The apartment offers excellent accessibility, with a bus stop located right next to the building. Baden Train Station is only a 5-minute drive away, and the nearby highway can also be reached within 5 minutes, making it easy to explore the surrounding area or commute during your stay.
Guests can enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere while having convenient access to transportation, local attractions, and daily essentials.

We kindly ask all guests to read and respect the house rules prior to booking and during their stay to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. Please take care of the furnishings and fixtures in the apartment, as any lost or damaged items may incur repair or replacement costs.
To keep the facilities in good condition, please flush only toilet paper in the toilet and avoid activities such as hair dyeing that may stain linens or towels. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for all guests.
