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 6 people.

Please refrain from smoking of any kind either inside the condo or on the front and back decks as it could impact the neighbors around you.

We love pets but cannot welcome them - no exceptions. : (

Every room has its own heat thermostat. Please be conservative by keeping it on 70 or lower in the winter and turned off in the summer. There is a wood stove but wood sometimes may not be available and you are welcome to supply your own. There are places in the area that sell bundles of wood. There is no air conditioning but there are portable fans available.

Bed linens, blankets and comforters, as well as towels (including beach towels for use at the Saco River and pool) are all provided.

Entertainment is via internet access (up to 400 Mbps) with free WiFi throughout the condo and a Roku TV in the living area,

The entire unit and all linens and towels are cleaned between each stay for the safety and comfort of our guests, and to ensure excellent standards for our guests.

You will find paper towels, toilet paper, a clean sponge, cleaning spray, dish soap and hand soap. There is a dishwasher but tablets should be provided by guests if none are available.

Toiletries, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, food and beverages are not supplied but may be left by previous guests.

The Saco River and private beach is 200 yards along a pathway behind the condo buildings. Access may depend on the weather as the beach has been underwater after an excess of rain.

The (unsupervised) pool and recreational facilities are open from Memorial Day to early September (weather dependent). A key is located in the condo to gain access.

All guests must be declared on the reservation and we will request to know names and ages. Identification may be asked for upon your arrival.

In certain cases where the need for additional / excess cleaning is required, or House Rules have not been followed you may be asked for an additional cleaning fee.
