For 8 to 10 persons plus 3 babies up to 3 years old. 2 parking spaces for free just across the street from the Chalet. (There are 2 additional studios, each for 2 persons and 2 parking spaces, which you can rent on Airbnb.)

This apartment is quietly located on the west side of the upper floors of the chalet (one flight of stairs up from the street level). This includes 2 free parking spaces. Contact me if you have 3 cars.

The furnishings are stylish, new and comfortable. Baby equipment, games for everyone, smart TV (Chromecast, Amazon, Netflix, Disney and more), DVD and Wi-Fi are available.

Enjoy breathtaking lake and mountain views from all the rooms. The historic steam railway attraction that climbs up the Rothorn can be viewed from here.

Apartment West spans 3 floors with internal stairs:
1st floor: large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large balcony and terrace with a gas grill, guest toilet and sink.

2nd floor with 3 bedrooms with beds 160x200 cm and a large shared bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and double sink. 2 bedrooms share a large balcony and have a working desk.

3rd floor with 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, balcony, a small working desk, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink.

All toilets are bidet toilet (you can turn on the hot water rinse, air dryer and heated seating)

All bedrooms have blinds, night curtains and a mosquito net, and views to the lake and mountains.

There are portable standing ventilators, for the few hot days we have in summer. Air cools down after sunset. A/C is not common in this area.

On request: 2 extra mattresses (additional charge). Free of charge: Baby travel beds, bedrails, high chairs, baby bathtub

Washer, detergent, dryer are in a shared laundry room, inside the Chalet. Please don't use it during silent hours 22.00-07.00

Hike directly from the house or take a short drive to Museum Ballenberg or the Giessbach waterfalls. Take the scenic route along the lake to Interlaken or take the Brienz Lake boat to Giessbach Falls, Iseltwald and Interlaken. Visit Interlaken, Grindelwald and Jungfrau, Lauterbrunnen valley or towns like Thun, Bern, Lucerne. The nearest ski resorts:
Meiringen-Hasliberg and Axalp (25 min), Grindelwald (50 min)

Explore the village: the charming Brunngasse and the historic part of the village. Families enjoy the local animal park with deer, marmot and ibex (Food for them can be purchased) The Coop supermarket, restaurants and the lake promenade with playgrounds are 7 minutes away. There is also the train station, the ferry stop and the historic Brienzer Rothornbahn steam train.
